“The food has a great taste and I can tell the recipe of the broth is thoughtfully designed and flavored. The service was fine but the restaurant felt too crowded and loud. While I understand it’s a ramen spot, their décor and presentation are more refined than most, so the hectic atmosphere detracted slightly from the overall experience.“

“It was our first time trying Ramen and the cashier was awesome enough to help us choose. We chose the spicy ramen and it was not disappointing! It was just enough spice to make it flavorful. And it was enough to fill the tummies of two ladies and then some. I was kinda bummed that there isn't much of a varieties when it comes to ordering. Only about 4 to 5 options.“

“I had such a great experience here! Danny, the manager, welcomed me right away and even set me up with a perfect corner table—which made the whole meal feel extra relaxed. Alissa, our server, was amazing—super friendly, professional, and on top of everything without ever rushing us. The ramen itself was incredible, full of flavor and beautifully balanced. “Easily the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had. It has a really rich, savory broth, which is a nice change of pace since vegan broth is usually a watered down afterthought at most places. It comes fully loaded with mushrooms and hashbrowns (??!?) but you can add additional veggies or an egg if youre feeling it. Very simple menu but they execution is 1000/10!“

The ramen noodles were delicious. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the decor added to the overall cultural atmosphere. Food: on the recommendation of our server, who was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and attentive, we ordered the Takoyaki and our server's favourite Spicy Garlic Pork Shoyu Ramen x 2. The latter was described as a "spicy soy sauce tonkatsu broth with garlic is served with two slices of chashu pork, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, egg, fried onions, seaweed, green onions, and buttered corn". I absolutely love ramen, and, to me, what defines any bowl is the soup base, described by a very learned chef as "an intensely porky, opaque pale broth with a sticky-lipped intensity, with the rich, buttery texture of light cream; the best sports tiny nubbins of fat swimming around on their surface, a slick of mayu (black garlic oil) or chile-sesame paste, a handful of thin-sliced green onions, a soft-yolked soy-sauce tinged egg, and a few slices of meltingly tender chashu pork belly". The broth definitely reflected the events described, and the many hours spent in preparation, with a rich texture and flavour, complemented, but not over-powered by either the chili nor the garlic. It was a wonderful recommendation that we would order again! All in all, the evening that left us very satisfied in terms of having our hunger sated, and taste buds quite happy... the true test is whether we return, and, should we find ourselves back in the city, we would most definitely make a return trip to try other dishes!!“

“I stumbled across this restaurant in El Segundo while I was on a business trip. this place is awesome! I got the black garlic hanasaku Ramen bowl, goyza, and a strawberry tea. the employees were so friendly and the food was fast, fresh, and delicious! I wish this was available in my local area, it would be a huge hit.“

“I’d say even though waiting time was quite long (but to be fair, the place was really busy), I can get over that because the staff were super friendly. The portion wasn’t huge, but that’s actually a good thing . I’m not fan of wasting food, and since it’s not oversized, you can actually finish your plate. Plus, the price is really good, one of less locations where you get a real dish im mean not fastfood for these price 👍🏽“

“I had a great experience at this ramen spot! The food was both delicious and very affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. They also offer alcoholic drinks — I tried the sake margarita and it was so tasty. The space is a bit on the smaller side, but it still felt cozy. My server, Amelia, was incredibly nice and made the visit even better. Overall, a great place for a flavorful meal and a good drink!“

“Let's start with the service extremely helpful and very fast. You can choose to use the kiosk to or order at the register. Personally I usually walk away with the "build your own" adding an extra egg and green onions. Though no matter what you go for I'm sure you will love it.“

Every dish we tried was incredible, we started with appetizers the crispy rice with tuna was cooked to perfection as well as the cucumber and avocado salad, which was delicious and flavorful.
Some of my FAVORITES included the yellowtail and jalepenos which i would highlyyy recommend. The Jessica Roll was absolutely to die for and melted in your mouth. We had a few other rolls including the lemon roll and fantasy roll while also grabbing the salmon and yellowtail belly.
Everything was super fresh and flavorful. I would highly recommend stopping by here whether it be with friends to catch up or your significant other for a date.“

“Decided to try this lil place after the first place e we went to was all vegan. Nothing wrong with that, just wanted some good pork ramen. My lady and I shared some great steamed pork/chicken pot stickers with a spicy yuzu sauce that was tangy and spicy. She had the chicken ramen and I had the Tekesume (sorry if I misspelled this). Both were great dishes and filling. Can't wait to come back.“

“Been wanting to try this place for a couple years now. Glad we finally did. Excellent food, much better than any Jinya Ramen. We had a bunch of appetizers. Indeed, their Takoyaki was amazing, Howard Yang! 😍 We had 2 seasonal specials, the Spicy Crispy Shrimp Roll and the cold Tan Tan ramen. Both were fantastic, albeit a bit too spicy for me. Service is super friendly. We will definitely be back. Want to try a bunch of other things, including the hot ramens.“

Ramen can be described as Americanized, but it was still tasty for a lunch date. Portions are generous, so you will likely take some home.“

“I recently tried Kyoto Paitan Ramen last week and Curry Ramen this week at this spot. The Kyoto Paitan Ramen was good, but I was really impressed by the Curry Ramen. It wasn’t very spicy, but it was packed with flavor. I prefer thicker noodles, so I’d love to see that option next time. Overall, a great experience!“
