“If I could’ve put more stars, I would. The customer service I received was so impressive. It is so hard to come by great customer service nowadays. I bought a decorative cup and it broke. I asked if I could replace it for a new cup and I did not have my receipt and there was no issues at all. The staff did not interrogate me on how it broke or deny me because I didn’t have a receipt. They saved it for me in the back, and I came and exchanged it. I am so grateful because I really like this cup. Carter was the absolute best! He put my needs first with no issue.“

“I come to this location a few times a week before work & the drinks are always so good! Lilley was working the drive thru multiple times when I drove in and she is just the sweetest person ever! She makes you feel important and she is just the sunshine everyone needs in their lives!“

“This is one is the best Starbucks I've been to. FYI THOUGH; this one doesn't have a drive through. My coffee was great, and I mean great, way better than other Starbucks. But the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is great m it's such a cute little place for a Starbucks. I wish i got the cashiers name. Whomever she was deserves a raise. She was super sweet and is great at customer service. I went in on March 15 about 9am and I talked to her about playing pokemon and visiting from out of town for my son's hockey tournament. So shout out to her!“

The staff are hardworking and do an amazing job handling busy hours and customers.
Matthew is always very professional and greets me and everyone that comes in.
Managers do a wonderful job running the floor to ensure beverages are out quick and made correctly.
I live a bit farther away now so I don't visit often, but when I do the experience is immaculate.

Stopped by for a cup of Americano and a breakfast sandwich. I received the drink in a timely manner and the sandwich was tasty. There were available seats at the time I sat down.“

Not being a big coffee drinker they were so patient, kind and helpful in getting me situated. Thank you for your great customer service and doing it with a smile at 6:15 in the morning!“

“The best Starbucks around. The service is great. They always get my order right. I have been to this Starbucks 1000+ times (I mean, I have been going there every day for the past several years), and I have never been disappointed. The drink is made very well, and the staff is just awesome. I go to other Starbucks once in a while, but this location is the best of the best.

“I came to this Starbucks, for the first time today at 5:50 this morning, my daughter got a Frozen Venti Tropical Citrus with strawberry puree and it was absolutely delicious, we went thru the drive thru and out in 5 mins, Steven was absolutely amazing and started our morning off great with his pleasant attitude and great service!! “I come here very often due to living so close to this location. Every time I come my experience is amazing. Literally every time. I bring my dog sometimes and they always give him a pup cup and they’re super sweet to him! I always forget to get the names of the employees when I come plus I don’t want them to be creeped out when I ask lol. So, thank y’all for always being super sweet and working super hard! “Absolutely love this Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, cheerful, welcoming and kind. Love the set up, seating options and outdoor seating. Only complaint is the bathrooms are usually dirty which is not the barista’s fault. I know how hard it is to balance everything going on and constant bathroom checks. One toilet had poop in the seat and the other was a little gross too. Again, this is the customers fault for making the bathrooms gross. Overall, great place, I recommend to everyone!“

“I decided to walk around downtown to see if I could find a spot to charge my phone until my AirBnB was ready for check in and I stumbled on this Starbucks. Of course I thought, well I can go there, charge my phone and have a coffee then keep moving. I ended up staying for almost an hour just chatting with one of the managers, Sarah. She was so delightful, made many recommendations for food, entertainment and even provided safe routes for walking around town. This was the nicest store, everyone was so welcoming. I look forward to visiting this location again during my stay!“

“I was at Levine Cancer Institute for business for 3 days in June and went to this kiosk every day. I either got an iced latte or I got lunch. In the mornings, the line was pretty long, but when I went over there to grab something to eat at noon, it was maybe a 5 minute wait.The food and drinks tasted as good as at any Starbucks. The staff is pretty friendly and pretty efficient.They have a few tables and chairs for you to sit there. Or you can go around the corner and sit in front of Caribou Coffee in Levine Cancer Institute.“

