“2025/01/30 update:
I had lunch there to try out their large Chicken Karaage Bowl, it was delicious, next time I’ll order extra rice (+$2.50) with it.
The servers were friendly and professional.
The Dining area is nice and kept clean.
—————————
I have been here twice, first time was to try their Classic Ramen bowl, Delicious! But their Bowl shape was kinda deceptive in the content of the ramen, I went there today to try their Pork Belly Large bowl, it was yummy and filling with lots of cut pork belly, I was kinda expecting it to be mostly filled with rice but instead found lots of cut pork belly, the ingredients on the bowl worked well together.
The service was excellent. Fast, Friendly and professional, the dining area was nice and kept clean, the atmosphere was relaxed.
Parking: There is a free parking structure nearby
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair lift elevator by the stairs“

“My girlfriend and I came in here looking for some solid ramen and got exactly that. She just got back from Japan and explained how it’s the exact style of ramen they have there. I’m a self-proclaimed food snob and this was easily the best ramen I’ve ever consumed. Plus, the cucumber appetizer will blow your mind.
I got the classic tonkotsu, she got the miso ginger. Both were incredible. The broth, the egg, the noodles (both vegan and not).
The service was also incredible. The host sat us at “his favorite table.” Our waiter, Rainer, was extremely kind and asked a ton about us. When we raved about the cucumber appetizer, he told the chef, Alex, who then came out and chatted with us about the dish, where we’re from, and our love for food.
Will definitely be coming back and highly recommending to the homies“

“Easily the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had. It has a really rich, savory broth, which is a nice change of pace since vegan broth is usually a watered down afterthought at most places. It comes fully loaded with mushrooms and hashbrowns (??!?) but you can add additional veggies or an egg if youre feeling it. Very simple menu but they execution is 1000/10!“

“The ramens were amazing! Awesome flavors that were not like all the other ramen places I’ve tried. I especially loved the Lemon Butter ramen because I could add truffle oil to it. That made it rich, yet easy on the palate. The staff is so sweet and welcomes you with a smile. I will be back!(:“

“I’ve tried lots of ramen before and by far this is one of the best broths I’ve tasted. It was so creamy and full of flavor. I got the red miso ramen and it was great. The other ramens were also full of flavor and doesn’t have a water downed flavor. The staff was so freindly and nice. It gives a very personal and homey feel. Everything was nice and clean including the bathroom! They also give these free puff deserts that are filled with strawberry creme and it was a phenomenal ending. One of the staff even gave us free pocky’s as a small new year festivities.
This is definitely a lowkey, hidden spot that’s worth a try. Would recommend the ramen any day. I will be going back!“

“Delicious. Tried the Amber. I usually get a creamy/Tonkotsu option if its available but i wanted to try their signature dish. Very flavorful and not too salty for me. Had to wait about 15 minutes for indoor seating on a sunny day. Our waitress was nice and checked in after we received our food. I will be going back.“

“The ambiance of this place was incredible. The chef who took our order actually took the time to fully explain each of the ramen choices that are on the menu. While waiting for our ramen, we got to see him apply the aromatics to each bowl of ramen. The presentation was incredible, and then we took a bite. I can honestly say that after taking my first bite that I sat back in my chair because I was so blown away at what I had just tasted. Incredible doesn't even come close to what my taste buds experienced. 🤯 If you're looking for amazing ramen, then Redwhite Boneless Ramen on Ventura Blvd is your spot.“

“Clean, simple decor and friendly service. Was pleasantly surprised by the lunch special offered and ordered the spicy Yuzu Miso Ramen (at the server's suggestion) with a 3pc side of takoyaki. So happy with the choice!
The takoyaki wasn't drowned in mayo, the sauce was perfectly balanced, and it was genuinely some of the best I've tried in LA.
The ramen! Wow. The noodles were perfect to me. They had a good bite to them and they didn't try to slither out of my chopsticks while en route to my mouth. The meat was incredibly tender and slightly fatty, but not greasy. The broth wasn't overly salty or spicy and had a refreshing yuzu taste that didn't overwhelm the creamy miso flavor. My SIL pointed out how fresh the bamboo shoots tasted as they didn't have that vinegary tang to them that canned ones did.
I finished my bowl (something I can rarely manage) and didn't have the uncomfortable heavy feeling I've had with other miso-based ramen.
I can't wait to go back for the dinner hour and try patio dining
Kid-friendliness: It's small and quiet sit-down
Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the 1st floor,“

“I was totally satisfied when we decided to go for a quick dinner at this ramen place in San Gabriel near the Hilton Hotel. I ordered the spicy ramen and it was sooo good. Love the spicy ingredients along with the thick noodles. 😋 My friends had the Tonkotsu instead. Both dishes are good. Would love to try the other dishes in the menu as well. 🍜😍“

“Tsujita La Artisan Noodle Annex is the best Dipping Ramen ( Tsukemen ) in LA , closest noodles I’ve felt in Japan. Here the noodles are thick and springy, they kept separate from garlicky and flavorful broth to maintain the chewable. It’s perfect for me!“

