“I have never had such a beautiful experience in a restaurant. This is a family restaurant that takes pride in the food they prepare. The food is very delicious and the servings are very generous. Every bite is full of flavour. Their house tea is soothing and the owner said it's a special medicinal tea that helps sleep better and digestion. They are super kind and warm, and they have a very relaxing ambiance. All their sauces are home made and super delicious. This is my new favourite chinese restaurant. So thankful I encountered it, and lucky to be by them. ✨🌟

“If you are hungry and need food, and don't have a lot of money, come here. I spent $11 I think, and I got a box full of rice, beef, vegetables and a spring roll. It was dinner. If I were to go anywhere else in this city for dinner, it would be $15 minimum, there would be less food, and it would taste worse. This is honestly the best, cheapest, Chinese food I've eaten in my life, and that's saying something because I love cheap, Chinese food and I eat it in a lot of different places.“

“Absolutely incredible! China House knocked it out of the park every single one of the 7 dishes we ordered was a perfect 10. The were rich, fresh, and cooked to perfection. “I waited purposely to rate this place the day after we ordered. Had left overs and needless to say tasted even better. Ordered the pad Thai. One of the best ones I had in a while. The lemon is nice I added lime and threw more peanuts overall pretty good. Tempura shrimp, and veggies were really good. Yam,mushrooms, and broccoli. Lastly we ordered sushi. Every sushi dish was amazing and the spicy tuna melts velvety and silky in one’s mouth. Our new found favourite place will definitely order again. Thank you for a great experience.“

“We always have an amazing time at any Haidilao’s restaurant. The staff are very warm and well trained. The ambience and the food is always fresh. The hand stretch noodles, the beef tallow with Sichuan peppercorns hot pot, mushroom based hot pot all were amazing. They top it up periodically. The meat was fresh and delicious so were there drinks. They also take care of any allergies that you may have. Definitely recommended.“

“Great dinner at Mandarin Yonge to celebrate Mid Autumn Festival. This visit we tried a few new items fro the Small Eats. The teriyaki salmon, teriyaki meatballs and tofu were delicious. Salmon was cooked to perfection. As always Paddy and our server Amy made our evening extra special. Looking forward to our next visit.“

“i CANNOT PRAISE SUNNYS CHINESE ENOUGH. the food? INCREDIBLE, 5 STARS. the ambiance and interior? SO classy yet vibey and chill, 5 STARS. the service? A BAJILLION THOUSAND MILLION STARS — i have never felt so comfortable and happy and cared for 🙃 the servers were super friendly, personal, and well-versed with everything on the menu; the amuse bouche for solo diners seems like a small detail but made me feel so special; and my server even offered me hot water/tea after my meal to digest 🙂🙃🙂🙃

the black sesame french toast and soft serve combination was LETHAL, probably one of the best desserts i’ve EVER had. not only were the edges super crunchy but OH MY GOD THE WARM LAYERS of gooey, rich black sesame jam — infused with an indulgent sweetness from the oolong and soaked condensed milk — were actually divine. i was torn between wanting to scarf down the entire thing in 10 seconds while it was warm , but also wanting to savour every. single. bite. of this heavenly dessert. the french toast was impeccable on its own, but the soft serve was also phenomenal and added an entirely new dimension. it was so smooth and so creamy, and the jasmine flavour was so unique and refreshing — i could actually feel like a coolness / breeze linger in my throat after eating it !?!?!? it was such a great contrast to the decadent layers of black sesame jam.

the dan dan noodles were INCREDIBLE . the consistency was ridiculously creamy and saucy — almost buttery — and the oil coated the perfectly cooked, soft noodle immaculately. it was steaming, spicy, and hot (like numbingly so), but also still so flavourful and addicting.

the charred cabbage (also super spicy) paired well too — the salty chili crisp was my favourite part (especially added onto the dan dan noodles) as the light saltiness was a perfect contrast against the spiciness of the everything else. along with the heat, there was also a hint of sourness, a bit of sweetness from the cabbage, and a strong fragrance.“

“We have ordered for years but unfortunately I am never able to order on line. I have repeatedly tried but once I get to submit my order it will not allow. I live very close to the Parliament Street outlet. I have accumulated loyalty points but ever since they moved to Calibre I have not been able to order on line. Please, can someone let me know how to fix this clich. When I phone to place my order the staff say they will take my concern to the owner but nothing ever happens. I am very frustrated!!“

“We went for dinner here yesterday and it was one of the best service ever. They greeted us and served us with a smile and enthusiasm throughout. We ordered noodles and they were good. We also ordered schezuan

“We started to have lunch here since 2 yrs ago, the food quality and taste never disappoint us. I'd recommend the bbq and crispy chicken combo if its your first time here, personnally i'll say crispy chicken is the best but my friends like bbq.“

“They have a wide variety of skewers and food options. I noticed that they have a larger variety of food options than their downtown location. For example, this location has garlic clams and vermicelli, but the downtown location doesn’t. Also oddly, their mushrooms are cooked differently at this location from the downtown location. The downtown location deep fries their mushrooms which I prefer. This location’s mushrooms were a bit soggy. Overall it’s inconsistent between the two locations, which I find odd.“

“My favourite Chinese spot for cheap eats! Everything on the menu is super affordable and EXTREMELY YUMMY. My favourites are definitely the pan-fried pork dumplings, the spicy popcorn chicken, the bean sprouts fried noodles, and the fried milk.

“I love The Bridge Ribs. The owners are always so friendly and welcoming, and the food — especially the chicken burger and shrimp burger — is absolutely delicious. I’ve already been there four times this week! After trying their burgers, I’m sure the rest of the menu will be just as good, so I’m planning to try something new next time.
I was going to take a photo, but I enjoyed the food so much that by the time I realized, only an empty box was left. 😅“

“Food was good- very well packed for takeout. BEWARE- there are 3 noodle me locations- each with the items numbered differently on their menu !! (Why??) the Toronto location is inexplicably called just “downtown “- well, the Hamilton location is also “downtown “. Leads to unnecessary confusion and incorrect orders. Make sure you are ordering the menu called “Hamilon “ or you will not get the correct order! ( ask me how I know…..)“

“It was out first time. Based on our preferences the waitress helped us choose 2 dishes. After spring rolls, and chicken chow mien and rice we had eaten enough.The waitress smiled and said she had not put the order in for the second dish until we had finished the first. The plate of food was delicious and our meal came quick even though they were busy. The total bill with a 25% tip was only $27!

“Went in at 10pm when they were almost closing, so I was the last customer to be served. The noodles were chewy and absorbed all the delicious flavour from the savoury broth. Ingredients still tasted very fresh and complimented each other well. The individual booths make a cozy and chill atmosphere.
The server was in rush and forgot to bring me water, so they compensated by giving me a free coke when my meal was done. I appreciate the good customer service! I’ll come back again in the winter for a warm bowl of noodle soup.“

I recommend the rib eye/sirloin and chunk slices. Their beef fried rice is always mouth-watering. 2-3 people is the ideal group size for this restaurant. I highly recommend it.“
