“My best friend and I visited Susukino Ramen last night and it was honestly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. We decided to try their $29 dinner special, which includes your choice of ramen, sushi, and an appetizer — and it was absolutely worth it.

Everything came out fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. The ramen was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the portion size was perfect. The sushi tasted incredibly fresh and well-balanced, and you could tell care was put into the preparation. Even the appetizer exceeded expectations — nothing felt rushed or thrown together. Every dish was consistent and high quality.

The atmosphere really made the night even better. The restaurant felt cozy and warm but still spacious and comfortable. It wasn’t overcrowded or loud, which made it the perfect setting to relax, catch up, and enjoy a good meal. The lighting and overall vibe created such a welcoming environment — especially for sushi and ramen.

“The wait isn’t bad, the food is banging and cheap, don’t stand around in the line unless you know what you’re waiting for is the one tip I’ll give, people just stand around without seeing which line they’re in. You can walk right up to the counter if you’ve got cash. Get a few buns to go for later. The shu mai was ok seemed like it had been sitting a while.“

“I am southeast asian (Cambodian), so I was very pleased to find this hidden gem in Chinatown on Mott St! The food is tasty and full of flavor, and the portion is great! I am very picky with my asian food, so when I say I approve, I approve! Come give it a try!!“

Music has a great vibe and the staff are wonderful.
We were so hungry I forgot to take pics.

The food was good, but nothing impressed me. I would give the quality maybe 4/5. However, the portions were small for the price, so I'm lowering the score. When visiting I’m always a fan of the Korean Fried Chicken, Fried Rice, and Cauliflower. However, tonight i added some new favorites. The Crispy Pork Guy, Pork Bao Buns, and Japanese Sweet Potato were the new kids on the block this go around. Let me tell you, you cannot go wrong with the sweet potato. By day the absolute best sweet potato dish I’ve ever tried at an establishment. When it comes to our waiter, Franciel was attentive and gave top notch services. He took time to explain drink options to me and was very knowledgeable on the best options for my liking. I forgot the drink i received but it was great lol…“

“Came on a Monday night after work, wasn't too busy. Very cozy and comfortable. Ordered the short rib pho! The short rib came out on a separate plate and it was huge! It was so fatty, lean and well seasoned. The broth was rich, flavorful and piping hot! Highly recommend the short rib pho! Some of the more American style Chinese items (Kung Pao, General Tzo’s, and fried rice) can be ordered and come out extremely quickly (our table neighbors order some of these items and they came out in under 10 minutes!). We ordered the Garlic Sauce Style tofu, Scallion Style chicken, and Chili Oil Pork Dumplings. Everything was super delicious and we would definitely order it all again!“

“We had our Luna New Year’s Eve gathering here. Wonderful time. The interior is outdated but vibes were awesome. The foods were amazing and fresh! Lobster noodles, fried chicken, roasted duck, short ribs were so good. We were a party of 12 and we ordered at least 12-15 dishes, the portion was good and I was so full, only $35 per person!! Comes with fresh fruit!! Insanely delicious. Would totally recommend it.“

“Miss home, so searched up solid taiwanese spot. The pan-fried dumping 鍋貼 ("guo-tie") was exactly how I needed it to be. The popcorn chicken was not as salty as I thought and had a thicker coating than the other ones I have tried in other restaurants. Overall, I was very happy to have visited.

“I discovered this place through Too Good To Go app. It's a family owned fish market and restaurant. They serve a variety of seafood, Chinese food and sushi. The staff here are very kind and accommodating, which is not the norm with a lot of places on TGTG.

I've been here several times and some of my favorite options are the seafood boil and sushi entrée. The seasoning in the seafood boil is so good! The fish is consistently fresh, which makes sense since it's a fish market. They also use the perfect rice ratio in their sushi. My favorite is the white tuna. The tuna just melts in your mouth, it's absolutely delicious!

Things to keep in mind, this is primarily a fish market so the seating is limited. Best to do takeout.“