“Clean and pleasant Starbucks… cash attendant was friendly and didn’t seem to hate the day/life as some in the area.There is no drive thru and parking can be hard to find but the husband dropped me off for convenience and circled the lot.You can tell the staff was elbow deep making online orders because a venti blonde red eye and cappuccino took about 5 minutes. I took off a star because even though I always order a cappuccino, I end up getting a latte… and that’s why we bought a Breville Barista Express for the house. I’m paying for a cappuccino, might as well know it’s made correctly.Nice establishment though… will be back for a quick drink if it’s on our route and if we don’t make our own.“

“I come here often when I dash. I never gave this place a review and it's one of the most pleasant places to go when you're getting your day started. In particular it is three women there I don't know their names I only know one name and her name is Tasha. Always hospitable, always smiling and always moving quickly to get customers orders. They pay close attention to detail even every now and then they draw or they write little messages to their customers and I've been to thousands of places and very few do things of that magnitude with gratitude. I urge you to at least give her ( there's another young lady in there she has locs there's also an older gentleman and there's like three other people that I see all the time and they're always doing great. All of them deserve a raise because when I say they've been doing this for months I know I have seen them since December at least three to six times a day everyday and they're always nice. “I am ALWAYS Nervous with ordering. Rachel was Absolutely Amazing!!! She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I gave her my vision for a fruity and refreshing drink and she nailed it. I usually stick to my Caramel Ribbon Crunch, but I wanted something Summery and sweet. I left with the Mango-Dragonfruit refresher with Pineapple. It was Delicious ?

“The customer service here sucks and they don’t turn off order ahead when they close the store so then I had to wait in the drive-thru for it.I know that makes me sound like a “Karen” but for the price you pay, you should be able to choose a different store if you use the app to avoid such situations. Turn off the order ahead when you close the store for ordering due to staffing shortages. I don’t want staff to have a sour attitude bc they’re overwhelmed and dealing with mobile orders and angry drive-thru people.I’ll fix my review when you fix that communication piece with the store.**Update** They listened!“

“I went to the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter grocery store at 1704 Central Ave in Charlotte. The people working there were super nice, even though they had a lot of customers.I tried two iced teas: the regular Iced Green Tea and the Iced Passion Tango Tea. The green tea tasted clean and natural, not too sweet. It was perfect for a hot day.But the Passion Tango Tea was the best! It was a pretty pink color and smelled really good. It tasted fruity and a little sour, like lemongrass and hibiscus. It wasn't too sugary, so I could really taste the tea flavors. It almost tasted like juice!I had a great time at this Starbucks. The workers were awesome and the iced teas were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other drinks!“

“Staff is always pleasant and drinks are typically ready in a reasonable amount of time. Drinks aren’t consistent in taste though. Patio is nice area to enjoy a drink with a pup after our walk on the greenway. It’s also good space with kids. Interior is not always super clean but nothing major.
That little parking lot is a mess. I’d suggest parking a rock the street near the bathroom.

“Sierra is awesome!!! I am in there before 7 am when I go and she is always going at super speed, running to the back of the store to get supplies that the night people didn't replace, and doing it all herself. I get my drink faster than when I go into a store with 2 or 3 people working. I have never had an incorrect order from her and I have a really annoying order.....only reason there is not 5 stars is because this morning there was a different person who didn't know how to label a White Mocha or make it right. I also ordered an almond milk latte and ended up with the drink in the picture....which doesn't look or taste appealing...“

I want to recognize a very respectful and professional young lady that was very attentive while I placed a rather large order for my family. I want complain as much but I was hoping to get a half off. The food was great warm the drinks were good too, but if you put something on the app, make sure it’s also for every Starbucks although the location I went to it on the app too we didn’t get half off we got full price for our drinks On the app it says from noon to six for half of the drinks on the Thursday. We shop around 1:15 PM so we still fell under the half off price“

“Well, I finally made it to the new Starbucks on Albamarle Rd in Charlotte today. Nice, beautiful, and relaxing. I am fairly new to this whole coffee house vibe. I see why people get hooked! Lots of seating, nice artwork on the walls, and tasty looking treats. Good music! Most folks here were on their laptops. Some came in to pick up their mobile orders. Drive thru area was steady with traffic.
Tried my Chai latte tea with oat milk. Pretty good! Especially when hubby has been a Starbucks fan and member of their elite "club" for 20 years, so gift cards were used!“
