The appetizers are fantastic - my wife enjoyed the Gem Salad, and our friends raved about the shrimp special offered last evening. For the main course - two of our party had the Bronzino and expressed that it was prepared perfectly with the Maitre'd removing the bones table side - a very nice touch! i had the Shrimp Spaghettini - fresh shrimp in a savory pomodoro sauce. We highly recommend dining here - the staff is very professional, yet friendly and thorough. You are greeted warmly upon arrival and made to feel that they truly appreciate your dining with them. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for conversation.”

In fact it was so good and hearty I could only eat 1/2 the bowl and shared it with my husband. He got Korean bbq beef and the beef some pieces were a little tougher than he wouldn’t like and he said it was a little more heat then he preferred but that’s just his opinion someone else might like the spice. Overall we would definitely come back as we enjoyed the fresh food, veggies and the better healthier choices as we are trying to adapt to a healthier lifestyle”

I wanted to enjoy lunch with my friend and daughter today. We chose in Dawson’s because they are not only delicious but they offer free kids meals on Sundays! That’s about the only way I can afford to go to be honest . We were excited to eat there today! We get seated and the waitress tells us kids aren’t free today because it’s Father’s Day?! Like seriously ? So we had to leave … cuz I simply couldn’t afford it. I’m raising my daughter alone and wanted to enjoy a good meal on the only day/time I could afford to and we couldn’t because of this. Just highly disappointed in them today.”

The food and drinks are amazing, and to top it off, I also found out that Bert’s and my family are from the same neighboring town on an island. Then to make it better me and him were born in the same town in a whole different country across the world, such a small world. Bert is a great guy, but his explanation about the beers, the technique behind the foam and how to enjoy it was mind blowing!! Jess was soooo good as well! Can’t wait to come back!”

“Where to start. We have probably driven by this place dozens of times as we pass through Lancaster back to home in Maryland. We were looking for a place to grab dinner and saw this on Yelp (sorry Tripadvisor). Wow! There is a fairly limited menu of either burgers, cheesesteaks or chicken dishes. But who needs a million choices when what they do, they do amazingly. We got the single patty burgers. You can go up to four, yes, four. We also ordered them with the fried cheese curd, which is a patty of mozzarella cheese that's deep fried and put on the burger. Did I say "yummy!" yet? Made with a fresh beef patty and put on a buttered bun, it was soooo good! The burger was just absolutely delicious. Best burger I've had in ages, hands down. And where can you get a fresh made burger for $5.99? I mean really, $5.99. The fried cheese curd added $2.25 but well worth it for still less than $8.50. We also ordered a side of fries and an order of onion rings. The onion rings were just how I like them with a crispy panko style coating. They were great! Again, best onion rings I've had in a long time, if not forever. We barely touched the hand cut fries due to filling up on the burger and onion rings, but they were also good. We got the Route 66 sauce on the burgers and a cup to dip the onion rings in. Again, delicious. Note that if you are looking for bacon on your burger, this is a Halal restaurant and there is none. I'm a big fan of bacon on my burger, but you won't need it, trust me. This is definitely a place we will be coming back to. A bit of warning that parking may be a little challenging for folks not used to driving in a city and inside the place is pretty tight. We did not have to wait for a table, but I imagine there could be a wait at times. But it would be well worth any wait!!”

It is located to the right of the convenience store at the Sunoco station which is also next to the Freeze And Frizz ice cream parlor. The food is excellent and served quickly. The price is very reasonable compared to the high cost of eating out now. I had the pancake breakfast. My pancake was the size of a hubcap.

“In business for nearly thirty years, Lancaster Brewing Company has the brewpub concept down pat. The atmosphere is casual (albeit potentially fairly loud), and the dining area offers a view of the brewery tanks. Speaking of the beer, there are quite a few varieties to choose from – everything from nitro stouts to peanut butter ales — and LBC offers flights for those who want to try it all. The food selections are equally impressive. While you can find the requisite wings/burger/pizza here, LBC also defies expectations by offering up white chili or a chicken, leek, and lager pie.
My wife and I split an order of teriyaki fried cauliflower, a braided soft pretzel, and a burger meister and found the food to be very good. The cauliflower featured thick breading and a sweet teriyaki glaze. I could have eaten an entrée’s worth of it and have been satisfied. The pretzel was warm and pulled apart easily. Rather than being accompanied by separate cheese and mustard dips, its partner was a blend of beer cheese and mustard, strongly flavored but tasty if you don’t mind mustard. The burger featured fresh ground bratwurst, something that will leave you wondering where it was all your life. The accompanying fries were natural-cut, salty, and crisp.
While our server was friendly and helpful at the beginning of the meal, she vanished toward the end, and we were in for a wait to get our checks. LBC isn’t cheap for what it offers - $13 for the cauliflower, $16 for the burger – but the portions are at least sizeable.
If you want good beer, good food, and a dash of the unexpected, Lancaster Brewing Company is a very appealing option as long as you have the patience for high volume and a bit of a wait.”

I had a client in need of seat, and an outlet for his portable O2 in a standing room only Butter & Bean. So, one of the staff hears my plea for help and Jessie, the owner comes out. She makes arrangements for not only a seat near an outlet but grabs an extension cord to allow for some movement. The patrons in the entire cafe made way for Jessie and my client. I ask if we can just chill for an hour or so, till he gets charged up and she wouldn't hear of it. "Stay as long as you need to", she said. So, I bought my client a coffee and a sandwich, which was amazing, bought some coffees for those that made space for him, and invited the entire bus group to join us and support Butter and Bean. And we sure did. The food and coffee were great, but the spirit, the vibe and the whole experience I needed to share. Oh, did I mention it was Black Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 1230p!!! Who does that??? Well, Butter and Bean does! So, get great coffee and really good eats, and support a business that we will proudly support in every way.”

“Where to start. We have probably driven by this place dozens of times as we pass through Lancaster back to home in Maryland. We were looking for a place to grab dinner and saw this on Yelp (sorry Tripadvisor). Wow! There is a fairly limited menu of either burgers, cheesesteaks or chicken dishes. But who needs a million choices when what they do, they do amazingly. We got the single patty burgers. You can go up to four, yes, four. We also ordered them with the fried cheese curd, which is a patty of mozzarella cheese that's deep fried and put on the burger. Did I say "yummy!" yet? Made with a fresh beef patty and put on a buttered bun, it was soooo good! The burger was just absolutely delicious. Best burger I've had in ages, hands down. And where can you get a fresh made burger for $5.99? I mean really, $5.99. The fried cheese curd added $2.25 but well worth it for still less than $8.50. We also ordered a side of fries and an order of onion rings. The onion rings were just how I like them with a crispy panko style coating. They were great! Again, best onion rings I've had in a long time, if not forever. We barely touched the hand cut fries due to filling up on the burger and onion rings, but they were also good. We got the Route 66 sauce on the burgers and a cup to dip the onion rings in. Again, delicious. Note that if you are looking for bacon on your burger, this is a Halal restaurant and there is none. I'm a big fan of bacon on my burger, but you won't need it, trust me. This is definitely a place we will be coming back to. A bit of warning that parking may be a little challenging for folks not used to driving in a city and inside the place is pretty tight. We did not have to wait for a table, but I imagine there could be a wait at times. But it would be well worth any wait!!”
