“The noodles are amazing, and every dish is customizable. I love the scallion ginger, but I've had other flavors too. I ALWAYS get the seitan, it is so good! I think they make the seitan in house, there's something unique about the texture.“

“Ottimo ristorante di Ramen (giapponese e non quello "tarocco" o fatto con quello istantaneo del supermercato) che offre anche una fantastica selezione di ravioli. Prezzi tutto sommato accettabili per la media della città e acqua gratuita. Posto piccolo, accogliente, staff cordiale e velocissimo. Porzioni corpose quindi ordinate con cautela o non riuscirete a finire tutto.“

“I recently visited Susokino Financial District and tried the Susukino ramen, and it was delicious! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, making it a dish I’d happily order again. I’d definitely recommend it to others who appreciate a satisfying bowl of ramen. The overall price was reasonable, and the iced oolong tea was also fantastic — refreshing and a perfect match for the meal.“

“Newly opened Chinese Restaurant along 3rd Ave. Expect Manhattan prices; though serving is plentiful. Get the Lunch Special for the most banging for your buck, Lunch specials available even on weekends. Overall, if you want better food than your hole in the wall Chinese restaurant, this is a nice treat.“

“Has not lost even a fraction of a step since the last time. Every morsel is completely on point and delicious. If you can afford it go for the Omakase but even the traditional sushi/sashimi or chirashi plates are amazing. Note that they run a world class saki program so they can be quite pricy.“

“The food at Moti Mahal is excellent! Every dish we ordered was tasty, well presented and delicious. The service is good. But we were the only customers, probably because during the week they have very good specials and its more expensive on weekends.“

“Miss home, so searched up solid taiwanese spot. The pan-fried dumping 鍋貼 ("guo-tie") was exactly how I needed it to be. The popcorn chicken was not as salty as I thought and had a thicker coating than the other ones I have tried in other restaurants. Overall, I was very happy to have visited.
Coming back for the dumplings again.“

“The pork soup dumps was a SOLID NINE OUT OF TEN. Was not expecting to walk in here but they had a solid deal of $6.95 for the pork soup dumps specifically. You get 6 in one order. I know what you’re thinking, they look alittle sweaty but they’re good! Temp was perfect where it wasn’t burning your mouth. The skin of the dumpling was nice and thin. Soup was rich, can’t complain. Match this was a coke and it’s the perfect recipe. I got 2 orders. Only down side is that I wish they spaced them out alittle more. They got stuck together . Did loose like 3 dumps that fell apart. Just a rinky dinky place. Unsure if I’ll go back for anything more than the dumps but it was a vibe. They need to get new menus. I saw ALOT of orders fly out there. They must be doing something right“

“This place gets a worse rep than it deserves.
I got the salmon teriyaki fried rice and it was tasty and the salmon was a quality cut. Cant ask for much more for $18 in this area of NYC.
The fried rice has good wok hei flavor. It is on the wet side, which I personally don't mind but I can see it being a turn off for some.
The teriyaki sauce was a little too sweet, appealing to commercial tastes (not that authentic).
Maybe don't go for the seafood fried rice and opt for a dish with a decent cut of protein to get your value for money.“

“The sushi was solid - the portions were very small though. Was expecting more for how much it was. I thought the prices were really good but it definitely isn’t a great deal, they are “lower” because the portions are quite small. Good sushi but portion should be larger or prices should be lower.“

“A Hidden Gem Near Pod Hotel
We stumbled upon this cozy spot near our hotel and had an early dinner. The place was quiet at first, perfect for conversation, but it filled up quickly by the time we left.
Service was prompt and friendly. I enjoyed their Platinum Sake, while my boyfriend tried the Japanese IPA—both excellent choices.
For starters, we had pork gyoza, edamame, and uni croquette. Each dish was comforting and satisfying. For mains, I went with the veggie curry rice from their specials—light, flavorful, and perfectly spicy. My boyfriend had udon soup with shrimp and egg, adding a bit of chili oil for an extra kick.
This was one of the best meals we’ve had in NYC, and the prices were incredibly reasonable for such high-quality food. It brought back fond memories of Japan.“

“We were in the city for 3 nights. I made reservations for the second and third nights. Left night one open. I found Saar online, it was less than a block from our hotel so we figured we'd give them a try. So glad we did. Nice place. Great, friendly service (Karim is the man!), and excellent food. I ended up cancelling the reservations I made for night 3 and we went back to Saar. Give them a try if you like Indian food. It was amazing!“

“Had never been before nor heard of before. Popped in for a small but special occasion celebration ( 3 people ). Everything, with the exception of the horrendous coat girls, was really great. The coat/hostess girls are unintelligible phantoms who mumble w scowls. However once we leave there pointless presence we are to the real start : the Sit-down and Dine.
The food was all great and we went in blind. We also had some great drinks overall throughout and a great waiter as well. Our only regret is not really trying any of the steamed fish, but we will likely be back. Note to Owners-86 those hottendous front coat staff“

“Delicious food, generous portions, reasonable prices! We both got combo meals for only $11 and both had enough food for two meals. Service was super quick and the staff were nice and accommodating with substitutions.
Vegetarian options: Veggie options for most dishes, and staff very accommodating about substituting out meat for vegetables in combo meals.“

“Walked by this place randomly and decided to try it. Had the salmon combo for lunch which is 4 pieces of sushi and a salmon roll for only 15.99. The salmon was excellent (im a picky sushi eater) and the price is right. Genuinely surprised to see this place's average rating is currently as low as it is. I enjoyed it and will definitely be back.“
