“Noodleosophy is local Bay Area chain focusing on hand-pulled noodle dishes, and this location in particular can be found in Millbrae's Social Eatery food hall. As part of Social Eatery, patrons can take a seat within the food hall, place their orders on the provided tablet, and a staff member will bring the food an beverages straight to your table.

We decided to get their beef tendon noodle soup and selected the biang biang noodles (you're able to customize the dish to your liking with whatever noodle option you prefer). We also got a side of their pork and shrimp dumplings, because who doesn't love dumplings?

The beef tendon noodle soup was rich and flavorful, while the accompanying noodles were perfectly cooked and chewy - providing a great mouth feel to the dish. The dumplings were delicious as well, and were a nice addition to the meal as a whole.

If you're ever in the Millbrae area and want a one-stop shop for all your dining and beverage needs, then Social Eatery is definitely the place to go and be sure to enjoy some delicious hand-pulled noodles from Noodleosophy while you're at it!“

“One of my favorite breakfast places in the Bay. Pricing is great and love the set meals. If Cantonese style breakfast is not your thing, they have other small plate options.

One thing to note, congee comes with sliced ginger. If you don’t like ginger, ask the to take it out.“

“Our family enjoys eating at Naked Fish in Millbrae. Their sushi rolls and bento boxes are always delicious. There are many options to choose from between the menu and their daily specials. Their food is presented well and amply portioned. Their service is consistently good and the servers are attentive. Whether we eat a late lunch or dinner with family and friends, we always leave this place full and content.My only criticism of this place is the location. Because the gym is directly above it, more specifically, the weight room, you can hear the weights dropping on the floor on certain occasions and it’s distracting. However, because we enjoy eating here more than anything else, we tolerate the noise on the few instances it’s happened.There is ample parking around, both on the street and in the parking lot next to it.Overall, I recommend you try this restaurant if you’re in the neighborhood.“

“First time here. Long line to get in but it moved fairly quickly. Had the Roast beef Aburasoba. Mind-Boggling GOOD! The flavor was out of this world! The service was fantastic!! I can’t wait to go back again!“

“Surprisingly tasty fusion cuisine. The gelato is my favorite. The only downside is the kitchen closes at 8pm and some of the signature dishes take a longer time so I didn’t get to order them. “Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.“

The food was amazing. All the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. The flavors were well balanced and complex. Generous portions at such a reasonable price.

Highly recommend the spicy braised beef noodle soup with the signature housemade noodles. The noodles were cooked to perfection with a nice bite and chewiness without being doughy, and were flavorful thanks for the rich broth. The soup has a kick which was entirely welcome and the spice paired well with the sourness, cutting through the heaviness of both the beef and the wheat noodles. Will definitely be back to enjoy more!

“This is a “hole in a wall” that makes some of the tastiest and least costly dim-sum anywhere. There is usually a short line waiting for service. Dim-Sum is freshly made daily. Great lunch specials: 2 steam table items plus fried rice or noodles or rice for less than $10. Also has a self serve freezer for customers to pick up extras for dinner at home.
Don’t expect a fancy ambience but good and inexpensive dim-sum. Worth the trip.“

I came here when they were starting out, and it was similar but not the same. There was a long line and a short wait -- service is fast, albeit a little frenetic and high volume ambient noise. But, I'm there to eat and that is what we did. Surprise! The spring rolls shrunk, still good, just not too plenty. It was busy on a Saturday evening with what seems like a lot of regulars. We were a party of 5 and they sat us at a table for 4 and added a chair on the end. Once we ordered, they moved us to a big table. We ordered way too much for 5 people. Ending up taking a lot home.

Everything was very good. Except the veggie was a little too tough/mature. And the mixed mushroom with egg tofu was not mixed mushroom but only one type of mushroom. The egg tofu was very good with the broccoli.

The bbq pork with chicken appetizer was good too. The bbq pork was so juicy and flavorful.

Portions here are very big and prices are reasonable.“

“I love this damn place! I am from LA County and just HAVE to stop here at some point whenever I visit. I usually get the shao mai, beef roll pancake, or the pork shrimp dumplings w/ chives. Recently tried the pan fried Shanghai dumplings and enjoyed them. That honey flavored grapefruit drink? Maaaaaan SO GOOD. I usually get two of those because they are just so tasty and refreshing.“
