“We had on unusual experience in that my dog got sick, diarrhea, and happened immediately when I was ordering. He had just been professionally groomed and was looking great! It was a huge mess and my wife called from the car.
Nick, who couldn't have been over 20 years old, was really professional and helpful at the front and let me borrow some paper towels, and was concerned and considerate. When I had to cancel the order on short order he was willing to do that, but the cleanup turned up to be not too bad (for a 130 lb Pyrenees) and we went ahead and got the pizzas anyway. The bad thing about the store is for some reason they don't think it's important to get the front door fixed and so for three months or so they've been dealing with this door. The location is great but the little mini strip mall is a little tight. I'm sure someone came into excited for their pizza which from the reviews seem to be well received. GET THE DOOR/WINDOW FIXED!! The previous location was more ideal and it's a trip to get across town to where this one is but it is well worth it!!“

“I'm a trucker in Lubbock of all places for a few weeks. Lubbock is a nice area for family owned business and community people, but too drastic of a change compared to Atlanta. Anyway, I was craving good food the whole time I was there. I finally looked to Google search for help and found this place. I'm a pizza head so this was just what I was looking for. I read the reviews and started navigation. It was early lunch time and the place was quiet. I placed my order, and when the first pizza came out, it looked & smelled so good I ordered another for the road since it was the last day of my contract. The pizza lives up to the 5star reviews, I love the crust. The sauce was thin on the pizzas which made it seem dry if it's not piping hot, so enjoy while it's hot!“

“The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

“This was our first visit to Stella’s Restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and seated without any wait. Our server, Erata, was gracious, welcoming, kind and was extremely helpful. We asked for her recommendations from our cocktails to dinner and desert, and she was spot on. The blueberry martini and the dirty martini were the best we’ve had in a very long time. We had such a delicious meal, the veal piccata with angel hair pasta and the veal parmigiana on spaghetti, was cooked to perfection. We topped it all off with a crème brûlée, that was out of this world. This was a dining experience that we won’t soon forget and we will make Stella’s a must place to go to, whenever we visit Lubbock. The staff were very professional, Erata is a great representative of this establishment. We felt that the dining area was well appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommended!“

“ive always loved the drive in and have been going since it first opened. I havent gone in a few years but recently I was able to go and plan on going more often again like I used to. the only downside this last time was going to get a funnel cake during the intermission and they said the kitchen was closed. I was really bummed about that. I used to love getting a meal and a dr pepper and funnel cake and popcorn and all the goodies in between the movies. but I can always bring something with me next time. no biggie. I still recommend going and will continue to go myself.“

“Big pizza fan here -- First time at THIS Pizza Hut and they did GREAT! Food was hot, not skimpy on the toppings, chicken wings were crispy, and they made the custom pizza without mistake! “Domino's pizzas has one of the greatest pizzas that I've ever tasted I kind of really prefer Domino's Pizza then that's the truth I always get either too large there's two different kinds your people are pretty patient I have Grandma's seizures and some strokes sometimes I stutter when I talking on the phone it's hard to understand but the employees are nice and and a patient when I send my order for delivery there with a smile but they're always I love the way they service and they take their time to answer my questions and with my stuttering a little bit there are patient enough to take my order and help me along they don't push me or feel like they're after doing anything else they treat me like their number one customer and that's what I like about Domino's Pizza“

“While in town today we stopped in for a birthday lunch. After we ordered, I saw on the app that we had a birthday desert! But it was supposed to be ordered with the meal, so the computer said, “nope.” The girl at the counter and the manager were so friendly and helpful, and went ahead and overrode the system so we could have birthday cheesecake anyway! “I've been going to CiCi's Pizza in Lubbock and Amarillo for over 25 years.
For the past two months I make this my outing every other week for the buffet. I Love the price and even more so since I get my senior discount. 😀 The salad bar has definitely improved and well maintained. The pasta doesn't need to be sitting in water while being served but that's very minor. The Awesome selections of pizza are Amazing. Even if I don't see my favorite flavor the employees are very polite and willing to make whatever I'm needing. Dessert - WOW!! I don't normally have dessert, but I tried it a couple of weeks ago. Totally mesmerized my taste buds!! 😋😋

Cleanliness isn't a one man or women's job. Very overwhelming. Some customers take their own dishes to discard of them. Others are absolutely filthy and don't help even gather their plates. Just rude!!

Suggestions- I spoke with one of the employees about the taste of the Spaghetti with meatball pizza today. She wasn't enthused about trying it, so I tried it for her. First bite, I knew I wouldn't ever order one. Very, very bland. Noodles need to be cooked with a little salt, I'm not a salt person, but this pizza is lacking flavor. You can taste the Italian Seasoning, but other than that blah!!
Second suggestion - The area in which people are to dump their plates to help out is so disgusting to customers who just ate a Great meal! Needs to be more discreet, especially the ones in the front area by the door.

Other than that, keep doing what you're doing!! Restaurant was packed!! Love to see that! 💕💕💕

“We always come for the lunch buffet. They have a wonderful variety for a decent price. The only issue is that if there aren't many customers, they'll leave the pizza up there until it gets very dry, but that doesn't happen all the time. Highly recommend checking them out.“

“I ordered online the day before and went to pick it up. The employees at the window explained to me it had just populated for them to make and it would take about 15 mins to make it. I had arrived early so I was not upset. They were very nice and the order was ready when I came back closer to my time to pick up. I didn't even have to get out of my van to do the transaction. “Logistically, this is one of the better places to start on campus. Centrally located with amenities. Texas Tech in general, is a welcoming environment. I noticed enough security features at Stangle Hall, that I can describe is as being on par with a hotel. The rooms themselves are on par with other campuses, and being an older building the are community bathrooms. It is fine for starting a new adventure in life.“

“Was visiting Lubbock for a work meeting we arrived late and were looking for a place still open where we could grab dinner. This was a nice little local joint with live music that we really enjoyed. There pizzas are on point and got the spot. Definitely recommended. Our Uber driver also mentioned something about it being the oldest bar in town.
