I was skeptical about the menudo because everyone makes it different in Texas and it can have flavors you’re not ready for. Their menudo was great! Reminded me of my dad’s. Wish we had some of these in Texas.”

I'm glad that Poke Ichii is still up because I personally think their food quality is much better than Okashi (which is on the other side of Nut Tree). Unlike Okashi's regular / half bowls, Ichii give you more protein for their regular, and more food portions in general. I was also able to taste the individual flavors, and the octopus was prepared well. In Okashi, their octopus tends to just feel and taste like rubber, while Ichii's was more firm and actually tasted like cold octopus. My only issue is that their spicy tuna and mayo weren't spicy at all, but that didn't detract from the overall quality of the food.

Sorry Okashi, but I think I'll be going to Ichii from now on!

“We go here on Fridays or Saturdays for their outdoor taco cart street style tacos. We always get pastor, asada and suadero. They have all the toppings on the side so you can fix them just how you like. These tacos hit the spot everytime and never miss. Kids love these tacos too so thats always a plus when they eat and dont complain.”

Love that the woman on the phone was super patient and helpful when we weren't exactly sure how much to order and what some dishes included.She was super kind and offered suggestions even though they seemed busy (we orders on Lunar New Years Day. She never rushed nor acted rude and impatient like some places when you start asking "too many" questions.Food was good & just in the perfect time like they estimated. Service was extremely good and the food was absolutely amazing, I got 3 small tacos and a large horchata for $15.65 really cheep for the amount and really filling. Would recommend any time going to or through the bay. Or if your in the area.

Had some steak fries and the fries were cold on the inside. The other location in Vacaville always gets the order and food right. I still would recommend just double check your orders.”

And then you'll say to yourself, I really enjoyed those 3 or 4 seniorita breads .
I'll just have another. Next thing you'll do is drop by the next day to get some more.
The seniorita bread is too good for words.

What an ABSOLUTE Suprise, every bite was divine. The best sushi in vacaville hands down.
Ordered garlic edamame, Gyoza to start. Followed by the Deep Fried California Roll, The Dynamite, volcano, lion king, 49er, & the scallion Roll. All the rolls but one (49er with lemon slices) was fried or baked. All cooked to perfection, no soy sauce needed. Each was like an explosion of amazing taste in your mouth.
Staff was no where near rude like other reviewers. It was quiet, well cleaned and they cook with passion. We were checked on adequately & drinks never went empty.
Very affordable and perfect for family night or date night even.

“My friend and I came here after a hard leg 🦵 day at Vacaville Strength Experience gym. The place wasn't busy until after we walked in. After getting home, my friend realized that the "breakfast menu" specifically said REFRIED BEANS & RICE come with it. My friend did notice the bag was light but was alarmed until it was too late. Also, notice that a lot of the sauce tipped over inside the plastic bag because the Styrofoam was not as surcure as it should have been. The food was VERY TASTY, but disappointing due to the amount we paid was not sufficient due to not getting what we ordered and the fact they weren't busy and knowing their menu and what comes with it. 2 stars out of 5 💜💜🖤🖤🖤”

I came in on a busy night with my kids, and the manager, Sierra, took great care of us. It was great to see her there again last night, she even remembered us when we walked in! I couldn’t decide between the tofu banh mi or the chicken hummus wrap, but ended up going with the tofu since she recommended it. It was delicious! This place is quickly becoming our favorite place to stop when we’re driving through!”

At the end of the night we felt robbed because we wouldn’t pay more than 40$ with what we got.

We paid 80$ for 2 people and we ordered 4 plates. The amount of food in each place small… the calamari, the poke salad, the sushi roll and the big miso soup.
Excellent service and very very helpful and polite staff…. The food needs some attention. In quantity and quality.”

It's obvious these girls value great customer service, and are quite the saleswomen to boot. Popped in just to ask some questions, left with the answers and an unplanned sandwich.
