“Surprisingly good, considering the food in this area is pretty bad in general. Their prices are still cheap considering the times, and quality and taste of their food seems to be a lot better than other Chinese takeout around here. Their garlic sauce is really good too.“

“Great West Indian food here. There is no place to eat inside, so you must take it to go. I really like the chicken Lo Mein. It has a quarter chicken cut up over the lo main. It is very flavorful and is a lot of food for what you get. I also tried their pinetarts, and they are great too. When in the area, I will be back.“

“Good restaurant if you crave for warm soup during winter. You gave good variety of choices of noodle and topping and broth. They have a special kind of bowl that keep it warm. It is like your personal hot pot without wasting food. I can go there everyday and eat same kind of noodle with different broth and toppings and never get bored.

“The store's handmade ramen is the most famous. Its beef noodles are very good and is everyone's first choice. The peanut butter spicy oil noodles are also very tasty and are our second choice. The scallion pancakes are also fried very crispy. Their soy sauce is Sweet soy sauce. General Tso's chicken is a favorite choice for children. The food is served quickly and the service is good at a reasonable price. Will come back again.“

“When i have no target at a food court, drifting from stall to stall, I seem to always end up with noodle dishes. Today was no exception, after roaming through the food court at Eat Up without a decision, we settled with Chong Qing Noodle at the New World Food Court.

We haven’t eaten here before. I asked the staff for their number one signature dish from this Sichuan city if Ching Qung. The answer came back without hesitation: the Minced Pork & Pea ($10.99). We also ordered the Pickled Cabbage & Beef Slices ($12.99).

When the dishes were ready, I had to confirm if they were really my dishes because I had thought minced pork comes with dry noodle. Why? The minced pork gets lost and ends up at the bottom of the soup instead of clinging to the noodle like the Korean jajangmeon. The other dish, on the other hay, was on point. The fatty beef slices curled up like the hot pot meat, nice and tender. The noodle itself was a bit too thin for me.“

Service: Amazing 💕💕 it was pretty busy for a week day but the food came out fast and tasted amazing. I think name of the drink I the photo is Tim tub (ruby). Not too sweet but very good.

Atmosphere: cozy. Small place but there is out door seating. I sat inside and the AC was great. Not too cold.

Food: I order a soup. It had crab meat, pork and a dumpling in it. Not spicy but they put hot sauces on your table in case you want to add spice.

Wheel chair accessible and family friendly.
Total was 39.20

I was first greeted with a very welcoming approach so, asked for a recommendation and was not disappointed. I ordered the Braised Beef Noodle Soup. It was so delicious and yummy. I give this noodle house a 10 out of 10. I’m definitely coming back, and you should try it too.“

“Came here with my wife and her cousin and husband for the first time. The food is delicious and the portions are good. They don't serve alcohol but it is BYOB there. We had the grilled pork chop, salmon appetizer and pork belly. We would definitely get everything again. “First time in New York City and exploring Chinatown with a friend. Stumbled across Lui Ji and was some of the best Chinese I've ever had. I had the fried bee noodles with fried egg. The portions are big and very filling. The lady in there was super sweet too.“

“The portions here are huge! For the noodle soup, you can actually see them hand pulling the noodles to order, which is pretty rare these days since most places use machines instead. Hand pulled noodles just have that perfect chewy texture.

The beef malatang is really good too. As for the scallion pancakes, they’re a bit too oily for my taste. The environment isn’t the cleanest since everything is self-service, but overall, the food definitely makes up for it.“

“Had a lovely meal tonight. The three of us shared the Kee Mao with chicken, the Crispy Three Flavors Duck, and the Hat Yai Fried Chicken. The duck and the Kee Mao were the standouts for us. “It's good to know there are still some honorable places in this town where tea is complimentary. On Google this place is called Happy Stony Noodle, but I saw no evidence of that name in the restaurant. Zou Li Jan Ramen as the sign says is serving up Taiwanese food and I opted for a pickled cabbage soup with pork and rice cakes. It was nourishing with a generous amount of pork, although the broth could've been more flavorful.“

“We had a fantastic experience at Ditmar’s Thai in Astoria, New York. The food was absolutely delicious and truly authentic Thai cuisine.

