“My son had us drive 52 minutes from Big Rapids to Grand Rapids to try this place. Management was super pleasant. The menu has so many things to choose from. Those perch fish fingers we delicious. We also had wings bone in and boneless and mozzarella sticks. Fountain drinks were a hit also. If in the area give them a try, they won't disappoint.“

“I went picked Brass Ring Brewing to celebrate my birthday with my family. I choose Brass Ring because I was interested in trying their cask ales. What I found at Brass Ring was a level of customer service that I have rarely found across the food service industry. We showed up at Brass Ring to find that a very large group was dining there, taking up a majority of the seating. They don't take reservations, so it was going to be a challenge finding a table for our group of 6. The owner heard the staff struggling to find us an available table. He jumped in and found a solution. He personally asked a couple that was seated at a large table if they would be willing to move. They graciously accepted to make room for us. This level of customer service has obviously been trained into the entire staff because our waiter was the most helpful and hospitable server I've ever encountered. Firstly, he was extremely knowledgeable of food and drink menu, helping us to navigate it superbly. He also got the entire restaurant to sing "Happy Birthday" with us when it was time for dessert. The food and drinks were top notch, but the customer service was out of this world. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the Brass Ring. You will not be disappointed!“

She proceeded to ask us a series of questions and then proceed to make a pour based on our answers. She did awesome, as we tried two new bourbon we have never had and enjoyed the bourbon as well. This is a must stop if you enjoy sipping bourbon!“

If you want to have fun and socialize...I Do NOT recommend you go to West Sife Socal because that is not the vibe of this place. More like ANTI social!!! Don't go...parking and socializing is terrible.“

“My family eats here every time we visit downtown. They are kind to our daughter but the atmosphere is also great for a date. I have also dropped in for lunch between work meetings and the service is fast for a tight schedule. The Black Dragon roll is great!“

“My girlfriends and I met at Blue Water for dinner tonight. Our waiter named Will made our dinner so enjoyable and fun. Our dinner came out so fast and the food was delicious. We split a dessert that we all didn’t care for. The General Manager Sheena came over immediately and offered us to try something different. She brought us a new dessert. She was so sweet and personable.“

“This was my first visit. I came for the lunch buffet so that I could try different dishes. The food was very, very good. I had chicken byriyani, mint chicken, tandoori chicken, a vegetarian potato, peas in a incredible curry sauce, naan bread, etc. My server must have filled my water 8 times- friendly and attentive. As i exited the restaurant, a table with 8 ladies was eating, one woman had her fork in the air (dancing) because of how delicious the food was.

$17.00 for the meal, $5.50 tip (server was amazing) and $5 for parking. A memorable meal in downtown GR.“

“We had a great experience at this brewery! The beer was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The space is on the smaller side, but it’s incredibly welcoming and has a great atmosphere.
One of the best parts is being able to build your own flight, which makes it easy to try a range of different beers. Everything is also really affordable, which is a huge plus. It’s a fantastic spot to relax and sample some great brews — we’ll definitely be back!“
