“We love going to Leilani’s on the Beach. The service is top-notch, and the setting cannot be beat (although admittedly, many Maui b chaise restaurants match it… West Maui is amazing!). Every meal we’ve tried has been delicious. When we first visited in 2008, it inspired us to name our daughter-to-come Leilani. She is now 17 and we are on our way back soon for her grad trip. Can’t wait to see you in April!“

“Chicken katsu curry and garlic chicken plates were delicious. Ask for katsu sauce on side to dip in. We got the mini plates which were enough food for the average adult at $15 - fair price for Maui. Got take out and brought back to the resort to eat poolside, this is a solid local spot not a tourist spot“

“Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had without a doubt. Unique choices along with the usual combos. Large selection of sushi and poke dishes. If you’re in a hurry, call ahead and order because they make everything when ordered including cutting up the poke. Not fast food, and they don’t apologize for that, but it’s worth the wait. There are four covered picnic tables if you want to stay and eat, but they obviously do a lot of take out orders because there was a steady stream of those while we were there. If you’re in Maui, make this one of your food stops!“

“We had an amazing night at Ulu! Loran was our server and he was awesome. Attentive, friendly, checked in on us the exact right amount. The Surf and Turf was the best meal we had all week. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the lobster ravioli was fantastic with that butter sauce. All in all a great value meal also in comparison to steak and lobster meals in the area. My partner also got the steak frites which was amazing and the fries were perfect. Highly recommend!“

“Seriously the best place on ALL levels. Get there when they open at 11:00 as it gets very busy. There was a line out the door when we were there. Reasonably priced and great to take out for a day at the beach. We had an assortment of food items as we went a few times on our stay in Kahana. Lobster Bisque - Made fresh and it is the best I have ever had Poke - Fresh and delicious. By far the best I have ever had Shrimp Cocktail - You cant go wrong with a classic favorite Fish & Chips - nicely fried - not greasy and large portion Grilled/Fried Fish Tacos - They were both equally delicious and large portions Oyster Shooter - I could have had a dozen Seaweed Salad - Fresh and great flavor Crab Cakes - OMG The piece de resistance though was was the fresh Mahi Mahi that we barbequed. We used the 10 minute soy ginger marinade and it was better than outstanding. All of the workers are so nice and helpful. They work hard and take care of you from start to finish. Thank you Jim and crew for sharing your food and hospitality. You bet I will be back on my next visit to Maui. Mahalo!“

“I recently stayed at the Royal Lahaina and I frequented the Lahaina Noon during my stay with my wife. The views are incredible! The staff are friendly and outgoing. The food was great, as well as the adult beverages! The birds are very entertaining to say the least! 🤣 Can't wait for our next trip!“

“It's nice to have Nanea's fine dining open again. The menu is pretty small but their options for food and beverages are a step above the pool bar. We had Lindsey 2 different nites and she was an awesome server. Another nite we had someone else and I think they were new and seemed scattered. It is definitely a beautiful setting for breakfast and dinner.“

“This was honestly my favorite meal of our entire stay on Maui. The teri steak and coconut shrimp combo was excellent. Flavorful and juicy, generous portions, and fairly quick service. My husband’s Korean BBQ chicken was great too. Price was fair given the portion size and what you’d expect. Would definitely go back again! “My daughters and I went with our friends. It was a group of 9 and we all loved it! We paid for the vip so that we could be front to the show, it was worth it. The food was exquisite. The show itself was excellent even in the rain. I was amazed at the level of love and commitment the dancers had because as the show started the rain did too and it got stronger, but they kept dancing with a smile. Thank you for sharing your culture through dance. I would highly recommend it!“

“We started with fresh chips and salsa and a delicious ceviche bursting with flavor. The carne asada was absolutely outstanding, tender, perfectly seasoned, and one of the best we've had. The restaurant has a simple, unassuming atmosphere, making the incredible quality of the food an even more delightful surprise. Highly recommend!“

“The apps we ordered tasted great. The wine menu is somewhat limited, however 90% of it is very reasonably priced and won't break the bank. My wife had the salmon and I had the butterfish. Make sure to order the pineapple upside down cake for dessert.“

“During our stay we tasted the chicken tenders, quesadillas, piña coladas, fries, Prosecco, soft serve and all were great for a pool day. Really great fries! You can scan the barcode for the food/drinks to be delivered to you poolside as well. Friendly staff and great snackies!“

“This was my favorite meal so far and my first poke experience. We got the brown rice, ahi tuna, cilantro, mango, corn, avocado, white onion, with their sauce and teriyaki sauce and it was the best thing I've ever eaten. I could eat the exact same meal over and over. Mango lemonade was good and cookies were also good.“
