“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

Nasim and Ishmael were outstanding! You can tell they put so much love and care into both their work and the food they prepare. I ordered the turkey pastrami sandwich, and let me tell you—it was absolutely amazing! My mouth is still watering just thinking about it.

“The food is good but the people who work there cannot follow instructions. I’ve ordered online a few times from here and some items have been missing or instructions were ignored. These were things I paid an additional price for. For instance, today I ordered a Caesar salad and asked for the dressing to be mixed in and for a side of extra dressing. I left and went back to work and when I opened the bag, my salad was not mixed up and the extra dressing I paid $$ for was missing. This is also not the first time it’s happened and normally I wouldn’t complain but it is the principle. I’d recommend checking the bag before you leave if you order pickup!“

“Stumbled upon this Subway location since I was in the neighborhood and needed to kill two hours. Situated on Willis Avenue in the beautiful upscale neighborhood in Albertson, Nassau County, this Subway location is super modern and clean. Most Subway locations that I've been to, especially in the five boroughs, are all depressing looking and in dire need of updating. The female employee that prepared my sub was friendly, and the sub turned out solid. The Raspberry cheesecake cookies that I received were stale. I believe that their cookies are supposed to be soft baked? No biggie. Anyways, I would return here in the future for a quick bite.“

“Pretty good service and clean place !! The boneless wings with barbecue sauce is the best !! Fries are okay but the mozzarella sticks are yummy, I love how perfectly crunchy they are !! Their Lemonades are also very refreshing so definitely come here for a lemonade during the summer !! (Or on hot days) also quick warning, the lemonades have fruit chunks, but they actually make the drink even better, kinda reminds me of boba tea with the tapioca pearls in it.“

The app used for online order charged some hidden fees that were not made transparent. When I confronted them about this during pickup, they immediately gave me cash back for the hidden fees that even they were not made aware of. I appreciate the honesty and the food was very good. I especially like the steak quesadillas, the Beast and the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak hero. Super tasty! The wings were a little overdone with some burnt sides but overall still tasty. “This location is simply amazing! Jay and the friendly staff are incredibly accommodating and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is great, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable, which is a huge plus. They’re very personable and remember their customers, which makes you feel valued. I’ll definitely be going back to this location in the future. Plus, they don’t charge a delivery fee for Uber Eats or DoorDash, and their prices are the same as if you went into the store. That’s a huge advantage!“

“I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. I talked to the manager Tanya, and explained and she remade it and remembered my order. I think I came back 15 minutes later, the manager seemed tired but was nice, quick and efficient. She deserves a raise.“

“I liked the crunch and flavor of the seasoned bread and that they gave a lot of turkey on the sandwich. This was my first time at a blimpie. When comparing it to subway and Jersey mikes I would rate subway better and Jersey mikes worse. I liked that they had more selection of toppings than Jersey mikes and that they weren’t cheap on the meats. 6 inch sandwich was $6.99. I paid $10.50 for the same size at Jersey mikes last week and it had less meat and the bread had no flavor. This place was decent for a fast food sandwich place. The guy at the counter said that they don’t make their own meats at blimpie but that they also aren’t boars head. I didn’t get listeria coming here so that’s also a good sign.“
