“We had a great time at this acclaimed restaurant, with an eclectic menu, such as the glazed pigs ears in lettuce wraps. The former residence has multiple rooms, on two levels, and our one regret is that we sat in a room with about ten tables, and the hard-scape decor meant that the noise level was just below the decibel level of bars on Broadway Stu’s neon district.“

That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“The restaurant space has no windows and seems designed to primarily serve hotel guests, but they validate parking in their garage for restaurant patrons. I will certainly visit this restaurant again for the fresh, healthy options for brunch and fantastic service. Looked like a lovely high-tea was also being enjoyed by families across the hall.“

“When there's a line, I join! I waited about 10 minutes and was seated. While waiting, locals and tourists raved about the place and made recommendations. I ordered the East Nasty and a coffee. It was good but I wasn't floored by it.

Biscuits with strawberry and peach preserves were mouthwatering good. The pancakes were delicious tops with warm syrup. Service was exceptional. “Each time we fly through Nashville, we stopped here to eat. The food is really good, and the service is top-notch. The manager, Maverick? I think, will be seen busing tables during busy times. The wait staff is always friendly. This time we had Tracy- a spunky gal with a great attitude. No matter what you order you can’t go wrong with a side of their queso. That wonderfully smooth hot cheese dip is good on everything. Also, most of the time we split when we go here- we get the double patty burger- it’s excellent!“

“We had to come to this institution of Southern Meat and 3 Restaurants. As a Chef, I always seek out the best places in the cities I travel to. They won a James Beard Award in 2009. Met the Owner, Rose, and her son, Cahill. They bought is dessert which was this awesome Bread Pudding and Peach Pie that was just incredible. “We love the casual yet upscale atmosphere at Thistle & Rye. Our party of 6 sat inside as it was 8 million degrees outside. We shared lots of apps, we all had the cod sandwich. The cocktails were fun, our eats delish! Our server, Samantha was patient and gracious as we were definitely “extra”then a larger group settled in at the next table. They were hilarious, needless to say Sam had her hands full and by all accounts handled everything perfectly! Thank you, our evening was great fun!“

Our server, Beck, was incredible, just very attentive, warm, and gave us fantastic service that really elevated the whole evening. The food was phenomenal, especially the shrimp toast, which is a must-try. What surprised us most was the value. The prices are so reasonable for the quality you receive, and we honestly didn't realize what a good deal it is until we dined here. Even though we didn't spend a lot of money, we felt like we were treated with the same level of care as any high-end guest. That really stood out and made the night feel special. “Dined Al Fresco on a lovely patio on a beautiful evening. Great food. Fresh. Outstanding Gumbo. Salad was fresh, chilled and served on a chilled salad plate. Tuna on Niçoise Salad was perfectly prepared. Pecan Pie with vanilla ice-cream was super sized, and I ate every bite, much to the chagrin of my waistline.“

“Overall, pretty good especially for airport food. We stopped by for breakfast during a layover and got an order of sausage, an order of bacon, and a biscuit. The sausage came with two patties and the bacon with about five pieces, and they weren’t paper thin. The sausage had a great flavor and wasn’t dry, nor was the biscuit. It looks clean and there’s a few good seats around the counter.

For our order, it cost $13.75. Not bad in the realm of airport food, especially because the food exceeded our expectations.“
