“Classy place, very friendly staff, starting with the nice hostess. Got a booth in the back. Ordered black label and regular burgers, bone marrow, French onion soup. Had a great server who told us fries were cooked with refined peanut oil since a guest had a peanut allergy. Refilled waters and drinks and checked on us a few times. Oysters are amazing, not a single bad one and no grit either, so shout out to the shuckers. One of my favorite places in the city, can’t wait to go back.“

“This is such a great place in the WV, honestly sometimes it feels so hard to find a place that isn’t geared to tourists or sort of a bland palette. This restaurant is way more chic and interesting that most of the restaurants in the area while also serving approachable food. This will be my new go-to when I have something to do in the neighborhood. Not to mention the service was really great and the vibe of the space is just right. I must say it sometimes is lame to order the bread and butter but it is really spectacular!“

“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.“

“This place is absolutely amazing. No one needs to tell you that but what’s really cool is that my wife and I went and I’ve been drying out this September but still wanted an experience of trying a bunch of craft cocktails. They killed it. Every drink was so cool and I even bought one of the bottles (photo). It’s just super cool for a place this famous and established to still have a commitment to service so high they’ll cater to some clown who wants to explore off-menu, zero proof cocktails. Well done Blue Hill team, well done.“

“Had a wonderful brunch today at Hudson Clearwater. The smoothie was outstanding. This is a quaint rustic spot and deserves all the love for their vegan friendly menu. I chose the blackened fish sandwich and it did not disappoint. The Cole slaw on the brioche bun, lightly covered with tarter sauce, made for a perfect sandwich. Their fries were delectable as well. Great service, and a great meal with my sweetheart.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. “We had a fantastic dinner at Eli's Table last night.. We were a little late for our 7:30 reservation but it was no problem charming Max our host greeted us at the door and seated us at our favorite table where we could sit side by side. The restaurant looked amazing and the atmosphere was lively and the service was excellent. Beautiful Katya, Ricardo, Ellouio and Blake all helped to make feel at home. I should mention Jimmy who is an amazing bartender who whipped two wonderful vodka martini's which were perfect. Chef Monte was at the.stove and we knew we were in for a treat. Rafaela had the Roasted corn and avocado salad and I had the superb Sea Scallops Provencale which we shared. For our entrees Rafaela had the wild Halibut which she adored and I had the Berkshire Pork with charred escarole and peaches which was marvelous and perfectly prepared. Max recommended a delicious Red Burgundy Savigny-Les-Beaune which were perfect loved. We love Eli's Table a great restaurant and a wonderful team.
