“I am a very proud Alfred fan, and I absolutely love their Melrose/Glossier Alley location! This location has speciality drinks that aren't available at their other locations, so I definitely recommend trying something new here. I got their rose very matcha with oat milk which was delicious - perfect hint of rose and I loved the berry syrup/puree at the bottom. As the name gives away, it is located in an alley so there's no interior seating area, but there are some tables and concrete benches outside along the alley. It is a popular LA attraction, but I do love their drinks so I recommend it if in the WeHo/Melrose area.“

“I love Pine & Crane! Seriously amazing Taiwanese food. The restaurant is stylish, modern and clean while the food is very authentic and completely delicious. My kids were surprised at how tasty everything was. Healthy too! We will def be back often!!!! If they have it, the lotus root salad is a must! 3 cup chicken is amazing, wontons, etc… I want to try the wood ear mushrooms next!!!“

“Ramen so good I forgot to take pictures! We found this little gem while staying at an AirBNB in Studio City. The menu was varied and we found something for everyone in our party, including the picky little guy. This was honestly some of the best ramen we've had anywhere (we were on vacation) and I have recommended it to others traveling to area. The service was super friendly as well.“

“If you're around the area I would suggest visiting this cafe! They have fantastic service and their drinks are always top notch and literally made with love. I usually get their matcha latte or their seasonal drinks if it catches my eyes. Btw their cream topper is always so AMAZING, could literally drink it everyday haha They even sell flowers/plants! It's pretty unique since you can't really find cafes that sells them and they are all so pretty. Plus this cafe has their own merch too. Once I saw their pink tumbler I couldn't help but had to bought it ASAP, such a cute tumbler(The color was to die for)! “I used to love sunright! I used to get the grape frostie almost every day! They even had a buy one get one free grape frostie for a month before they discontinued it since it was a seasonal drink! Takoyaki was one of the best I've eaten. The portion is also generous and there were definitely big chunks of Tako inside the balls. Presentation was very pretty too. However my lemon roll was not as good as the other dishes. The spicy tuna was overly spicy and it took away the flavor of the entire dish. It's my first time at this location in Van Nuys, and the Hakkaido oolong milk tea was scrumptious as the ones I had at all the other branches. Staff was young but friendly, but that's not unusual at a boba place. We got our drinks fairly quickly. Conveniently located right next to a 99 Ranch Market and a pho restaurant, this location enjoys plenty of foot traffic. The parking lot is large, but it's still a struggle to find a spot due to the busy Asian market.“

“I went in to try their boba. As soon as I walked in I was surprised by how cute the actual place is. It is set up so cute and gives you a cute, cozy vibe. The menu is quite big which is nice but hard if you're indecisive lol. I ended up getting the Honeycomb coffee with Boba and the Sunset with Mango Jelly. Both drinks were really good. The ladies helping us out were very kind as well! The Honeycomb coffee is super sweet so maybe get it 50%. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because there was barely any boba in the drink. I had a boba taro milkshake, with no sugar, with oatmeal milk, and although it was no sugar in it, it was delicious and tasty. I also had 2 taiyaki, fish shaped cakes: one stuffed with red bean paste and the other one stuffed with Nutella. I also wanted to try the plain "croffle", it was my first time: a croffle is croissant dough covered in sugar and baked in a waffle iron. “Now it became a shop of BOBA GRANDE under the new management. They are so kind and friendly. The shop is very clean and all equipment looked new. Taro boba which was my all time favorite, was so good and rich flavor in it. And I tried two Taiyaki, I've seen a lot on K-dramas :) it became my recommended bread of this store. “Was randomly craving donuts and this spot showed up on my google search with a high rating, definitely did not disappoint. They have soooo many options to choose from when it comes down to drinks and food (sandwiches, boba, fresh squeezed juices…) and if you’re feeling lucky, they also have lottery tickets and scratchers. Bought half a dozen donuts which were delicious and 2 drinks. I really enjoyed my green tea lemonade and the raspberry one was also good. The customer service was great. “The menu is fairly large for a boba spot (a bunch of food options!), so I was hopeful when coming in. However, I only ordered drinks - the galaxy & the Cambodian red lime. Just a disclaimer - I think someone would like these drinks but it's not for me. That being said, I think these are well crafted & made. The galaxy was the better of the 2. To me, it tasted quite medicinal at first because it had an artificial cherry flavor but it mellows out once you keep drinking. The Cambodian red lime had nutmeg (or cinnamon?) in it which I wasn't expecting in a tea drink. It was good, just not for me. I think this place is pretty good if you're in the area! I like that they're taking risks & making flavors that you can't find anywhere else. Their flavors are quite niche but I know someone will definitely find their signature drink here. “Came here on a cold and rainy day to try out their hot drinks, and I ended up ordering the warm Sweet Taro Sago latte, and it absolutely did not disappoint!I got it with soy milk (which they charge $0.75 extra if you want soy or oat milk) but this made it lighter and less creamy than their recommended whole milk. But still, the amount of fresh taro they put in, along with their sago was perfect and having adjusted the sweetness level to 70% was perfect so it wasn’t overwhelming. The drink also did not come out, steaming hot, and in fact, it was warm and ready to be enjoyed.Inside there was one working ordering station, but you can always order at the counter, and the staff was friendly. Credit Card is accepted in contactless way, and the drinks did not take too long to come out. Although I will say that it wasn’t so busy when I arrived.I loved that the inside was nice and warm. The toppings were good though and luckily were separated so I was able to stir fry the noodles. 3/5 maybe would try a different broth I got the rose green tea boba and it was very good.
