“Delicious dinner and friendly staff! The burrata salad was very good, a must have! The scallop appetizer was unique and tasty, highly recommend. The Chilean sea bass in truffle sauce was A+++, one of the best I’ve ever had. The dessert at the end make the dinner complete! Compliments to the chef Volodymyr Hyvel! Wonderful experience and atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back.”

“I took my family here for dinner tonight, and the experience was awesome from start to finish. Making the reservation took <1 minute, parking was easy, and for those who enjoy BYOB, there’s a wine and spirits store just two doors down.

The service was outstanding and the food was phenomenal. This place is truly a hidden gem with fair pricing and an excellent menu. My boys, ages 9 and 7, even said it was one of the best places we’ve eaten, which says a lot.

“This restaurant is a gem! Food is always fresh and delicious. The best Thai in the area. Small family run business- where the owner Jay always comes around checking to make show you are pleased. An added bonus is that you can BYOB and they always bring out an ice bucket and nice wine or beer glasses for you to use. Give this restaurant a try- you won't be disppointed! My favorite is the Pad thai. We go on a regular basis and like to bring family and friends when they visit.”

“The three roll special is an obvious great value, but the whole menu is reasonable for the portion sizes you get. The Tuna Dumplings are amazing and the special rolls on the white board are always delicious. This is one of the few places that can get fresh wasabi, although, now that people know about it, it tends to sell out quick.”

“Tiffin is a chain of Indian restaurants that my family of ardent Indian food loyalists, have patronized for almost 15 -16 years. The favorite is the location in Bryn Mawr. Our family favorites are the Baingan Bharta, Paneer Tikka Masala, kajoo mattar paneer, malai kofta, Aloo Papri Chaat, samosa chaat, garlic and plain naans and
Peshawari naan. We love the atmosphere and the friendly service from Rudra and team at Bryn Mawr. The only pain I see is the limited parking space at the Bryn Mar location . Definitely recommend this chain for quality of food and service.”

“This restaurant, previously named MoguMogu, is now WADAYA with the same owner and same recipe. It is an absolute fun experience to eat here. The noodles are delicious. The drinks are unique. I highly recommend the Yuzu Cocktail (and for you to play the dice game). The service will make you feel at home. You will leave happy 🍜🍹.”

“We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .”

“Food and atmosphere was amazing!! I would highly recommend the pickled seafood conserva, it comes with fresh baked bread and almond butter. It was to die for!!!! The pasta was unbelievable and so fresh!!! The best part of all was the impeccable service. “The service was top notch and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had the Manhattan Roll, it was a new one for me and it was great. My main entree was the General Tao's Chilean Sea Bass and that did not disappoint. We will definitely be going back and hopefully sooner.rather than later.”

“I have been a Love & Honey groupie since their first store opened in Northern Liberties a few years ago. I'm thrilled that they have a venue in Bryn Mawr. They make really good southern fried chicken. I'm a purist and usually get the dark meat on the bone. Their tenders are delicious as well. They sell Hank's Sodas which is another bonus. The staff is welcoming and professional. Please give them a try!”

“I remember this place when I was here in 1994-95 and I think the father ran the place the food was so good every time we would walk from Ardmore to Bryn Mawr this is where we would stop for lunch on Tuesdays or Fridays back in the day there was a group home around the area and we used to come here and eat the food was absolutely wonderful cooked perfectly served perfectly and everybody's so polite in the place is clean and everyone's just very cheerful I would recommend this to anybody who suddenly stopping through town to get some Dunkin' Donuts a latte and maybe something to eat on the way or if you're a local it's a great place for a first date and don't be stingy!!!”

“I was introduced to these cookies years ago, and they have become my go-to choice for special occasions for many reasons. First, they are absolutely delicious! Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. He even apologized for the delay. You rarely get this kind of courtesy call from businesses anymore.”

“I traveled from Ann arbor for the weekend and wanted to visit Lourdas. I hadn't been there for years but it is as lovely and inviting as it was years ago. We had grilled Octopus salad and soupa avgolemono. Then we had shrimp Lourdas and lamb chops. They were both delectable. We took baklava and galactobureko home for dessert. The staff were attentive and patient and the other patrons seemed to be regulars with a few newbies here and there. I can't wait to go back!!”

“I work up the road and we ordered for pick up for lunch and it was delicious! BLT’s can be tricky for takeout. The bread was toasted, fresh yet crunchy and delicious. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly with a good portion on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh and distributed evenly with the mayo. Served with fresh coleslaw and a pickle! My new favorite lunch spot!! Can’t wait to try the other menu items.”

“We love surreal and miss it now that it moved away from our area. No other ice cream place has the unique flavors and combinations of Surreal. The Earl grey Vietnamese coffee or the Matcha and Tarro flavors are the best.”

“First impressions, trying to park was a bit confusing I still don't know if parking where I did is right. there is a small area around the restaurant that seems like it could be parking but no lines or guidance out front. Also this place is really small looking on the outside. As soon as I walked in it felt really awkward.i almost walked back out because everyone was just staring at me. Finally after what seemed like forever the sushi chef greeted me. When I was seated the waitress took my order and served me promptly. The miso soup was delicious. The edamame tasted fresh. The prices are a bit more than what I'm use to. I also had the sushi and sashimi lunch combo. The fish tasted very fresh and cleaned very well. Which explains the price. I would come back. Give it a try.

Parking: Unsure of the actual parking situation. Nothing is marked it was weird for me parking in front of the restaurant”

The BEST mushroom with fried onions, cheeseburger I have EVER eaten. Conestoga Style Pizza is my new go to for excellence and Quality. Everyone at Conestoga style pizza is very nice and accommodating. I definitely found my favorite pizza, cheesesteak and hamburger spot at Conestoga style pizza 🍕 in Garrett Hill🍔

Black olives on one half, mushrooms on the other half….The pizza 🍕 was the best, DELICIOUS. Definitely recommend Conestoga Style Pizza”

“What an interesting place ! I was initially greeted by the ritual greeting of ' let me see if a table is available " . After a slight wait my party of 4 was seated at a booth with a window view. I must admit I was amazed the first time the express train silently flew by. I ordered the Steak and shared the grilled octopus with my husband. The food was excellent, and my server was very pleasant. It was a very cold night however I found the environment very warm and accommodating as our party enjoyed a fabulous bottle of red wine . Our experience overall was quite good and look forward to a Friday happy hour visit !”

“Carina Sorella exceeded my expectations! The Caesar salad was absolutely delicious, and the Hugo spritz was so refreshing and perfectly made. While the frozen espresso martini wasn’t my favorite flavor-wise, the presentation was beautiful and it really just came down to personal preference. Overall, everything from the food to the drinks and experience was excellent. We definitely plan to go back.”

“I've had takeout from Ekta probably hundreds of times over the years and have never been disappointed. They have great options for vegetarians, but every menu item I've tried has been fantastic!”

“My husband and I went for lunch today. The food was delicious (we were already familiar with the bagels), however the staff was very distracted. They were friendly and pleasant but they got some things wrong even though it wasn’t very busy. I asked for the honey mustard mayo on the side and it was omitted completely. Also, some of the apple slices still had the stickers on them which means they most likely weren’t washed or looked at prior to using. That’s pretty careless to put fruit slices with stickers in a sandwich.”
