“Johnny's has the best cheesesteaks and square pizza hands down! I love Angelo's, Dough head and John's roast pork but this place is definitely better. I love that you can find parking and actually sit inside and not have to eat in my van at lunch when I'm on the road. Go Johnny Go!!!!”

The Chilean sea bass in truffle sauce was A+++, one of the best I’ve ever had. The dessert at the end make the dinner complete! Compliments to the chef Volodymyr Hyvel! “We have been wanting to try this place for a while. Definitely worth the wait. The service. The food. Perfect. Food was great and seasoned well. I had the Branzino and a salad (can’t remember the name). About $90 for 2 ppl ( 2 entrees a salad and an appetizer). We sat outside with an amazing view. Great for date night or a night with the girls. Parking was free too.”

“The food is... Fine.. we ordered on a Tuesday, when our usual Indian restaurant was closed. We had Chicken Tikka Masala, naan, and a few other things. It was a little on the pricey side, but not outrageous. Portions were smaller than I expected for that price, but not horribly... Except the rice, which we had plenty of.

I probably will only go again if our usual spot is closed for the day.”

We were thrilled with everything. So much flavor packed into the seasoning and the chicken was moist. We did take out this time. We want to come in and eat there next.”

“We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .”

“I traveled from Ann arbor for the weekend and wanted to visit Lourdas. I hadn't been there for years but it is as lovely and inviting as it was years ago. We had grilled Octopus salad and soupa avgolemono. Then we had shrimp Lourdas and lamb chops. They were both delectable. We took baklava and galactobureko home for dessert. The staff were attentive and patient and the other patrons seemed to be regulars with a few newbies here and there. I can't wait to go back!!”

“Honestly, I almost didn’t want to leave a review because I selfishly love being able to grab incredible sandwiches here without a huge line, but people need to know this place makes some of the best hoagies and sandwiches around. The Roast Pork Special is a 10/10. I worked near Reading Terminal Market for years and ate at Dinic’s twice a week, and Antonella’s roast pork is very similar, definitely worth orering.”

“I ordered takeout for the first time because somebody would have pasta and this pasta was amazing it's the first time I've ever eaten here and I used to live across the street diagonally across the street from another restaurant and this place is amazing yes it's expensive yes it tastes good yes everything is included and yes we had chicken fingers and they included french fries everything was decent absolutely perfectly and we had pasta with sausage and spaghetti with meatballs and it was amazing it's worth a couple more dollars and you can save it for the next night or for lunch. Just want to say thank you to the manager who got us in at the last minute and delivered it to our place up the street thank you.”

“I was introduced to these cookies years ago, and they have become my go-to choice for special occasions for many reasons. First, they are absolutely delicious! Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. He even apologized for the delay. You rarely get this kind of courtesy call from businesses anymore.”

“My family and I have been a customer here for years. We met Jae right as he was opening the restaurant and have been coming ever since. We cannot recommend the sushi here enough - absolutely delicious, wide menu, and interesting special options for bigger groups. Don’t be surprised if Jae himself comes by your table to check in. Environment is also friendly for kids. Just be sure to check the operating days and hours carefully so you are not disappointed if you arrive to find it closed. Everyone in the Bryn Mawr area should try Sushi Land at least once!”

“We love surreal and miss it now that it moved away from our area. No other ice cream place has the unique flavors and combinations of Surreal. The Earl grey Vietnamese coffee or the Matcha and Tarro flavors are the best.”

“I work up the road and we ordered for pick up for lunch and it was delicious! BLT’s can be tricky for takeout. The bread was toasted, fresh yet crunchy and delicious. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly with a good portion on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh and distributed evenly with the mayo. Served with fresh coleslaw and a pickle! My new favorite lunch spot!! Can’t wait to try the other menu items.”

“We love Zola tacos! We are from California and find it hard to get good Mexican food on the Main Line - Xolo tacos is it! The service was even great on Cinco de Mayo, which is not easy! We were also celebrating my 86-year-old mother's birthday and they made such a big deal out of her. They are the best!”

“Old old old incredibly old school pizza joint with a vibe frozen in the early 80s pretending to be the 1950s. They've got anchovies, does that help explain the vibe? Mexicola, too. Booths are a Lurks snug for my midlife fatness, but I love seeing my wife eat pizza that makes her happy.
It's like an amusement park ride for pizza in real life. Definitely worth the experience.”

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere stood out. The restaurant is beautifully designed—elegant but still warm and inviting—and it immediately set the tone for a great night. It’s the kind of place that feels special without being overly formal, which made it perfect for a dinner with my daughter.

Asher and Tom took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Their service struck the perfect balance—always there when we needed something, but never intrusive.

The food was outstanding across the board. The bread appetizer was a great start—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to kick off the meal. We also ordered the pasta, pepperoni pizza, and chicken piccata, and each dish was excellent. Everything was prepared beautifully, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It’s not often that every single dish at the table impresses, but that was definitely the case here.

What made the evening even more special was how much my daughter enjoyed it. Finding a restaurant that delivers both a high-quality dining experience and a welcoming environment for a 10-year-old isn’t always easy, but Carina Sorella absolutely delivered.

This continues to be our favorite place to dine on the Main Line. The combination of exceptional food, outstanding service, and a beautiful setting makes it stand out every time.

“Good Evening Family. I visited before my doctor's appointment. My appointment is across the street. Its at 7:10 AM. I decided on a medium decaf hot coffee black with pumpkin. It was delicious!!! Then I went and sat in my car until my appointment. My visit at Dunkin was good. A good experience here today. I tipped the coffee staff. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.”

“My husband and I went for lunch today. The food was delicious (we were already familiar with the bagels), however the staff was very distracted. They were friendly and pleasant but they got some things wrong even though it wasn’t very busy. I asked for the honey mustard mayo on the side and it was omitted completely. Also, some of the apple slices still had the stickers on them which means they most likely weren’t washed or looked at prior to using. That’s pretty careless to put fruit slices with stickers in a sandwich.”
