“We went to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends. It was outstanding all around! They even made their duck entree, which used to be on the menu, especially for the birthday boy! He loved it as one of the other guests who also requested it in advance did. Thank you so much Chef Rose, Sarah & your fantastic team! You truly made his birthday very special! ❤️“

“Urban Hill provides a refreshing departure from standard dining experiences in the area. Whether you're looking for a casual dinner with friends or a special date night, Urban Hill delivers on both quality and ambiance. Prices are reasonable given the quality of food and service. Reservations are recommended, especially during peak hours, to secure a table at this popular spot.“

“A friend made a reservation for brunch on a Sunday after we'd all gone to a punk rock show the night before, so we were a crusty lookin' bunch. We had a larger group (res made for 10 but 7 showed up) and they only had one table to accommodate us but once we got sat things were great. I'm sure we walked in looking like the cheapest SoB's but the server was so friendly. She kept our waters full and made jokes with us and was really on top of everything. The food was delicious. Interesting food and drinks on the menu. It's a bit on the pricier end so I wouldn't recommend taking kids there but that's just me (see cheap SoB comment above ) not bad for a couple though. 10/10 would visit again.“

“We stopped here for lunch one day during our visit to SLC. This place is wonderful. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I got the coconut curry chicken salad, and it came with a small roll. Other members of our group got the burrito and the fried spicy chicken sandwich. Everything looked great and was delicious.“

“This place is amazing. This was absolutely the best steak I have ever had. The extra time put in to the details, like rendering a Sauce or preparing a steak that literally could have been eaten without teeth all together. The ambiance was great and we had plenty of space to enjoy our party of 6. We came from California so if you live here in SLC and never go you are seriously missing out.“

“This restaurant is LOVELY. From the food, to the service, to the setting, we LOVED Eva. I have been dying to go here for years now and finally got to try it while celebrating my birthday. My husband and I visited the restaurant with reservations on on Saturday night. This restaurant is simple and beautiful. We got to sit at the table closest to the kitchen which was a fun experience as well. Eva is a well-oiled machine and these guys know what they're doin!! The food was beautiful and delicious. Every plate was seasoned perfectly and we really enjoyed the "tapas-styled" menu. Though it is pricey, it was worth it. We got to try the togarashi fried chicken, grilled asparagus with poached egg, Eva's steak, Eva's pizza with pepperoni, and an unforgettable plate of the spinach & potato gnocchi. You guys....please do not visit this restaurant without trying the gnocchi. The flavor was so smooth and savory. It was a perfect dish. Check this off your list if you've been wanting to try it, I promise you will be pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the food is.“

“Probably the most accurate representation of Chilean food in Utah. I ordered the churrasco and while Holy Cow churrascos are bigger, this one matches it for taste and beats it for price. If you have any ties to Chile, Noemi’s will fulfill your expectations for sure.En fin. Que viva chile, que viva Gary Medel.“

“I was visiting Sandy and wanted to try something local and came across Localz Bistro (true to its name). Went during lunch and tried the Jambalaya Wrap with Chicken and Seafood Gumbo soup. The soup was really good. There seemed to be only one server (John.B) during that time and he was nice and welcoming.“

“The selection of whisky and bourbon is actually lined up like a street! The bar is full of any type you could possibly think of and at all price points. This is the place to go for the top shelf, rare stuff. So the name of this place is definitely justified along with some delicious food to go with it. The highlight of our experience was their ability to smoke an old fashioned. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and super fun! It made our time there very memorable. Great cocktails and even better atmosphere and vibe. Great place for visitors and locals alike.“

“I rank hard because I have been blessed to see much in terms of food... By local standards it is on the top. The food is well presented, it has a flair across each dish, and it tasty! I do not live on SL, I am on my second day of a weekend here; it seems to be one more of those places you need to look for, but you won't regret finding it. Hands down!“

