“Really love this cafe! The space is super aesthetically pleasing and has such a great vibe to hang out or get some work done. Their coffee, matcha, and hojicha are all delicious, (one of the best matcha places in Hamilton) and they also have pastries that look amazing (though I haven’t tried them yet). Only thing I wish is that they offered different drink sizes because i’d definitely want a large matcha latte 😌 but overall it’s definitely a spot I’d recommend.“

“We’ve read about this place for quite a while and decided to try it out. We went on a Saturday morning, which was probably not a good idea because it was a bit crowded and hard to get a space to sit. The people there were super friendly. There’s even a small back patio for one or two tables if you’d like to sit in the summer. Coffees were great, nothing too fancy but they had pour over’s, flat whites Cortado’s and espressos. We didn’t eat any bakery goods, but there were options.“

“Ok! So. I can’t describe even how AMAZING this matcha spot is. I just visited it eith my boyfriend after driving 20 mins to come. It’s real authentic matcha. The flavour is OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD. I got a matcha latte, and the pistachio matcha ice cream. Both delicious but the ICE CREAM is something everyone who decides to go should try. I’ve never tasted a treat aa good as this dessert. The girl was also very kind and helpful. 100/10. Well worth the drive and will be back regularly!!!“

He said either one of the owners or one of the managers also has celiac so they're all in the know of what to look for. Great food! My friend had the champagne pancakes. I've never seen such fluffy pancakes! Topped with whipped cream, strawberries and gold flakes. Great presentation! Would recommend 👌“

“I had a cappuccino and the gluten free bacon waffle. The waffle was delicious, the bacon was real and think, not grocery store bought. It was great service, great coffee, would be great to have coconut milk as a nondairy alternative.“

“I’ve been going to MySweeTooth for almost a year now. They have a variety of drinks and pastries. I have to say not everything on the menu is my taste, but I’ve still always enjoyed my experience there. The owners are so nice! And I always feel like a valued customer when I am there. Some of my favourites are there Mango Slushy with Coconut Cream Jelly or Ice Cream and their Hot Dog milk buns. Just this week I finally had the chance to try their fresh Strawberry and Mango mochi, WOW! I think the thickness of the mochi really complements the cream inside well. Even if you only have the chance to go their once, it’s defiantly worth it.“

“A quaint neighborhood cafe with live music occasionally and open-mic on Tuesday evenings. The side patio is lovely with shady spots during the summer heat and plenty of parking. 10 outta 10 recommend 🙂“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“Cool coffee place in Westdale with interesting beer options, and a wide café menu thats is generally overpriced. The service is generally good, but has been awkward before. Nice to go by, but doesn't stand above and beyond nearby options.“

The prices are fair and most cases cheaper then anywhere including online .
My favourite are popcorn butter 🧈, bacon and maple 🍁, Canadian maple ,butter pecan ,.
And 100 points is $10 off

Kid-friendliness: No seating in here so no drama, I like that. My kid doesn't like going to the other one to many people hanging around the doors it frightens him.“

I visited a week or so ago and I asked for a Venti Caramel Machiotto without whip. They were swamped but everyone was pleasant and as he said he was making mine I saw him grab the whip and we had a quick OH NO moment. He offered to make me a brand new one - it was perfect and although they are a busy location the staff is always smiling and having fun - as they say "it's just coffee!"“

“Now it's a habit. Whenever I visit Jackson Square on the weekend, I come grab some coffee and try another dessert. Today it is lemon and cranberry muffin. The staff here are courteous and friendly. Modern, cozy, good prices and TV for relaxing and eating. Nice restaurant layout too and did I mention always clean?“

“Yesterday evening, I visited the drive-thru after 6 PM and noticed that one team member appeared to be handling both taking orders and managing the window. Despite being busy, he remained calm and professional. I noticed his name tag said “Ayush,” and I politely asked him if he could personally prepare my simple cheese pizza.

He smiled without any sign of frustration and kindly agreed, saying, “I will make it for you.” While other staff members were engaged in conversation, Ayush took full responsibility and ensured everything was done properly.

The pizza he made was excellent, and I truly appreciate his dedication and customer service. He is an outstanding team member and I will come next time for sure to take this kind of service from him.“