“We came because my wife grew up eating here and wanted to revisit. The flavors of the wood were good. I think the noodles in the ramen could be cooked 30 seconds less. All the ramen in our party had overcooked noodles. The extra ramen noodle we ordered was cooked fine. For some reason the extra egg was extremely salty. We could taste it in the yolk as well. The marinade had too much shoyu; I think it could have used more mirin and more dashi or maybe more water in general to help cut the salt.
We ended with a strawberry shaved ice. It tasted like strawberry milk, it was so good!“

“The ramen was great and tasteful. The staff were pretty nice and friendly. However, we did receive the drinks before other incoming patrons, and after our ramen arrived. The gyoza came towards the end when my bf and I were full, so we didn't get to enjoy that portion as much. Everything else was good 👍“

“Overall experience was pretty good. My partner and I were craving some ramen and this place had really good reviews. Limited food choices and small homey vibe would make you think the food would taste a bit better. The food was a bit bland for the ramen we got. The broths just weren't as flavorful as we had expected them to be. Would I go back? Maybe if other places were unavailable.“

“Am a night owl, part-time nighthawk. I usually get there between Juan 1:00 a.m. and 2:15am. I love ramen; traditional ramen ( leave out the corn please ?). They have great ramen. The staff is nice, friendly. The salt ramen is spot on. The broth is great, good portions, and it's just delicious. They are open super late and that's fantastic. Bottom line It's an excellent late night ramen place that doesn't compromise. (I don't like doing stuff. The fact that I'm stopping to write a review should speak volumes to the awesomeness) --With love your late night, Goth-fiend..?
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but I've noted the options which is cool
Parking: It has a small shared parking lot. There's street parking but I can imagine it's hard at night. It's going to be tougher during the day but that's everywhere. There is Street parking at least“

“My local ramen spot in Valley Glen, Los Angeles, California on the border of Van Nuys and neighboring North Hollwood. Ramen Izakaya is great from take out or dine with a plethora of beverage options as well as eats. Available through doordashz grubhub and ubereats this small chain biz has an incredible creamy vegan ramen, spicy lemon grass ramen, veggie spring rolls, tofu nuggets, shishito peppers, edamame, rice bowls, salads, soups and lots of traditional Japanese and ramen dishes that will please your taste buds times two. They have some decent outdoor seating, but incredibly indoor and a huge parking lot in back. The service is always good and usually very personable. A unique Japanese cuisine eatery with some LA Valley flavor and modern plant-based flare.“

“Been wanting to try this place for a couple years now. Glad we finally did. Excellent food, much better than any Jinya Ramen. We had a bunch of appetizers. Indeed, their Takoyaki was amazing, Howard Yang! 😍 We had 2 seasonal specials, the Spicy Crispy Shrimp Roll and the cold Tan Tan ramen. Both were fantastic, albeit a bit too spicy for me. Service is super friendly. We will definitely be back. Want to try a bunch of other things, including the hot ramens.“

“As much as I love tonkotsu ramen, the curry ramen at Menya Tigre was a delicious change of pace. Between the hearty, flavorful broth, the refreshingly simple toppings, and as much spicy fried garlic as my heart desired, I left plenty satisfied.“

“Stopped by for anniversary and DineLA!
I never knew this place existed, but it seems like they've been around for about two years. The restaurant was a lot bigger than it looked and had a lot of spaces. They even had a full bar inside with a nice list of Japanese Whiskeys (Sorry, no Yamazakis!) and other spirits.
The food was good and was presented in a 5 course meal (most likely for DineLA) Although my date got the sushi, I opted for the sukiyaki as they presented themselves as a kaiseki restaurant. They also had other options, but I think their sukiyaki was better than the sushi.
The service was great when we first got in, but the place got packed in a few minutes and it seemed like there wasn't enough servers. However, the overall experience was great and I'd probably visit again for a different menu.“

“Onigiri!! Anime Food!! Definitely worth 6.50 and super delicious ?. My favorite was the pork Onigiri. Very chill environment, the service was so great. He explained the menu to us and was very attentive and we tried 2 other Onigiri and they're huge and tasty. Spam and fried chicken ? were delicious. The other items such as the curry looked really good but we had to rush out and didn't have time to order anything else. I'll be back for more Onigiri!.“

“Really solid ramen for a chain place. I like the Blaze, just the right amount of spicy. The chicken karage is also particularly good, and is an option for the combo meal. The music is usually too loud but the service is always fast and the food good.
Vegetarian options: Menu items labeled vegetarian, and they do have a vegetarian ramen.
Parking: There’s a lot but it belongs to all the places in the shopping center so it can be crowded.“

“JINYA has some of the best ramen in LA, hands down. My gluten free husband loves that they have gluten free ramen, and true Japanese Karaage — made with rice flour, not wheat. So gluten free fried chicken fans, try the crispy chicken! The jinya buns are my addiction! Service is always so sweet and friendly, and we feel like locals or regulars when they recognize us. Don’t worry about the limited seating inside; the patio has great heaters — super cozy and comfortable. And I’m always cold, so you know they’re strong. I love this spot for lunch or dinner any day of the week. Truly a gem of a spot.“
