Donavin makes a wonderful drink called “Thank You for Being a Friend” with Louisiana run, almond, passionfruit, and smoky amaro – must try! I was in town for the Home + Garden Show, and Barrel Proof was the perfect unwind!“

“I took my Wife, Mom and Dad here for a tour and tasting. Everything we tried was good and some were excellent. However, the experience with Sam is was what made it all great. The staff was amazing and made us feel like we were in the backyard drinking with friends. We are local and like to day trip in state. I highly recommend giving this place a try and seeing why it is a hidden gem.“

“Best brewery I have ever been to with some of the best beers I've ever consumed. The Rubus Cubed was the best sour that has ever passed my lips. This place really ruined other breweries for me. Constant fun free events, great beer, excellent food pop-ups, beautiful patio of tropical plants and disco balls, and even a Nintendo 64 set up with mario kart. Glorious. The owners are lovely people, too“

“Love the bagels love the food love the location. The vegan eat lox bagel is amazing! As is the harvest Moon. Their bagels are the right amount of chewy. If you're going on a weekend go early because they do sell out of most of their bagels by the end of the day. Oh if you like tahini, they have this wonderful tahini brownie like things that are delicious.“

They were getting ready to close, but he made sure I got some hot and fresh beignets. “We loved it! Such a unique experience hidden away in New Orleans By Water area. It was recommended ny a friend. My dad lived in Germany for 8 years in the 70s, and was excited to see a place that served the food and beer he missed so much. A plus was the outside seating and the beautiful day. Service was great, food was great, and we can’t wait to go back!“