My son Allen ordered the crispy duck, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I ordered the whole fried red snapper with coconut sauce, and it was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh and of very high quality.

The wine was also delicious and paired beautifully with the meal. Our waiter was excellent very attentive, friendly, and genuinely made sure we were enjoying our dinner.

The lunch special came with rice either white or brown and a cup of soup. The food here is super homey. The service at the restaurant is great. The hostess was super friendly. The place was packed and I believe there is a second floor. Waited a hot minute for my food but there was room to sit while you do.“

“I have eaten here several times, the food is amazing. I love their dumplings. I've tried almost all of them and the majority of them I like a lot. I love the steamed shrimp dumplings. They are amazing. You can also get the pan fried pork and shrimp dumplings, the Japanese steak dumplings, all of them are really good. I ordered the noodle wonton soup. It is a huge bowk of soup filled with noodles and pork wontons. You could also get the wonton soup without the noodles in a smaller size. It's enough for a meal They offer a variety of soups. I tried tge shumai; it was very good. They have large pork buns, which are very tasty. The prices are very reasonable. There are tables and chairs, so that you may eat in the restaurant. You order at the counter and then the staff brings the food to you at the table. They have non-alcoholic beverages like hot tea, various sodas, and they'll always bring you a glass of water There is a small parking lot in front of the restaurant. They are closed on Tuesdays. I would highly recommend this restaurant“

“I have to say this place is now one of my absolute favorites. It’s been a week and I’m still obsessed with the food. I’m heading back as soon as I finish this because it was that incredible.
We found it by accident—the amazing smell pulled us in while heading to a nearby café. We both got brisket pho: my husband with extra noodles and meat, me with lemongrass spicy broth and extra meat. The flavors were perfect, tender brisket, just the right kick. We were too busy savoring to talk at first.
Our server was so sweet and offered us free sodas on the house when she heard it was our first time. The vibe was cozy and relaxed.
The french fries looked amazing next door—next time we’re sharing them for sure.
If you love Vietnamese food, go! Everything was spot on. Can’t wait to be back 😊“

“Came here for dinner with my mom and left completely satisfied. I had the spicy seafood kalguksu (mild spicy) — the broth was clean, deeply savory, and the hand-cut noodles had the perfect chew. My mom got the spicy seafood sujebi (regular spicy) and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The seafood was fresh and the portion was generous.
The atmosphere is warm and the service is genuine — you can tell this place is run with real care. If you're looking for authentic Korean noodle soup in the area, Daesung Korean Noodle is the real deal. Highly recommend for anyone craving handmade kalguksu or sujebi done right.“

You get attended to and treated politely by the staff, but not bothered by them unless you need something so you can enjoy your meal there. “Really enjoyed the food here and it was so good. We got the pork cutlet which was really crispy and the portion sizes were huge. The bulgogi kimbap was really juicy and practically melts in your mouth. The pricing was really fair and the total was about 40 bucks. The food came out fast and it was really fresh.“

For this place, you probably will not eat at the restaurant. Not really a sit-down place although they have some tables and chairs. Who cares. The dumpling are ABSOLUTELY amazing and fresh. Homemade! My favorite dumplings are the basil chicken dumplings. My wife really likes the shrimp dumplings (both fried). We had the sesame pancakes with beef and they are just heaven. Very good all around.

Was not traditional taiwanese food and i thought i could be better. got the fried pork chop over rice, flavor was there but it was just too oily. the popcorn chicken over noodle was very bland, the beef noodles were pretty ok, but not traditional. I would give this place a 3.5 stars but i rounded up to a 4. The ambiance here is pretty good and the service is quick and efficient so that’s a 5 for me. food was a 3 star. would not come back probably as this was not very wowing. just go inside tangram and you’ll probably have something more satisfying.“

“We were the only customers. Service was top notch. The waitress spoke Korean and Mandarín. We ordered eel and short rib on bbq and a hot stone pot bibimbap. There was so much food. There we’re 8-10 banchan dishes. Then they brought out a veggie pancake, eggplant dish, steamed egg and soup. It was DELICIOUS 맛있는! See you soon!“
