“Great food. Had wonderful sashimi & stake dinner. Flat Iron wagyu was soft & melted in my mouth & miso broccolini was exceptional!
Great cappuccino for after meal.
Service was also pleasant but just a minor thing.
1) Server poured the sparkling water that’s been opened for too long.
2) I was at the edge seat and my foot got stepped on a few times while the server changed the plates. Unfortunately no one said anything.“

“After reading the reviews, we just had to try it. We got the cod fish and chips, the halibut fish and chips and the clam chowder. My favorite was definitely the halibut fish, it’s juicy and crispy; the best fish and chips i’ve had. The cod fish wasn’t the best I wouldn’t order it again. Over all i would definitely recommend this place for a weekday lunch/dinner.“

“I had an incredible experience here last Friday! My friends hosted a surprise bridal shower for me in the private dining room. The staff were thoughtful and helpful with the setup, allowing my them to come in early to decorate the space. They also did a flawless job with executing the surprise by pretending to bring me to a table first. The server was fun, warm and attentive throughout the night and I feel terrible that I’m forgetting her name! All the food was delicious, which has been the case every time I’ve been to Boulevard.“

“Delighted to find an exceptional Chinese restaurant downtown! Highlights included the fried crab balls, whole roast duck served two ways (Peking style and minced meat in lettuce wraps), and deep-fried crab with garlic, XO sauce, and stir-fried rice. Every dish was fresh and non-greasy. The polite and attentive staff provided excellent guidance on selecting a variety of dishes for our banquet. Although parking was a bit tricky to navigate, it was free—a nice added perk!“

We had an amazing experience at Bravo! We made a reservation for 10 PM and arrived on time, not realizing the restaurant closed at 11 PM. We stayed until 11:45 PM without even noticing how late it was, and the staff never once made us feel rushed. In fact, the owner himself was helping to serve, which we only realized while chatting with him at our table. He was so gracious and welcoming—it really added a personal touch to our evening.

We’ve ordered every item (was so good we had to reorder some of them) on the menu and the food was phenomenal, and the service was exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where both the quality and hospitality are this outstanding. Bravo is truly a gem, and we can’t recommend it enough!“

“Great dim sum and service! Our server Teresa was so great and gave us great recommendations! We ordered scallop and prawn dumplings, xlb, congee, xiumai, tendon and rice rolls and they were all a hit! Also good location so you can go to tnt afterwards!“

“We live in North Shore and are regulars at Wooden Fish and this is our first time at Pho and Roll. Very impressed with their food and atmosphere. More upscale than Wooden Fish but both are excellent. We were worried about parking but had no issues finding a spot right away on a side street (lots of parking on the side streets and parking lots as well). We will return.“

“The food here is pretty good and we didn’t experience any poor service. The wait staff were actually really nice. There was one lady who we didn’t have much interaction with who seemed to have a bit of an attitude.

The free 2hr parking below ground is really good. The place is overall fairly comfortable. They have nice high ceilings and it doesn’t feel too loud or crowded inside.“

“OddFish is a true neighborhood gem! Always love dining here...great people, fun environment, and delicious food. Even the most meat focused caveman would appreciate their fish based options. Very few restaurants in town consistently deliver a great experience - but they make it look easy. You have to try the grilled squid salad with fish sauce. Lights out good.“

“We read about Forage in line and decided to try it. What a great decision! The food was excellent. As the idea is sharing plates we selected a number of small plates. We had the fish dip, with lovely homemade tortillas which were delicious. We had a spring salad, the zucchini salad, bison carpaccio, and smoked salmon- everything was great. Washed down with a nice Shiraz - what more could you want? Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend you to try.“

“I attended my first game of the season Dec 10th. The Canucks played and lost to the Minnesota Wild. The lobster roll was honestly my favorite thing about attending Canucks’ games. The lobster roll tasted good. The lobster meat was cooked well and the texture perfect. I admit it’s been a few years since I had season tickets. I renewed this year and told everyone the lobster roll was a can’t miss. The lobster roll held it’s own but the new kettle chips are a miss. Bring back Ms Vickies! The kettle chips were hard and tasteless.“

“Came here twice. The siu mai was completely different and much better on the second visit. The rest were as good as the first visit. I didn't take a photo the second time, but you can see how pale the xiu mai looks in this photo. The portions are generous, the quality (questionable consistency on the siu mai) is pretty good for the price. Overall, because this is much closer to Richmond and the value is there, this will be my go-to dimsum until they raise their prices. Atmosphere is no where close to the usual dimsum spots I usually go to.“

“Came here for my aunt’s birthday. She is a regular and orders a lot from them. The manager put on a birthday song for my aunt and gave us some mango pudding with a candle. It was so kind!!! “Tucked in a tiny corner mall in SE Van is this authentic Cantonese/ chinese restaurant. With its unassuming and humble front door, the food is surprisingly authentic and delicious! Prices are average for their portion sizes. The 2 noodle dishes I got (dry-fried beef rice noodle and Singapore style vermicelli) have strong wok flavor ("wok hei"). Their baked tapioca pudding is made when ordered, so it takes time, but it's to die for! Apparently, they also have dim sum during lunch, so I'll try it next time! All in all, surprisingly good authentic flavors, super friendly staff, and convenient!
