“Went for the October Dine Out special and realized it had been too long since we last ate here. The place was expanded and looked great. All tables were full by mid meal and it was hopping. The special dinner menu was nicely designed in terms of options. Between my spouse and I we tried four different dishes; yummy trout bites, a shaved salad that we would eat everyday it was so good, flat iron steak and a vegetarian succatash that had soooo much flavor. Regretfully the desserts did not live up to the rest of the meal. The chia pudding felt like a breakfast item and the s'more twill was well, peculiar. But I'm not holding this against our evening because we aren't real dessert eaters anyway. Glancing at the regular menu earlier in the evening outlined options that we would definitely want to try at a later date. Many friends chose this as a favorite spot and we could see why.“

“Mara was exceptional. She was our culinary guide at Pine Cone Ridge. She shared the must have dishes and let us enjoy dishes we may not have ordered otherwise. We had the kung pao tofu, blue cheese salad, french onion soup, miso Chilean seabass, duck leg confit and the banana cream pie. Everything is as you've never experienced before. “From the moment they checked our coats we were treated like family. It was an unforgettable experience. The soft lighting, the plush seating, and the attentive staff all created a sense of luxury and sophistication. We started with the Oysters which were beautifully presented. For my main course, I had the Seabass, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, served with snap peas and lentils. My husband had the wild game trio which included Buffalo, Venison, and Elk. Cooked medium rare and the perfect portion size. Our 12 year old had the 7 Oz Center Cut Filet and it was honestly the best we had ever eaten as far as flavor and tenderness. We finished our meals with the Molten Lava Cake, Tiramisu, and Pudding which was the perfect way to end a perfect meal. It was light and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Riverhorse on Main. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.“

“We dined in order to assess Powder for an upcoming holiday dinner for work folks. First visit and we booked our group dinner at the end of the evening! Exceptional service from Shelby. Requested her for our future reservation! Hamachi crudo properly prepared. Parker house rolls warm and soft with Vermont butter. Skeptical of the fettuccine with lemon cream sauce but Shelby gave it high praise. It was fabulous! The coffee rubbed bison filet was tender and perfectly prepared. Last but certainly not least, lavender crème brûlée!! Unique and exceptional.“

But it's consistently good and the chef himself acts as the expediter, checking every dish before it leaves the kitchen. “We had a great dinner at 350 Main. We had excellent service from our server. She made helpful recommendations on drinks, apps and entrees. The food was very good. We enjoyed the roasted cauliflower fir an app. My sister had the branzino dish and I had the Indonesian noodle dish w/seared tuna-great fusion of flavors...coconut milk, siracha & peanut sauce was delicious! We were celebrating a birthday & our server brought my sister complimentary chocolate mousse!“

“My husband and I have visited the Canyons for the past ten years and stay in a condo near your restaurant. Our experience last night was the best by far in the past ten years. Atmosphere and food definitely played a part, but our server Ryan was the reason in me giving this review. From food and wine/champagne recommendations to just being a very friendly person. Not one to usually do reviews, but his service definitely deserves recognition. We will most certainly be returning next year, asking for Ryan as our server. Great job Kita!“

“Very pretty building. Didn't try everything, but the food certainly smelled good and folks seemed to enjoy it. Expensive, but all food on-mountain typically is. It tends to be very busy around lunch and difficult to get seating, however.“

“We came here thrice during our stay. Once for Apres ski, lunch and dinner. The food was just absolutely amazing! Delicious fondue, bison pasta, wagyu beef and out of the world cocktails. The service was impeccable.
We will absolutely be back.“

“Very nice for taking a break skiing. The turkey chili was amazing and great employees. I wish they had a restroom on the main floor instead of going to the basement with ski boots, but it was great. Pricey, but that was to be expected. For 4 of us to eat lunch it was over $100.“

“Beautiful views, delicious food & exceptional service. Royal street cafe is at the top of the Silver Lake Lift and in front of the bottom of the Sterling Express Lift. Service is efficient but not rushed. Great way to spend a break from skiing, hiking or biking.“

“My husband and I came here not really knowing what to expect, but we were blown away!
The building/atmosphere is incredible. The trees are all lit up outside, the dining area is stunning, the view is spectacular, and that's all before we even get to the food itself.
Our server (shout out to Lindsey!) was phenomenal. She took great care of us - checking in frequently and ensuring our experience was top tier.
We ordered the wagyu (A5 and filet mignon) for our main entrees and it was hands down the best steak we have ever eaten. Don't skip out on the duck appetizer though.
And the DESSERTS.
They have an executive pastry chef and it shows. We had the firepit (creme brulee) and the conifer and both were out of this world fantastic in addition to being works of art.“

“Great food except no desire from staff to turn on the TVs for college football. Only some hard to understand excuse about the manager not being around. Regretted going there while my boys seasoner opener had started. They get a 5 because everything else was great and I guess Utah doesnt care much about Football. Or i spoke to the wrong server.“

But as far as American eateries, The Farm is pretty good. I commend Vail Resorts, the manager, for that.
The menu Is creative with many interesting dishes.
Service was very good.
The venue is nice at the base of the maintain. Dishes are somewhat pricy.
