“I am eating a strawberry donut I bought ten minutes ago as I write this! I've been dying to stop at D&D's forever, so I brought my son today to get some donuts. The donuts are all HUGE and beautiful. She gave us free samples of the donut holes to try which my son loved. She explained every flavor and how long they keep and that we can freeze them.

These are the best donuts I've ever had!!! And I've had donuts all over Chicago. They're unbelievably soft and delicate. There is real fruit in the icing. This strawberry donut tastes like a fresh strawberry. My son had a great time and she was so kind to him. We will be back!! I want to try the massive apple fritter. 😭❤️“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“Im giving them a 5 star review not based off my preference but based off my experience. My friend and I are in town for the weekend. I prefer a more light and airy doughnut and my friend prefers thicker doughnuts. I ordered a blueberry cake and a raspberry filled glazed. She order the Homer Simpson and the vanilla sprinkles. The blueberry cakes doughnut was an average doughnut size and it tasted okay (I’ve had better). All other doughnuts are T Rex size lol.
If you like thicker heavier doughnuts, then you’ll most likely love these.
If you like a doughnut that’s not too sweet, these are the ones for you. Most of the doughnuts themselves don’t have sweetness in the dough. All the flavor and sweetness is in the icing that’s laid on top.
I’m giving them 5 stars because the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, customer service was great, and if these are the type of doughnuts you like, then you’ll most likely like these.
BONUS: they do have a vegan friendly menu as well with about 8-10 different flavors.

We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“This DD was closed for 10 long days for a remodel and I tried other locations and no one does it better than this one, in fact I stop trying other locations during the 10 days.I had found it a couple years ago and get my coffee almost everyday from here. “Very pretty little cafe with outdoor seating space. We only tried the baked goods which were also very pretty and started at $4.50 a piece. The donuts are unconventional--imagine a slightly denser challah shaped like a donut. They're bready and sort of chewy, but it works as a pastry and would pair well with coffee. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of space--no line on a Saturday morning.“

“The best Dunkin!! It’s down the street from my house and I’m here every single morning with my mobile orders lol. They are so fast. My iced coffee is ready before I even get to the window. Will never go to another Dunkin. It’s not the same experience elsewhere. It’s so pretty from outside too. Love the landscaping and flowers.“

“I have visited this location frequently throughout the week. I usually order through the mobile app. When I arrive I am mostly greeted by name once i tell them I am here to pick up. The tram here does a phenomenal job with Speed of Service. They seem to run a ve4y efficient store. Haven't met one team member that wasn't courteous. They always are on the move. I want to give a special shout out to Rosa!! She is a fantastic manager. I usually see her in the mix of orchestrating her team to give out the highest standard of guest service. I even had an issue with a mobile order I placed. She listened & then proceeded to fix the issue at hand. She made sure I wasn't leaving unhappy. She is a great asset to this location. Shout out to this Dunkin for keeping me on the go. ☺️“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

Her exact words are: I gave you what you gave me and then told her fellow coworkers that she was over it today. Keep in mind it’s 9am in the morning and you are the very first face that a customer sees at this establishment coming in, she was NOT working the drive through. Her customer service was terrible.
