“One of the nicest, cleanest Starbucks I have ever visited. And the staff are super friendly. Never once have they gotten my order wrong.

The skinny L-shaped parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare when the store is super busy. But thankfully, there are two exits which truly helps. Nevertheless, I will definitely return again and again.“

“Love this location so far! The folks who work here are so friendly and attentive; they even seem to know quite a few of the regulars by name. I’m not usually there during what would be considered busy times, but my orders always come out quick and the quality of the drinks and food is excellent.“

“Caring and sweet batistas that work quickly. My lavender matcha latte was delicious!

Plenty of seating, plus diverse seating. Umbrellas over picnic tables outside. Comfy, singular, cushioned chairs inside with a coffee table, and the usual bars and regular table seating. It was quiet atmosphere, would be good for our special children.

Generally, I'd love to go back. I didn't even know there was a location here until today! 😇🤩“

“Line moves pretty quick even if it’s long. I’m a regular and service has always been amazing, from everyone. I normally go through the drive-thru… Anthony and Ocean will always speak if they see me come through or over the intercom real quick even if they are working the front. If they weren’t so friendly I probably wouldn’t spend as much money at Starbucks as I do 😅“

“Absolutely love this Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, cheerful, welcoming and kind. Love the set up, seating options and outdoor seating. Only complaint is the bathrooms are usually dirty which is not the barista’s fault. I know how hard it is to balance everything going on and constant bathroom checks. One toilet had poop in the seat and the other was a little gross too. Again, this is the customers fault for making the bathrooms gross. Overall, great place, I recommend to everyone!“

“I don’t typically post reviews, but this Starbucks location is BY FAR the BEST. All of the baristas know my name and my go to order… although, now that I think about it just proves how many times a day I go. All of the staff are very friendly and are willing to suggest whatever they think tastes the best. For example, I went into Starbucks for my 3rd time yesterday and one of the baristas thought I was going to order my regular which was the dragonfruit refresher but I told them that I wanted to try something new. He suggested I try the passion fruit tea since I let him know I don’t do caffeine and it was spectacular! If I could put more stars, I definitely would! Promote all of these baristas or increase their pay because all of them work hard! Thanks for taking the time to read this review!“

“I was at Levine Cancer Institute for business for 3 days in June and went to this kiosk every day. I either got an iced latte or I got lunch. In the mornings, the line was pretty long, but when I went over there to grab something to eat at noon, it was maybe a 5 minute wait.The food and drinks tasted as good as at any Starbucks. The staff is pretty friendly and pretty efficient.They have a few tables and chairs for you to sit there. Or you can go around the corner and sit in front of Caribou Coffee in Levine Cancer Institute.“

I have been to this Starbucks 1000+ times (I mean, I have been going there every day for the past several years), and I have never been disappointed. “Ive been a regular since January, the employees have memorized my venti caramel frappe and are always so sweet. I love coming here to watch the cool cars pass by the window and draw/study on my laptop. Would definitely recommend coming here. “I only used the drive thru. I have no idea what the inside is like. I had a very easy and pleasant time, the guy was super nice and friendly. The parking lot is a warning to all, you better be careful driving through this shopping center. It is one of the worst designs I've ever been in. I would avoid bigger trucks and trailers. Several cars can not make the sharp turns and hit curbs often. It's like a maze with too many vendors in one small spot. It is adjacent to a residential apartment complex, sharing a road, which makes traffic much worse, it is also right between us74 and Monroe road, so some use this area to cut through traffic. Not my first choice for location.“

“I only get to visit this Starbucks on South Boulevard when I bring my daughter to gymnastics on Saturdays, but every time I come, the vibe is amazing. There’s been a half empty venti cup on the curb h fee the window with other trash for two weeks and the counter is super dirty. Pressure washing and garbage cleanup will go a long way.“

I am in there before 7 am when I go and she is always going at super speed, running to the back of the store to get supplies that the night people didn't replace, and doing it all herself. I get my drink faster than when I go into a store with 2 or 3 people working. I have never had an incorrect order from her and I have a really annoying order.....only reason there is not 5 stars is because this morning there was a different person who didn't know how to label a White Mocha or make it right. “Staff is always pleasant and drinks are typically ready in a reasonable amount of time. Drinks aren’t consistent in taste though. Patio is nice area to enjoy a drink with a pup after our walk on the greenway. It’s also good space with kids. Interior is not always super clean but nothing major.
That little parking lot is a mess. I’d suggest parking a rock the street near the bathroom.

“Visited the S. Tryon location. Full disclosure, I am not a SB customer. I prefer to get my coffee from locally-owned coffe shops. When I travel with people who do frequent SB, I will usually get a Cafe Mocha, hot. SB service was very courteous and efficient. Greeted warmly with smiling faces.. I am always impressed at SB staff's ability to multi-task and juggle the numerous internal, drive thru, and online orders. Especially the special requests. Hats off to all the SB staff. My Cafe Mocha was very good, but only warm. SB dies not serve HOT coffee. Same story at all locations. Not a negative review. Just company policy. I do occassional purchase banana bread or a cookie. I have found both to be a tasty treat. This location is not one of SB's larger locations. No meeting room.. Making the left turn into the parking lot took a long time .My guests love SB and are frequent customers.“

“I normally go to this Starbucks and had great experiences. The service is normally great, the communication and food. Went this morning 11/20/23, through the drive thru and service was horrible. I ordered 2 Christmas drinks, 2 baked items and a breakfast item. My drinks were a gingerbread and caramel brûlée. Both were customized with almond milk and labeled as such. Got home and they did not have any of the Christmas syrups and no almond milk. My partner was in pain because of the milk. Someone is either new or really didn’t care. To add, the parking lot was not full.“

“I went to the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter grocery store at 1704 Central Ave in Charlotte. The people working there were super nice, even though they had a lot of customers.I tried two iced teas: the regular Iced Green Tea and the Iced Passion Tango Tea. The green tea tasted clean and natural, not too sweet. It was perfect for a hot day.But the Passion Tango Tea was the best! It was a pretty pink color and smelled really good. It tasted fruity and a little sour, like lemongrass and hibiscus. It wasn't too sugary, so I could really taste the tea flavors. It almost tasted like juice!I had a great time at this Starbucks. The workers were awesome and the iced teas were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other drinks!“

“My daughter was dying to try a matcha. I warned her, but she was insistent. Mom was right, and she is not a matcha person. She worked up some courage and told the pick up counter that she didn’t like it.
