Beef Italiano is a nice twist, and regular whiz is great. Everything tastes fresh, well seasoned, good bread that doesn't get too soggy or too dry. Counter staff is lovely, more seating space than expected.

The Chilean sea bass in truffle sauce was A+++, one of the best I’ve ever had. The dessert at the end make the dinner complete! Compliments to the chef Volodymyr Hyvel! Wonderful experience and atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back.”

“We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .”

“I was in the area and saw they had pork katsudon (my favorite meal). It was delicious. This place primarily does takeout but they have two small tables for dining in. Staff checked on me a few times while I was eating and were very nice. I didn’t actually ask, but I am not sure they have a publicly accessible bathroom.”

I was born and raised in Bryn Mawr. I've since moved to VA, but visit family here 2-5x a year. Every time I come, I get a cheese steak from somewhere.

Most of the OG places have either changed their menu or quality, or are gone and have been replaced. The new places keep trying these "artisanal" breads and other stuff...

“I was introduced to these cookies years ago, and they have become my go-to choice for special occasions for many reasons. First, they are absolutely delicious! Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. He even apologized for the delay. You rarely get this kind of courtesy call from businesses anymore.”

“Food and atmosphere was amazing!! I would highly recommend the pickled seafood conserva, it comes with fresh baked bread and almond butter. It was to die for!!!! The pasta was unbelievable and so fresh!!! The best part of all was the impeccable service. It has been a long time since we have found a restaurant where not only the food is over the top but has the service staff to match. We will definitely be coming back!!!!!”

I only get take out from here but there is seating, old school booth style maybe a half dozen that's the only reason I gave atmosphere a 3, otherwise this place has great food and consistent!!”

“I worked temporarily in Conshohocken and used a delivery app to order from this place. Decided to get the “lion king” and a couple more rolls. I have to confess I was initially confused by the lion king's appearance due to being a hot “baked” roll - I had completely missed that part but was down to try it. This roll is one of the best and most unique flavors I've ever had. Even this day, I still remember the taste and wish I could go back to order it again. Unfortunately, I live far from PA, but if you are nearby, love sushi, and like to try new things, I encourage you to get it.

I worked temporarily in Conshohocken and used a food delivery app to order from this location. I decided to order the "lion king" and a couple more rolls. I must confess that I was initially confused by the appearance of the Lion King due to it being a "baked" hot roll, but I was willing to give it a try. This roll is one of the best and most unique flavors I have ever tried. Even to this day, I still remember the taste and wish I could order it again. Unfortunately, I live far away from PA, but if you're nearby, love sushi, and like trying new things, I encourage you to do so.”

“First time here. Was looking for something quick and easy to hold driving home. Person that took my order was very nice. Restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is nice and clean. Ordered a chimichanga and it was very good. Would love to come back and try the tacos. Had a horchata as well and was delicious”

“I traveled from Ann arbor for the weekend and wanted to visit Lourdas. I hadn't been there for years but it is as lovely and inviting as it was years ago. We had grilled Octopus salad and soupa avgolemono. Then we had shrimp Lourdas and lamb chops. They were both delectable. We took baklava and galactobureko home for dessert. The staff were attentive and patient and the other patrons seemed to be regulars with a few newbies here and there. I can't wait to go back!!”

“The three roll special is an obvious great value, but the whole menu is reasonable for the portion sizes you get. The Tuna Dumplings are amazing and the special rolls on the white board are always delicious. This is one of the few places that can get fresh wasabi, although, now that people know about it, it tends to sell out quick.”

“Fast service. Friendly professional staff. The baristas make a great drink consistently. Not all coffee is made equal. I'm very particular about my coffee and always enjoy my drinks here. Whenever they bring back the earl gray raspberry scone you must try it. It's addictively delicious!! Their pastries are always good though.

Parking: There's a free lot alongside and behind the building. Very limited almost impossible to find metered street parking.”

“My partner and I shared the PO5 (beef eye round and meatballs pho), shrimp summer rolls, and grilled pork banh mi (aka Vietnamese “hoagie” haha) for lunch, and the limeade. All the dishes were really good - the pho broth was so flavorful and light, and the grilled pork sauce was sweet and tasty. It was all under $40 for 2 people, what a great deal! Will definitely be coming back after my next Solidcore class nearby ?”

“A lot of places don't live up to the hype. That is not the case with Surreal. From the second we walked in, we were greeted, and asked if it was our first visit. The employee that helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered samples and suggestions. Our customer experience alone was worth the trip. The Thai milk tea was the best I have ever had. I was offered a sample of the taro ice cream (not something I would have ordered on my own) and WOW. It might have been the best ice cream I have had. Needless to say I ordered one. Check it out, my entire family enjoyed their orders too. Absolutely worth the trip.”

“The samosa was liked a baked potato. Way too big and not enough seasoning. The Rogan josh was really good. Great seasoning and spice. Butter chicken was a little sweet. Not my favorite place, but really reasonably priced.”

“I see a lot of negative reviews and I would like to share my experience. I’ve been to Turning Point in Blue Bell and had a wonderful experience therefore I decided to give Bryn Mawr a shot. I ordered breakfast and a lunch for myself to be delivered at work. I thought the delivery duration was reasonable, the fees weren’t over the top expensive through GrubHub, and knowing that I have been to the restaurant previously, the cost was reasonable as well. My breakfast came delicious and HOT which was a surprise to me considering it was for delivery. I would suggest toasting the English muffin a little longer but otherwise delicious.

Additionally I ordered a salad for lunch- Crispy chicken salad with peppercorn ranch. Upon opening the large container (can get 2 meals out of it !!!) I absolutely LOVED how they sliced up all ingredients and had them perfectly placed! The sliced vegetables are the real reason for this review !

“What an interesting place ! I was initially greeted by the ritual greeting of ' let me see if a table is available " . After a slight wait my party of 4 was seated at a booth with a window view. I must admit I was amazed the first time the express train silently flew by. I ordered the Steak and shared the grilled octopus with my husband. The food was excellent, and my server was very pleasant. It was a very cold night however I found the environment very warm and accommodating as our party enjoyed a fabulous bottle of red wine . Our experience overall was quite good and look forward to a Friday happy hour visit !”
