I’m really glad I did it turned out to be a great experience. I ordered the Chicken Salad Bowl with grilled chicken chunks, cucumbers, lettuce, chickpeas, hummus, and a variety of flavorful sauces. It was perfect for my no-carb diet and everything was fresh, tasty, and very satisfying. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a halal, nutritious, and budget-friendly meal. My husband got the Double Bacon Decker with sweet potato fries and I got the Papas Penne but swapped for fettuccine pasta (this is a yummy option with the tomatoes, spinach, and fresh mozzarella…the sauce is on the light buttery side vs a heavier creamy milky sauce like Alfredo sauce)”

“I went to this dunkin around 7-8pm on Friday and there was one young guy working by himself as his coworker was leaving right when I got there. This guy needs credit for what he was doing. He was absolutely amazing, switching between the counter and the drive through line. He was working as quickly and efficiently as a single person can and he was nothing but polite and respectful the entire time! My espresso drink came out literally perfect despite how busy this one worker was. Seriously, props to this guy. Manager, give him a raise and a promotion if he wants one. I have worked in food service for a long time and a guy like this guy deserves his own franchise.”

“This is definitely one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Danbury, CT area. It's open 24/7.

What they don't tell you is that after 10 p.m. only the drive-thru is open; yet they offer all the same products as the walk-in store. I mention this because I have seen numerous people try to open the door after hours and then leave because they didn't know the drive-thru was available.

The employees here are very well trained. They're an excellent example for some other D.D. locations.”

Pizza well made. Any issues are resolved without difficulty and with apologies. LOVE IT. I have not tried any other meals since I am a home chef and eat this pizza when in a pinch.”

Whenever I call, the nice woman who answers is friendly, calls me by name, and demonstrates her appreciation for my business.
Yesterday afternoon, 2/13/25, I placed a big order: Wonton soup, pork fried rice, bbq spare ribs, steamed dumplings sesame chicken, and chicken with broccoli. Everything was delicious, cooked freshly, and portions were generous. Some places cut corners by giving less chicken, but Moon Star puts plenty of chicken in the meals.
I was allowed to take a 2-liter bottle of soda for free, and to our surprise, there was a HUGE portion of freshly-made fried dough (my wife's favorite!)
If you are looking for a good place to order Chinese take out, Moon Star is it!”

From arriving inside to be seated at your table, I could tell that I was going to enjoy everything here. Our Server Alyssa, a huge shout out to you. You took really good care of us from start to finish and definitely left a lasting impression. The Steak was delicious and done to perfection for me. My wife had a small issue with her Steak, the assistant manager Brenda came and addressed this issue in the most remarkable way. A huge shout out to Brenda, keep doing a great job. She was very professional and willing to solve the issue in the best way possible and in which she did. She also gave us some really nice insights on how to choose our steaks the next time. There ampinadas were fresh and light. Everything was made from scratch. The pickled onion salad truly compliments the Ampinadas.
I truly hope it stays this way, and whoever is working at the time of my wife and I eating there should be the backbone and foundation of this magnificent Ecuadorian cuisine.”

“As far as food, yes this is 100% BK. As far as service, this BK is a disaster. There's minimal staff resulting in turtle-like service both at the drive-thru as well as inside, which is unfortunate. Posted is the picture of a completely empty counter with everyone in the back - it was like this for 5 minutes. This is why the drive thru is a very long wait. Do yourself a favor, there's a great pizza place across the street, Lou's deli another 100 yards down the road, and a McDonald's after that.”

Jose greeted me with a big smile and a great attitude the second I walked in. He was patient while I decided on my order and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
