“I’ve been here quite a few times now and I just love it!! It’s a tried and true for me! I came here for the first time in Winter of this year and can’t count how many times I’ve been here since.

The ramen is AMAZING. I won’t lie… the ramen, sake, and cocktails are the only things on the menu I’ve tried so far. Everything looks and sounds amazing, but I tried the ramen the first time I went and loved it so much, so usually when I am going there, I’m craving that specifically. I LOVE THEIR TONKOTSU WITH BOK CHOY AND THE CHILI OIL ON THE SIDE SO I CAN ADD IT TO TASTE!! They also have some good sake and drink options! They definitely need to reprint the menu soon because there’s a good amount that I order and they are out of or don’t carry, but it’s not a huge deal. They just need to update it since it’s a reoccurring issue!

The servers are all so lovely and kind. They are attentive, helpful, personable, and care to remember you. I really appreciate all of the interactions I’ve had with them, their kind suggestions, and their conversation!

The Mezze Board was fantastic with all of the Mediterranean dips and veggies , The Shrimp Cossoult is to die for . The braised lamb /risotta/feta explodes with every bite. The best of all is that it was our first time dining and and I felt like family with the service from Nimo and Bryce , Coming back next week for the Swordfish . 6 stars !!!!!”

“We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. She accommodated me at the high rise table back by the windows which was perfect for my nine guest. “Stopping here on weekday mornings before heading into the office has become part of my routine, and it's usually a smooth, pleasant start to the day. The coffee is consistently good and the team behind the counter is generally attentive, though I regularly ask for my sandwich without mayo. Unfortunately, it seems to slip through more often than not, and I end up with mayo on it anyway despite specifying otherwise at checkout. It's a minor inconvenience given how enjoyable the rest of the experience is, but it's happened enough times that I now peek inside before leaving the counter. Just something to keep in mind if you're particular about your order!”

“Today, 11.02.2021, a friend and l were in search of good breakfast food. Before dropping her off, we stopped at the Waffle House on Delhi Pike. The employees at this establishment were some of the warmest and friendliest group of people l have met since COVID. Fast service, our waiter Dante explained how we were able to mix and match the breakfast we had chosen. With the turn of our head, our meals were before us. The grits were freshly made, the toast was to a perfection with butter melted, everything about the meals were on point. The staff keep the restaurant clean. On their idle time they were cleaning the grill and washing down the floor, no one was standing around on their phones. I give the Waffle House ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

Last Friday I got to try the cherry bombs and apple cinnamon sugar donut and those are also so amazing. We’ve had their bread and danishes in the past and guess what? “Food was great. Service was quick and friendly. I wish Cincinnati had more Greek restaurants. I live in Fairfield and we just don’t have any authentic Greek food. I’m very excited my new office is only 4 minutes down the road. I plan on not packing my lunch as much and taking some time away from work. The staff all seemed very friendly and the servers were very kind to children while I was there. I want to bring my family here but the hours won’t allow it because of work and school.”

“Benson Paige is a pup who has lived in a shelter for a whole year. Today is his last day on earth since he is being humanely euthanized tomorrow. A foster took him out and spent some time at Bloc, so benson got to finally cuddle up on a couch. He finally got to eat a whole plate of eggs, a plate of bacon and experience the good life- something he never got to experience before. Stevie the lead barista was incredibly kind and compassionate over the phone with me while I tried to coordinate getting benson a special treat and helped me make sure the foster & benson were taken care of and that he got to experience love. There are no words to describe my gratitude to them and thank them for providing a place for benson to be safe and loved. ❤️❤️❤️ can not recommend them enough for their customer service”

While leaving the airport I Googled restaurants close by . There were several to choose from however, we decided on Pig Candy BBQ this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was amazing ( we had the special which was the brisket sandwich) this sandwich was very tender and full of flavor. If you are just traveling through or a local or feel up to a drive this is definitely worth your time .The staff knows what customer service means . All around Great food and service. The atmosphere is very fun and entertaining as you watch the conveyor belt, the trams on top of the belt, and the robots delivering hot and fresh food. our waitress was on top of our drinks and explained the iPad and the conveyor belt system very well. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. “Shires has inspired me to write. My experience was fit for a foodie and exceeded my expectations. The food, service and ambiance were all spot on.
Upon arrival, my friend and I received news that there would be a short wait for our table, so we grabbed a seat at the bar.
I appreciated their variety of craft cocktails and decided on the Smokey Harvest. Composed of Mezcal, apple cider and a delicious spiced demerara syrup, omgoodness! It was interesting, well-balanced and tasty. My friend ordered the Raven with rum and ginger beer as its main ingredients.
A little before both cocktails were ready, we were notified that our outdoor table was available.
Immediately stepping onto the rooftop, I knew that’s where I belonged. The view of the riverfront was stunning! It also helped that the weather was absolutely perfect.
Now for the food.
We ordered fried green tomatoes and spinach dip to start. For our entrees, my friend ordered a burger and I, the mushroom tagliatelle. My dish was phenomenal. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the hint of truffle sealed the deal.
The Reds won that night, so our experience ended with the beignets for dessert and fireworks.

Im super picky about my tartar sauce and coleslaw and theirs was top notch. Filet was amazing and prime rib were hits with our group. Well that smaller tub of hummus barely made it through the door. On popular demand had to stop the next day to buy a large and you can see ot didnt take long to make a massive dent. One of the top 10 hummus I've eaten. The falafel is great, flavorful. The gyro meat very flavorful and tender. Great stop for a hearty meal to take home. You can also dine in.”

“We have dined in and ordered delivery from the NKY and Deer Park locations, and all have been wonderful! We have sampled many dishes on the menu, and everything has been delicious. My favorite is the chicken tikka saag. The service is great, too. The servers in the restaurant are helpful, and when we order delivery, everything is packaged and labeled carefully.
