“The food is delicious, flavorful, and authentic. This place offers simple sit down dining in addition to to-go ordering.

Our waiter brought us water, bowls for sharing (we didn't even have to ask!), and a small dessert at the end of the meal. For a place with to-go in the name, this kind of service was unexpected and very welcome.

I didn't see any incentives for leaving a good review, so the 4.9 stars that this restaurant has is well-earned through great food, great prices, and great service.“

“Felt bad arriving pretty late; 1945 when they closed at 2030. However it was a long day of flights and our hotel was far away and reviews for this place suggested it was excellent. I'd wager a guess I've eaten at at least 100 pho establishments in my time on earth and for sure this one ranks in the top 5. The food was great. The beef ribs were AMAZING and those deep fried buns were to die for. The prices are very fair and portions filling for most any adult. Most importantly the broth was rich and had a good mouth feel. Beefy but very light almost as clear as a consomme.

Wish I lived in San diego so I could visit this more than once but gives me something to look forward to coming back for.“

“Had their egg rolls with the rice paper a year ago from a co-worker who brought a tray in to work. Haven't stopped thinking about it.

But somehow, it wasn't as good as I remembered it. Still good but a little too dry and too salty.
Bahn mi was great.

Not much of a seating area so beware if you plan on eating in.

“this is my favorite place to go eat pho. The broth is so delicious full of flavor!! my kids love the grilled pork chop & egg rolls !! soo freakin good! “This place was so good, it’s up there now as one of my favorite pho’s. I got the chicken pho, the chicken pieces in there were perfect without any fat or hard grizzly bits. Their broth has really good flavor, seasoned well. I also tried their chicken banh mi and the bread was perfect, the chicken was seasoned well and it was overall very satisfying.“

“Authentic Vietnamese place serving only 4 dishes. But if you like made to order banh cuon (steamed rice rolls), cha lua (steamed pork loaf), or best of all, gio chien (fried pork paste), you really won’t be disappointed. These simple items are much better than what’s available elsewhere because of the ingredients and because of their freshness. Yum!

Note: You can reheat the fried pork paste in an air fryer at home and it still tastes good, but when it just comes out, the smell of it is so irresistible!“

“I ordered the rare beef pho. Broth was great, the noodles did not seem like they were freshly made and the beef was cut a bit thick. But, otherwise, was very enjoyable.

If you like tons of spice, you can ask for chili oil. It may seem like a small amount, but the whole thing packs quite the punch.

The atmosphere reminded me of the family-owned restaurants back in Orange County... very familiar and homey for me.

All I had to do was pour the broth into the noodle bowl and agitate it a little with the chopstick to get the noodles unstuck, which it did very easily. The amount of broth was exactly perfect for the noodle bowl.“

The veggies are abundant fresh and crispy. the pork is tender and flavorful and the tiny rice noodles are hot and well cooked. they serve it with large lettuce leaves that you wrap all the goodies up as a Vietnamese burrito. and dip it into a flavorful sauce called fish sauce but it is not fishy and does not taste like fish. “Ordered 4 dishes for takeout. The heavenly papaya salad, garlic chicken bowl, fried shrimp noodle bowl, and the pho fried noodle. Didn’t care much for the papaya salad. The dressing seems to be missing something. Taste diluted. The chicken bowl was good and flavorful. The shrimp noodle bowl was good but wish they give more shrimp. There was only two shrimp. The fried pho noodle was oily and the noodle was hard. No taste at all but just oily. I do wish they have more options tho. And the portion was pretty small and pricy.“

“I got the #8- Rare steak Pho, it was hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Big portion. Delicious broth. Generous amount of steak. Generous amount of toppings including large stocks of mint, jalapenos, juicy limes, and sprouts. On top of that, a manager/owner type gentlemen made his rounds checking in with new customers asking how it all was- he was very sweet & sincere.. we told him how much we loved the Pho to which he replied, “I made it with all my heart!”.. now that was icing on the cake! “Loved my impromptu dine-in experience! I was waiting for my car to be fixed and found Pho Ha Noi on Google since it was a short walk away. The dine-in experience is basic & straight forward - you order at the counter and they bring the food to you when it’s ready.

I tried the grilled shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl and an iced Vietnamese coffee to-go. The server was very friendly & efficient and the food was delicious! I loved the pickled vegetables, the veggies were fresh, and the shrimp was sautéed with perfectly crisp/golden garlic & onions. I would definitely eat here again since I’d like to try a tofu dish 😊“

“I had brunch here with my friend the other day. I haven't been here in years. The menu seems to be the same, but the food does taste a little different from what I remember.

The service was on point, and we stayed talking well past being done with our meal and the staff didn't make us feel rushed at all.

#25 the Skewered Satay Beef- the meatballs are not as firm as they were in the past, they completely fall apart when you cut them in half. But they were good.
#14A House Special Satay Pho- this was so great, flavorful and really filling. I loved it.
Thai Iced Tea to-go - very tasty, exactly what I was hoping for.

Parking was easy, there are lots of spots. The vibe was casual.“
