“Great vegan restaurant in Melrose. The food has plenty of flavor and tastes fresh. Prices during happy hour are very affordable, and it’s a great for big groups to share bites and drinks. Atmosphere is nice, especially outdoors on the patio. The highlight of the evening for me was the olive oil brownie — a must try!“
“First visit after driving by for too long. Don't drive by, this is an amazing spot for brunch on the weekend! Atmosphere outside is wonderful, wait staff was on point and very helpful, food was truly special, prepared perfect and presented beautifully, as you would expect from a great spot in WEHO. We tried the Crostinis which were perfectly sized apps and had the Breakfast burrito (so fresh with Avocado, Egg, Black Beans and Bacon) and my wife had the Herb and Giat cheese omelet, in her words “it was delicious”, and great portion of food for both of us. Have already reserved our next brunch and eager to bring our out of town guests. Excellent and looking forward to dinner as well.“
“Yessir! Fun lil place! It's small but cozy. With an old-school charm. Those seasoned chips are addictive. At $1 a bowl, we ordered several lol. Perfect, low-key place to unwind or meet someone for a drink. It's Hollywood without any pretense. Service was right on! And the drinks were good! Parking is a pain during rush hour. Not so much because you can't find a spot, but because Sunset is a parking lot. Definitely going to swing through again! Two thumbs all the way up!“
“Great steakhouse right on Sunset Boulevard. Great food, nice service, unfortunately only valet parking… even though I parked my car myself… a bit questionable. Opening hours adjusted since COVID, only open from 4 p.m. on weekdays, a shame.Parking: Unfortunately only valet parking, a bit questionable to charge $10 if you park the car yourself…“
“The restaurant is the best. One of a kind menu. The chef do this weird but really creative culinary plates that doesnt make sense, you cant even imagine how it will taste, but i know for sure it will be really boom. You will be fascinated. I am an honest and serious customer. Although the place its just a little small and i will change it to 5 star once i think it deserve it. In my opinion. Customer service really good. Security, bartenders as well do their job as it should be. Just the small room doesnt make me go up to 5 star, but we'll see sometime.“
“First time coming here. Loved the old Hollywood feel. The food was very tasty. Went here with some friends for Easter Brunch. I had the tomamto and burrato... Yum. With the Branzino for the main. My dish didn't come out for about 15 mins... They comped my portion of the meal. They didn't need to do that. Amazing service correction. No photos allowed as many celebrities come here. Which was refreshing.“
“Employees Only had been on our list for quite some time, so we were excited to snag a reservation and enjoy some sips and bites. The server was nice and the food was tasty. We especially enjoyed their mushroom pizza and house fries. When it comes to drinks, perhaps it was just that this place had been overhyped as some of LA's best cocktails, but I found them to be just okay. I tried the Midnight Breakfast and Eospresso and they were both ... fine. I wish there was something a little more memorable about them. The environment felt electric and trendy, but even right at open, grew loud with voices and pumped-in music. I think I'd recommend it to everyone to try once, but it wasn't the quiet, brilliant cocktail lounge I was hoping it might be.“
“We were just random tourists and stumbled upon this place during their happy hour. The food was a delight and the cocktails were a triumph. It’s a stunning space hidden behind a modest exterior - truly a hidden gem. We sat at the bar but the patio was beyond beautiful; with lush greenery and a perfect atmosphere. The bartenders were all consummate professionals - that’s the adjective, not the verb. :) The cocktails were all balanced and innovative, lots of great twists on the classics. They were also kind enough to provide us a list of their insider recommendations for other great spots to visit. It was definitely a highlight of our trip and we plan to visit the next time we’re in town. Thank you again for your sincere hospitality.“
“Lady Hawk is a fantastic, trendy restaurant nestled within the Kimpton La Peer hotel. Securing reservations a few weeks in advance is essential due to its high demand. Upon visiting with my friends, we were thoroughly impressed. Every aspect, from the decor to the service and ambiance, exceeded our expectations. We opted for the Mezze platter, which turned out to be larger than anticipated but incredibly satisfying. We also indulged in the za'atar man'oushe, seared halloumi, shawarma skirt steak, and half chicken--all of which were delightful. Sharing is recommended, so keep that in mind when ordering. Despite leaving with leftovers, we were eager to return for more.“
