“I had a fairly mixed visit to this spot. The lamb skewers were definitely the highlight, as they featured nice, fatty meat that was cooked well, but the cumin lamb fried noodles were unfortunately way too heavy on the cumin and was so overpowering that we couldn't actually eat them. The deep-fried chicken was decent, offering a good, spicy kick from the dried chilis and peppercorns, but overall, the lack of balance in the main noodle dish made for a somewhat disappointing experience.“

“I came in to pick up food for my hubby and he loves Poke which he was specific to be at Steve's Poke Bar, I am not really familiar of the items he would like really but with Adrien serving was very helpful and delighted to give me a bit of suggestions which hubby enjoyed the meal. “Had a wonderful dinner here with my family.The portion was decent, full of flavor. The best dish was Grill salmon burger.

“It is much better than Nandos. Very moist chicken. They have selection of 7 flavors from mild to very hot etc. If you like Nandos give Peri Peri Shake a try you will love it“

“We’ve been here for dim sum a handful of times, and the food is consistently great. Service has always been good as well.

Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we ordered the hot and sour seafood soup and found a very long black hair in it (and we are all blonde). We let our server know right away, and they were very apologetic and removed the dish from our bill.

That said, we were a bit surprised that nothing further was offered—no small discount or even a dessert on the house. While we appreciated the apology, it felt like a missed opportunity to go a step further in making things right.

A bit disappointing, especially when the “extra ingredient” definitely wasn’t something we ordered.“

“I went with friends for a birthday dinner. The food was great, and the restaurant has a classy feel. Our servers, Rachael and Ritish were very warm and genuine. They presented the birthday girl with a delicious lava cake(looked beautiful on the plate)and sang happy birthday 🙂“

“Very good dimsum place I must say, it has a nice tasty dimsum with good quality! I have a very good experience there even theres lots of ppl and line up but lucky we only have small group not a long wait. Will be back someday to try other dishes.“

“Authentic Chinese cuisine ran by very kind owners. Whether it is to dine in or takeout, you can never go wrong with this restaurant. The fried rice, honey garlic ribs, and sweet and sour pork are some of their dishes I enjoy most. The vibe inside the restaurant feels very Chinese as well. Though the restaurant is cramped and may be overwhelming sometimes, the food is cooked to near perfection and the restaurant is simply a happy place to be in.“

“We ordered here as they had decent amount of gluten free options and it was great. We ate in and then brought the rest to go as portions were huge. Inside is small and bit loud from people talking seems like largely a take out place but overall great spot.“

The food is pretty consistent—nothing over the top, but solid overall—and service is reliable. I used to really like their signature desserts, especially the LV bag–shaped one that was super popular, but it seems they don’t offer it anymore.

Compared to other dim sum places, their plating stands out a bit more and feels less generic than the usual plain white plates. Flavour-wise, it’s about average, but as a chain in Vancouver, you know what you’re getting and the quality is fairly dependable.“

“A friend and I went here to have lunch. The lady we had was very snappy. Luckily the food tasted really good. It can get very busy there which is a great sign. It was very loud the whole time we were there. People talking loud and the dishes being thrown into the containers when they cleaning the tables. I would still definitely go back for the food though.“

“Another solo weekend dim sum brunch, I was in the metro town area, that’s why I picked this one. Haven’t been here for a while, I remember they are not bad. I’m glad that they are still that way.

Food is pretty good similar to the level in Richmond and Hong Kong, may be a little bit below, but still pretty good.

Everything came out hot, Sui mai is pretty good, the BBQ pork rice rolls were good as well.

Service was ok, typical Chinese restaurant service level.

Decor is a bit dated. But overall presentable.“
