“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“My husband and I have a tradition of stopping in here for a cup of drip coffee anytime we get a chance. The coffee is very enjoyable and we also love buying their packaged coffees to enjoy at home! They will grind the beans fresh for you which is a nice addition.“

“We had such a great experience at Candy Cloud in Willoughby! We ordered a mix of treats, including the Blended Blue Coconut Lemonade, Birthday Cake layered, and fun add-ins like Sweet Cream Cloud Foam, Sour Blue Raspberry Boba, and Strawberry Popping Boba, everything was delicious!

The Blue Coconut Lemonade was perfectly blended, super refreshing, and had that bright, summery flavor. The Birthday Cake layered was a hit too, fluffy, sweet, and tasted exactly like real birthday cake. The boba add-ins made everything even more fun.

The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and cute, and everything tasted fresh. Even the large iced water was crisp.

Overall, such a fun and unique treat spot. We’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!“

“I had never heard of Nervous Dog, but was in the area and happened to see a sign for it. Baristas are wonderful, coffee is amazing, and the food is fresh and sooo good! Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area.“

“I stopped by to Nordstrom on my way home from some doctors appointments and decided to get a drink. I really didn’t know what I wanted, but I’ve had a taste for banana lately. I asked the barista what flavors she had for an iced coffee of some sort and she gladly told me all the flavors(unfortunately, but not surprisingly) and what she suggested and we started a conversation. She was so friendly and sweet and patient. I ended up going with just an old French vanilla iced latte after all (haha), not to her discredit. She even wrote down the address of a spice place in town to try out. I believe her name was Miranda. And it was a simple act of kindness and a small conversation, but it really meant a lot to me after having some not great discussions at the hospital. I am usually pretty quiet and shy and don’t strike up conversations with other people I don’t know. There are those instances though when you just get really good energy from someone and it opens me up enough to have a nice interaction. It really made my day and I just wanted to put it out there that Miranda was a great barista, had wonderful customer service, and made a great latte 😊“

They are committed to quality with a focus on ethical standards and environmental stewardship as evidenced by their variety of brews and paper straws. The coffee bar includes coffee and teas (hot or cold) juices, smoothies, bowls and they have a self serve organic açaí bowls. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The shipping carts at While Foods even have a cup holder for your brew. There is seating outside and up front. I would recommend.“

“I really appreciated just about every aspect of this location. Starting with the location it self. It’s right off the highway. You have the right of way through the light at the intersection so there’s no fighting traffic entering the location parking lot, then leaving there is an exit on the opposite side of the parking lot that gives you an easy out without fighting intersection traffic and lines you up to get back on the highway with ease.

There was plenty of parking in the parking lot.

The interior of the building is very spacious, clean and well kept. There’s plenty of options for comfy chair seating, and table seating. I did not feel like I was in a sardine can while I waited for my food and drink order. If I lived in the area I would be fine to come here to relax. The music was playing in the background but at a good level to enjoy but not so loud that it would need to be yelled over if you’re having a conversation.

The bathrooms are spacious and well kept up with.

The employees are friendly. I was greeted by two separate people walking in the door. They were quick with getting the order put together and accurate. Also very helpful in making sure my order was the way I wanted it, as I did have an odd request in how I wanted my drink made. There was no annoyance or irritation from the lady taking my order at my request and everything was repeated back to make sure it was correct.

I think there was training or instruction of some kind happening during my time in this location, it was nice to hear people being instructed in a kind and patient/ professional manner.

“With more than one Starbuck's on the way to work, one can pick and choose. When this location moved to the former Schlotzsky's location, the benefit of drive thru was added, making one who is not as motivated to get out of the car during in-climate weather, a new customer. You can use the app and order ahead (in store or drive-thru) and the service is fairly quick (not sure if the new one close to 90 effected their customer base). All in all, a solid Starbuck's.“
