She is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes us feel genuinely welcome every single time. Because of her excellent service, this place has become a spot we visit almost every week.
We even brought my parents here, and they couldn’t stop complimenting the food and the service. Everything is consistently fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, which makes the whole dining experience even better. Sushi on Edmonds never disappoints, and we always leave happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this place, especially if Jenny is taking care of you!”

We ordered some spring rolls a chicken and rice dish with mixed vegetables sweet and sour spareribs and some very tasty hot and sour soup !
Our order came within like 10 to 15 minutes after ordering. We couldn't finish the soup and I ate it for 2 meals later that week. Price was very reasonable $45.89!! can't beat the price and I've eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants and chinese tea is always usually free!
So I would recommend you try this place you won't be disappointed !”

The portions for the rice and meats is great and service staff are very friendly. Only downsides is the food is a little more salty and it is a little difficult to find parking for the restaurant.”

I had a great experience here overall. The food was absolutely delicious, and even though the restaurant was clearly very busy, the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout our visit. You could tell the team was working hard, and despite the rush, the service never felt careless or rushed in a negative way.
The Sooda Dakgalbi was especially outstanding — full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and definitely the highlight of the meal. It’s easy to see why this place is always busy. The energy of the restaurant actually adds to the atmosphere and makes it feel lively and popular.
I’m a regular at the Gastown location, and I’m happy to say this location lived up to my expectations as well. The quality of the food and the overall experience were consistent with what I’ve come to love about Sooda.
I’ll definitely be coming back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for great Korean food in a vibrant setting.”

I witnessed the staff at this McDonald's, working hard to unload trucks, pack supplies and try their best to keep customers happy.
In these efforts, I appreciate their hard work, and the patience for the high demands.
I ordered chicken nuggets, coffee and dipping sauces.
Nuggets were fresh, crispy and didn't have any weird chewy or dark parts.
Coffee was Esspresso, with cream and honey, and it was actually drinkable...Unlike Tim's.
The staff were kind and apologizing for order taking longer than expected.
Overall, I like this location, staff are kind and patient.
Food was tolerable, it is McDonald's 2025, not like McDonald's 1985, which was absolutely the best fast food available back then.
Entering the parking lot can be a task in itself, due to being on a hill and only having one way to drive into the establishment, can see they're definitely losing a massive income due to this inconvenience, still, nonetheless, can see they put great effort into providing for customer satisfaction.”

My wife’s all-time favorite is the Icy Durian – it’s rich, creamy, and full of real durian flavor. Today I went for the Matcha Icy, and it was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of sweet. Highly recommend Mango Charming to anyone craving a delightful dessert experience!”

Incredible variety and each piece is intentionally plated and assembled with care. Plus it’s clear that it’s well prepared by the chef. Bluefin negitoro was a bit too fishy for me, but some may enjoy that flavour. I believe it was too close to the bloodline. Highlights were the shishito tempura and beef tataki. In fact, the tataki was the best I’ve ever had in my life! Their tempura is so light and fresh, that we ordered multiple plates of the shishito peppers. The plates used are absolutely beautiful and it’s clear that presentation and integrity are core values here.
They had so many unique items like shirako and several unique fish from Japan. I do wish they used real wasabi, as the nigiri was a touch too heavy handed for my taste. Absolutely recommend for those looking for something more traditional and elegant.”

I also do Uber Eats deliveries, and I’ve picked up orders from the Lougheed location multiple times. The staff are consistently friendly, and the place genuinely feels like a family-run business. The atmosphere and vibe are always energetic and positive.
However, I want to share one concern from a recent delivery experience. Last Thursday late night, I picked up an order and drove carefully, but during the ride (about 25 km), the sauce leaked from the box. By the time I reached the customer, the cloth delivery bag was soaked in sticky liquid, my car got messy, and it was very difficult to clean. It was also quite embarrassing to hand over a package in that condition, even though it wasn’t due to careless driving.
This was an unpleasant experience, and I’m sure other delivery drivers may have faced similar issues. I genuinely believe improving the packaging, especially for saucy items, would make a big difference — because the food itself is great and clearly loved by customers.

- Maybe we did not read the description but the egg plant dish was also in a very sweet sauce when we thought it would be savory. Its very heavy.

We ordered the Chef’s BBQ Combo D, and it was more than enough for all of us to leave completely full. They continuously refilled our sides and sauces, so we were never without anything. Everything felt clean, organized, and really well run.
My personal favourites were the marinated beef short rib, the fresh salad, bean paste soup, scallion salad, and the cheesy corn — all so flavourful and perfectly done.