“I have lived in Utah for years but I can't recall ever going to the Village Baker until this visit. I am not entirely sure why but I really loved my experience! This Village Baker location is in a tricky spot. They are almost on the corner of Redwood and 9000 S so getting in and out of the parking lot can be chaotic. I was northbound on Redwood, passed 9000 south and then turned right into the side/back lot. Getting back out, I was sitting by the KFC for several minutes getting blocked in by cars until one finally decided to be nice enough to let me in. I went around lunch time so there was a bit of a line but it didn't take more than a minute, since there were so many people at registers. The guy was waving down the couple in front of me but they weren't ready yet so he looked at me and said I could come over. This was nice, as the couple was just standing there and not really letting me order in front of them haha. I decided on the turkey and provolone sandwich in a combo. I got the full size and then it came with chips or a cookie and a drink. He gave me a number for the table and I met up with my friends. I was so busy chatting it up with my friends that I honestly forgot about my food lol. It did take quite a while to get, but I wasn't worried about it. There was plenty of other orders they were working on. This isn't your average sandwich. It was huge and on a big loaf of bread. This sandwich was DELICIOUS! The bread tasted fresh, was fresh, and the perfect ratio to the rest of the sandwich. It was big enough to hold the rest of the ingredients within the sandwich, without overpowering anything else. The sandwich still had explosive flavors throughout. I believe the sandwich came with some kind of mustard--it tasted amazing. The lettuce brought a cool crunch to the sandwich. They didn't skimp out on the turkey and it tasted fresh. I forgot to grab my chips so I had to run back up to the front to snag those. They had your average lays chips to choose from--BBQ, Sunchips, Salt & Vinegar, etc.. I chose the salt and vinegar chips and also filled up my drink. They had a fountain with Coke products and I opted for a Dr. Pepper. They also had the good pebble ice! I appreciate that they have to-go boxes right next to the drinking fountains so you don't have to worry about waiting up at the front for a box. There is plenty of seating and they have tables & chairs with umbrellas for the warmer months. This is an awesome lunch spot and I absolutely loved my sandwich. I will definitely keep Village Baker in mind for another visit!“

“This is a must do! The 7 course tasting menu with wine paring was everything I could have hoped for and more. Ava our server was wonderful. When we voiced our embarrassment of wanting to lick the plate she told us we were in a “safe space.” She made us feel so welcomed. This is elevated food in Salt Lake City, made accessible, what a novel concept!Vegetarian options: A full vegetarian tasting menu. Bravo!“

“Great service, cute place. I got the spinach avocado eggs Benedict and I would not recommend it, but it wasn’t bad. The Holland side sauce was not good, but the hashbrowns were. My partner got the breakfast sandwich, which was great! I will say, they asked if we wanted cheese and bacon on our hashbrowns, which we said yes to and it was delicious, but fair warning that it’s an up charge of $4.50 per plate (which nobody said), and in my opinion was not worth it.“

“Finally someone makes a decent hollandaise, why is that so hard to find in this town. Thank you thank you. Overall food and service were excellent. Tables spaced a little close together but hey, that's the business, I suppose. You need volume and turns to make a buck.“

The atmosphere here is so inviting. Friendly staff, the food is so good! You cannot go wrong on the menu! 10/10Parking: There are only about 8 parking spots in the back. “Went to vessel kitchen with my wife. It was a pretty good little spot. Whole foods, locally sourced, and lots of good flavor.I had the braised beef with cauliflower and Brussel sprouts. My wife had the chicken breast, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and ordered an additional side of the Thai carrots. My 2yo had Mac and cheese.I enjoyed my food other than I felt the braised beef was a little bland and slightly dry.My wife loved her food. Eating there was her idea so obviously she knew what she enjoyed. My 2yo's food was good.Be aware that they dont so fountain drinks due to the nature of their goal to have locally sourced and better for you options.Drinks are per can or they do have good tasting water.I would eat there again but would probably try a different protein option.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options but I didn't pay super close attention to which were and were not vegetarian.Parking: Plenty of parking“

“Staying here for work in the Salt Lake area. The atmosphere is semi casual, clean and modern The food at this restaurant was really absolutely incredible quite possibly one of the best burgers I've had in quite some time which says a lot because I travel a lot for work and usually always get a burger at the restaurant of the hotel I'm staying at, I also tried the filet one night not quite great. It was OK. Service was super friendly bartender remembers you remembers your name remembers your beverage. Just those little things that go along way when I'm back in Salt Lake I'll definitely make sure to eat here again“

“Nomad Eatery is inside Uintah Brewery, which is a bar, and is their food arm of the establishment. This review is just for the food not the bar. We met some friends here for dinner prior to going out for some entertainment. You order at the bar and they give you a number so that they can bring your food to you. Then they suggest a 20% tip. Not sure why I paid 20% with no server. However the cashier was very friendly and they did check up on us to insure the food was good. The menu is a little limited, but everything we had was good. I ordered the wedge salad which was excellent with lots of toppings including onion straws. Very good. 5/5 Wings with Korean bbq sauce. The wings were cooked to perfection, well done, a little crispy, but still delicious and full of flavor. The Korean sauce was good but no kick at all. 5/5 My wife ordered the Turkey, Bacon sandwich that was highly recommended by the cashier. It was good but not as good as they raved about. 4/5. Fries are thin fries and done well. Friends ordered the falafel salad and the Nimad Burger and said they were good.“

