Our favorite dishes are cold ramen,Korean Style Chanpon and fried rice, and on weekends, we always go for the free kid ramen. They also serve you some K popsicle or mochi ice cream as a complimentary dessert.“

“On a perfect rainy day, I was craving nothing but delicious Ramen so I had to have the pork tongue Katsu Ramen but they have a special here that includes a spicy tuna or salmon roll for $19.99

I absolutely had to have this and my God, it was delicious environment was warm and when I got my food, I couldn’t wait.

“I came here on a cloudy Sunday and was immediately greeted and got a seat right away. I ordered the deluxe mazemen with the pork belly and it was delicious mixture of different savory textures and flavors. I definitely liked it more after adding a bit of the white vinegar to cut through some of the richness. I also had the yuzu sour, which if you know me, I love the yuzu like waking up and having no work that day. The yuzu sour was refreshing, not too sweet, and tasted like one of the bottled yuzu sodas out there. If I'm in the area after hitting some golf balls I'll come back.“

Once you're number is called you pick up your order and add spices, oils, ginger,etc as you want to your dish. When done you bring your trays to a stacked area (kind of full). Plenty of parking up front and the restrooms were clean.“

“My teenagers and I had the Motto Black, the Motto Red, and the Motto Special. All bowls were tasty and delicious. Noodles were fresh and the chaschu melted in your mouth. “First time I ordered from this place. I was looking for ramen, but when I open the website, my eyes got caught by the Mango salad, and that's what I ordered instead. When I got my order it did not disappointed me. Ingredients were so fresh and appealing, the dressing were really good and chicken was tender. It was so delicious. “Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.“

Sushi had Salmon and it was very good. The ramen was Pork based ans it had a good kick. Good spicy with so much flavor. I gave the 4 stars because they have TV's and I wanted a basketball game. They couldn't change the channels for whatever reason. Asked for the bill and apply the Military Discount on the bill. The discount only applies to the Things I ate/ordered. I was there with my wife so they gave us 2 checks. It was pretty weird but oh well. But that doesn't change the fact that food was great and I want to try more items on the Menu. Good beer selection too 🍺 🍻 Enjoy!“

“I always have a pleasant time at Silverlake Ramen. I always get The Blaze which is one of there spicer ramens with an amazing thick broth that is always the best on cold days. Ever since my friend showed me this place I been hooked ever since and now I take my friends here. I also recommend there dumplings which I always get. The Service here is always nice as well. “My new favorite sushi spot in Long Beach. Omg - once, they had some uni from Japan (not Santa Barbara, like most uni here) that was unREAL. I’d advise getting some of the regular sushi/sashimi and not just rolls. Their ramen is bomb, too. As are their appetizers. We usually get the spicy edamame. The owner is a gem, too. Really nice lady who remembers her customers, which always feels nice.“

I understand that there are many people waiting, but clearing our bowls while we were still preparing to pay didn’t feel appropriate. I would recommend this restaurant only if you want to come in, eat, and leave quickly—it’s not a place for a leisurely meal.“
