“I visited many times this location, every time i have to wait for my food. I went there, and no employee was in front to get the order, all are busy in drive thru. One Asian boy i don't know the name he was filling the showcase in sunday morning. He wish me and he took my order, interesting part is that firstly, he removed the gloves and washed their hands after that he served me and along with me he served another 4 persons in lesz than 5 min. But another employee's didn't help that guy. Moreover, one another customer was waiting for their order nearly 10 min. Again the boy came from the back again he took the order. I wish i know that person name.I appreciate that guy.“

“I can’t say enough good things about One For All Coffee. Sabin takes his coffee very seriously and has created a great space for his customers. His demeanour helps anyone visiting his shop feel at home. The coffee and food never disappoint.

If you want to occupy space to work on your laptop, go to Starbucks or some other generic coffee spot. The space at One For All is reserved for customers who want to enjoy a superior cup of coffee, a great ambiance and outstanding customer service.

“We were from out of town and decided to stop here for a last stop coffee break before driving back down to NY. We wanted to use all of our change before heading back into the US and the girl at the register was super nice in counting the rest of the cash towards our total. We ended up getting 2 lattes (iced and hot), a Spiced World latte and a Lavender blue Matcha latte all with oat milk. All of the drinks were delicious! Good espresso taste and not too sweet and had light ice. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Wonderfully cozy yet a light and airy atmosphere that is unique in a great way. I've been here a few times and the food is delicious. I tend to gravitate toward the roasted vegetables sandwich. For some reason it tastes better when it's eaten at Synonym rather than to go. But worry not because there's plenty of seating and the decor (especially of the barista counter) is perfection. Well worth a visit, you'll be glad you did!“

“Took my 4 year old here for a P.A. day from school and he loved it. he has been asking to go back ever since. we played some great games, got some DND dice at a sweet price and a few miniatures to paint together at home. He enjoyed the milk and oreos and I the cold brews. Awesome place filled with awesome people, awesome games, awesome goodies, and sweet deals. Overall AWESOME! “I’ve been going to MySweeTooth for almost a year now. They have a variety of drinks and pastries. I have to say not everything on the menu is my taste, but I’ve still always enjoyed my experience there. The owners are so nice! And I always feel like a valued customer when I am there. Some of my favourites are there Mango Slushy with Coconut Cream Jelly or Ice Cream and their Hot Dog milk buns. Just this week I finally had the chance to try their fresh Strawberry and Mango mochi, WOW! I think the thickness of the mochi really complements the cream inside well. Even if you only have the chance to go their once, it’s defiantly worth it.“

Kid-friendliness: No seating in here so no drama, I like that. My kid doesn't like going to the other one to many people hanging around the doors it frightens him.“

“I went to Tim Horton to grab a coffee and on the front counter Ms Christina was helping customers to get their orders. I must say age is just a number the way she was working was tremendous. God bless this soul. We need more people like you who love what they are doing.keep it up.“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“I have to say I stopped going to tim hortons because i was tired of getting the swamp water coffees (hit or miss that place). Been coming here for the last few weeks and I have to say the coffee is always fresh, hot and amazing, they never mess up my order, and the staff is all smiles and fantastic. Actually if any manager is reading this, your staff is doing amazing. They are trained very well with customer service with the smiles and good atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.“

“Discovered this place a while back when looking for a local coffee roaster to support. This is the closest to home, so I figured why not try it as I could walk if I wanted to.Very glad I did. Walked in first time and got great advice on their custom bean range. Was happy with my purchase and have ordered for delivery twice since. The latest order arrived same day. Tremendous service!!!“

“I am a mohawk student and i regularly visit there to drink dark roast the cheeze bagel and the ladies which are there in the morning are not behaving properly with me but when i visit in the evening times there is a boy named Shahzad Deboo as he is behaving very well with customers and taking the orders so obidently with the smiling face that actually i like as the way of customer service was perfect.“

“Now it's a habit. Whenever I visit Jackson Square on the weekend, I come grab some coffee and try another dessert. Today it is lemon and cranberry muffin. The staff here are courteous and friendly. Well we all know that Starbucks is known for consistently making their drinks just right, and they’ll remake it if it doesn’t meet your expectations, which I appreciate. However, my experience at this location wasn’t great in terms of customer service. The worker wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t seem to be paying attention. I passed by the counter a couple of times, and even though they were only serving one person, there was no greeting or offer to assist me. It felt like they weren’t too keen on serving, which was a bit disappointing to me. As they are at all the locations I’ve been to , super friendly and very helpful and welcoming.
The drink itself was okay, but the lack of attentiveness from the staff brought down the overall experience. A bit saddening
However when you go it could be a totally different experience. Perhaps it depends on the staff working? ?

“Love my Tims! Consistently delicious! Service is not the same at all locations. But rarely do I get bad service. But definitely I find I get the best service at Mohawk Road East and Upper Gage in Hamilton. I'll drive a bit out of the way to go there if possible.“

Parking: last time i was there which was today. the parking lot was full but constantly moving with new customers in as others left.“
