“I'm gonna leave 5 star because I love their bakery! Omg so delicious. Best brownie and salted Carmel and blondie bars. But I have to write this down again for owner to warn her employee. That same girl was treating me poorly was serving me today again. I didn't go there a while even I work just on same street because of that employee treating me like that but then I wanted to give another chance. I've been going since couple times. Other workers and owner is nice. But today again this same girl... I'm asking their other stuff, what is in it and what are they since I wanna try their all bakery. I just asked 1 item and she answered okay thank you, and then I asked something next to that. Her face expressions and her attitude which is making you feel very uncomfortable. You can read from her face that she hates you :) she didn't want to answer she was like "I'm sorry I don't hear you, it's the fan " or whatever she said I don't remember now. As soon as owner came out and was standing behind her, her all attitude completely changed. She started smiling and telling me have a great day etc. She made feel terrible asking questions for the purpose of trying their products. I wouldn't give tip to her, I wasn't giving whenever I see a bad attitude, but I left some tip today but not Because how she treated me, because their bars are super tasty and I love whatever I eat there. Owner probably knows who I'm, I gave so much detail for her to guess who I am. She has such a nice place and popular in here. I just wanted her to know so she can improve her business for even better!“

“I love this place! The donuts are unique and delicious and the portions and variety are perfect. I order regularly for catered seminars and they are always a hit. They also have great customer service and are always nice and reliable. Prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend!“

“I loooove Sunnyside! My fiancé and I typically come here on saturdays and always really enjoy it. The service is great, the restaurant is cute, and the food is fantastic. I always say this when we're there but I feel like what makes Sunnyside so good is that it doesn't taste like restaurant food. It reminds me of like, the best sandwich you, or someone who loves you, would make to eat at home.“

“I'm not really a former hamburger guy. That being said the burger was really good. I got the Smokehouse, the bacon was super flavorful and the patty was moist and juicy. Also got the Truffle Parmesan fries with garlic aioli sauce super tasty. I would definitely go back if I am ever in the neighborhood.“

“Authentic Italian Bakery! How did I miss this place?! So unassuming, hole in the wall bakery tucked in the corner of a shopping plaza. The pictures speak for themselves. Delicious and authentic. Don't come here expecting American style pastries or sandwiches. It's amazing and the quality is there! I've been to Italy, husband is from France so his expectations are always high when it's an European bakery. He loved the Italian sandwich and Italian ham especially. As for the prices, it's on par with the quality, did I hear imported Italian flour?! Yes. Italian family owned bakery where you hear them speaking Italian? Yes. “If you're in North County SD, I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Juneshine's tasting room. We trained to Sorrento Valley and then uber'd to Juneshine. But the aesthetic of the place is beautiful and Rachel, the bartender, was so awesome! Tons of great flavors to try and a welcoming space! We had such a great experience!“

“Where to even start with this bakery! Wow, I had Barbara cater the desserts for my wedding and I am so thankful I did! I wanted gf, vegan, no processed sugar, and no refined oils in my desserts - that still tasted amazing. And Plantiful Kitchen deliver! Barbara was so kind and helpful with planning out my desserts, we even had a fun tasting with my family and maid of honor. She made the process so easy and exciting - and was always for responsive. She provided donuts, cookies, the cutest mini cheese cakes, and truffles. And every single one was delicious! The desserts were a highlight of the wedding, my guests couldn't stop talking about them that evening - and to this day they keep saying they were the best desserts they have ever had. “This is one of my happy places. Its by the beach and there's a thriftstore in the same little strip mall. The donuts are super as evidenced by the constant foot traffic and cars coming and going Its got a great vibe. My favorite is the orange glazed. They're all really good. They have more than donuts too. Enjoy!“

“This place is absolutely beautiful. The servers are super nice and the food was really good. The drinks were amazing. Be sure to park Valet. It's actually less than the metered parking. It was so easy to reserve a table, we got one right at the window with the beautiful ocean as your atmosphere. The prices are not bad for such a beautiful restaurant. I'd say ($15-30) per dish.Parking: Valet was only $8.00! The metered parking was more expensive.“

“Where do I even start with how much I love this place? I’m here almost every Saturday getting a chai latte. HH introduced me to macadamia milk, so that alone has made my life better. Not to mention everyone who works there is super nice and fun to talk to. It’s like Seattle quality coffee with San Diego friendliness! Last but not least they always have Bob Ross playing on the TV. “Solana Sumptuous falls into the top 3 cookie places in SD county for me; specifically because they make a mean oatmeal chocolate cookie (OAT-M-G). I was introduced to this place by a co-worker who brought in several dozen for us to try on a couple of occasions. Ive had a few different flavors like their Solana Beach, PB, the OG chocolate chip, sea salt caramel, churro, and the Trifecta (stuffed), but the oatmeal chocolate is still my favorite. Single cookies range from $3-$4.50 depending on which one you get, and definitely place an order ahead of time if you're getting more than a few to ensure they have what you want. The in-store service is good and there always seems to be a constant stream of people popping in for a treat.“

“Great for groups- Large tables and we had children with our group and they were able to play on the turf outside the downstairs area while we were waiting for our food. I ordered the turkey and avocado salad with steak (I like protein) which was absolutely delicious. The protein made it extra filling. A sliced hard boiled egg would have elevated it perfectly so a note to myself to add that next time if it's an option. Lots of healthy options to choose from. Will definitely eat here again.“

“We had the apple salad to start and the creamy vinaigrette was excellent. Make sure you get the right dressing here. The star of the show was the pizza. I rarely get a medium since the value is usually in the large but even though I like a thin crust, the larges I saw looked a bit anemic. We went with medium. The crust was perfect! The meatballs were perfectly crisped and the ricotta was added after it was cooked so it maintained the creamy texture instead of hardening on the outside when it is cooked. Trust me here, this is my favorite pizza and pizza is one of my favorite foods. The sauce is also the exact acidity I'm looking for. The only downside to this place is how far it is from my house.“

“It's just the best tasting pizza. Not too heavy on the sauce and the cheese type is perfect. Usually pizza can be greasy, but their pizza isn't. It reminds me of the cheesy bread that I used to buy at a French bakery. Great to reheat for breakfast or a snack. I'm not a fan of pizza, but I love Perfect Pizza. We get the Hawaiian & the vegetarian.“

“One of my favorite restaurants as someone with celiac. Being able to have a proper burrito after almost two years of not having one??? “Always want coffee and found this spot hidden within other shops and what seemed to be apartments, well it turned out to be great! Little hard to find but once you do it makes sense. The staff was good, helpful and nice. It's tiny little shop with little room so definitely not a sit and enjoy your coffee type spot. The lattes were good but not great, the foam decor/art isn't their thing for sure. While not a must it's always a nice touch. Not sure I would come back for sure but in a crunch I wouldn't stay away.“