“Pleasantly surprised! Driven past this place for years unaware it was here. My husband and I loved EVERY dish that we got. Had the Dup-Bop (if you can’t handle spicy I would suggest no sriracha) and the K-Philly. Both had amazing flavors! Pot stickers were 10/10, crispy and delicious!“
“Came here for coffee and a light breakfast. I got the toast of the day, beet hummus and ricotta and my friend got the sandwich of the day, ham and cheese. The toast was good but was pretty expensive at $9. The sandwich was a better deal at $12 and was quite tasty but it had really fibrous, inedible pieces of fennel in it which you had to pick out. I also got a couple pastries and a sourdough loaf to-go. The pain au chocolate was $9 but was ridiculously good, so flaky and buttery! Worth it as a special treat. The food was good but didn't seem worth the price, I think the move for table x bread is going for the freshly baked pastries and breads instead of ordering the toasts/sandwiches. Their bread is so good, crispy and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside, highly recommend the sourdough. The drip coffee was also worth it, very flavorful and reasonably priced. If you plan to eat here, be mindful that there are only 3 indoor seats (there are several small tables outside).“

“This location is so incredible busy, it’s almost not worth it to get lunch here. But the burgers are so good that I waited 45 mins for one. It has kind of an awkward layout; there’s not much room to stand or sit while waiting for your name to be called. And you can’t go too far because, again, you’re waiting to hear your name called.“

“This place is darling! It's clean and was decorated so cute for Easter. It has a traditional diner feel to it. We came for breakfast and the place was still hopping at 10 am. It took a while to be seated, but once we were in our booth the waitress was quick to get our orders. The food came out quick, and was piping hot. The portion sizes are HUGE!!! I ordered the Avocado mushroom omelette. It came with a generous portion of hash browns and 2 gigantic pancakes. I barely made a dent and will have breakfast for at least the next two to three days. My kids and husband enjoyed their food as well. Our waitress Rae was darling and very attentive. As for the taste of the food, it was good, but nothing amazing. However, I'm not a big breakfast person, so I'm not the best judge.“

“Love this spot. Apps in particular are always good. Cocktails are delicious. Beer selection on point. However, the way they serve beer is disappointing, especially considering the care they clearly put into selecting imports and interesting beers to serve. Belgians, IPAs, Saison, etc are served in a Boston shaker pint glass. For such an elevated atmosphere and dining experience, I would expect them to use proper glassware to serve their brews.“

“Ok y'all, hear me out. This place isn't the fanciest, but that's what makes it great. They cook up a steak sexier than a summer dress on a windy day. The char makes you want to run out into the street and yell a high pitched "yeah" at the top of your lungs. The menu is so reasonably priced, and the portions so large, you'll struggle not leaving a larger tip than you normally would. Know what you're getting yourself into, Post 71 is full of "regulars", so you may get an up and down look as an outsider, but the staff are as friendly as can be and will make sure you are well taken care of. Sadly, I missed the memo that the André the Giant worthy T-bone steak is only served on Saturdays and requires a two day in advance RSVP. If you want a good solid meal that won't break the bank, come over and support Post 71.“

“Come for the beer, stay for the food! FAST review Food: Amazing! I had the French Dip. The meat was amazing. I added the Greek pasta salad which was great. My wife had the Turkey sandwich which was also really good. Add in a couple of their own brews and it was a great lunch. Atmosphere: we were there mid-day, and it wasn't crowded. But we sat out on the patio and as the sun was getting low it was hot, but it was beautiful. Service: Great. The young gentleman who served us got our drinks and order to us quickly. Tip: on a good day sit on the patio and definitely try their food.“
“These fish tacos were $14.56. The tacos and fries were both pretty good. There are plenty of tables to choose from and the view is awesome. The service is more sparing, but reasonable for the set up. You order and they bring you your food. You then go up to the front to pay. Drinks are self serve. The chef often comes out and talks with his patrons.“

“Great higher end place for small plates and good drinks. It is a little pricey, easily $50+ per person with drinks, but the food is delicious and it's a great atmosphere whether you're sitting inside or out on the patio. Would highly recommend the steamed dumplings, I personally preferred the mushroom but the pork was also excellent. Their mixed drinks are excellent, all very well balanced with some unique flavors (though I'd say there could be a bit more rosemary in the house old-fashioned)“