“BEAU! This bartender was everything! He was SO fun! He was so engaging, entertaining, funny, sweet, kind and made us 5 girls feel so comfortable. We were there this past Sunday( before we had dinner reservations at 7 pm at SUR and we didn’t want to leave! We had an absolute blast. If you go, which you should, I hope you get to have Beau as your bartender !!!“
“Visited for the first for my boyfriend's birthday. This is a great spot to catch a game, eat some good food, and enjoy plenty of happy hour options. This place gets and A+ and I'd definitely recommend it. They have also have locations in New York and Fort Lauderdale.“
“BEST ALL-ROUND EATERY IN LA!!!! THIS AFTER MORE THAN 40 YEARS OF FREQUENTING THE RAINBOW'S WONDERFUL FOOD, DRINK AND ATMOSPHERE, AND THE OCCASIONAL CHANCE TO RECOGNIZE, AND EVEN MEET, A HOLLYWOOD PERSON. AND I GET A CHANCE TO DINE WHERE ANYONE, WHO IS ANYONE, IN MUSIC, IS HAPPILY ON THE WALLSParking: THERE IS A PAID PARKING LOT, REASONABLY PRICED WITH FRIENDLY ATTENDANTS, WHO HANDLE MY NEEDS.Kid-friendliness: MY SON AND SEVERAL DAUGHTERS ALL GREW UP EATING-OUT AT THE RAINBOW. MY KIDS LOVE IT WHEN THEY COME BACK TO LOS ANGELES, AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS POSITIVE TOWARD CHILDREN.“
“Only went for drinks with a friend. Drinks and service was great. Suggest making a reservation. The space is small and reservations are prioritized.Because it is a hotel, parking wasn't ideal for just a "pop in" and get a drink. A friend valeted, but I parked at a nearby lot for $20.“
“I've been to Harlowe a few times but only when it's a bar and have always enjoyed the vibe there. This time, a friend and I decided to go for dinner. We heard there was a new chef and the menu had changed so we decided to give it a try and we're so happy we did! We started off with the hummus board, which was amazing and chef Alex told us he makes the hummus from scratch. For the main dish, I ordered the burger which was perfectly sized especially for a multi course meal. Lastly, Alex recommended the gelato for dessert. There are three different flavors, and each has their own distinct taste and texture, and are delicious! Highly recommend the "We Are All Mad Here" cocktail to sip on while enjoying Chef Alex's food. Come check it out!“
“Honestly this is the best gay bar in Weho, especially if Nova is working. It is slightly out of the craziness but still has a good crowd. The DJ is always playing good music and the vibe is the best. Nova always takes care of us and makes sure our experience is perfect. She is amazing, and Schmitty's is definitely the place to be.“
“Great little sports bar on sunset blvd with great cocktails and a solid draft beer list. Make sure to book a reservation on weekends because this place gets busy! They have several TVs throughout the bar so every seat in the house is good. Best of all they have plenty of vegan options which is rare for a sports bar! The vegan tacos are amazing. It's also dog friendly. I'm a big fan.“

“Great atmosphere that travels you back in time to the rock’n roll era, mb it’s also because of the patrons there and how A-list they look even if they’re not (chances are likely most of them are)We were staying at the Sunset Marquis and just walked in on a Saturday and had amazing cocktails so it was a good experience“
“Such a dope and iconic location! We had so much fun checking out this infamous bar in West Hollywood! The band "Jeremy Sullivan" who performed the night we were here were absolutely incredible also! Such a nice surprise seeing them perform live! Great/strong drinks too and everyone who worked here seemed really nice and on it. So glad we got to check this place out! It was awesome! Highly recommend for a night cap and some good music!“
“My favorite dance bar in all of LA. Cool bouncers, nice variety of vibes you could go for (outside on the front patio, inside the main bar room, in the back dance floor). Does get very crowded on the dance floor but the music is good (not EDM and more r&b, hip-hop, top40) so after a few drinks, you won't notice! Good for date night out, or with friends. Go here!“
“The service here was really good. Every bartender checked up on my boyfriend and I and asked if we wanted refill fairly quickly. It did get really crowded and the people were basically leaning on us to get a drink. Was the only downside for us but the place itself was cool. I do like the naughty pig better because it is more my style. Quieter and just music playing in the background and their karaoke is upstairs where this place is in the same room.“
“Great bar with a fun, energetic ambiance and friendly service. Very varied music (think Rob Zombie followed by Beach Boys), keeping it fresh and unpredictable. Good selection of beers on tap. Awesome happy hour 5-7pm, half off of everything!“
“This is an L.A. bar with an NYC feel…post gentrification. A good place for an intimate situation or for bein’ a gaggle of gays and theys. Not sure about the pricing as I was treated to my libations, but the service was friendly. I appreciated the attentiveness. They have high tops on one side and soft seating on the other with bar seating in between the two.“
