“I recently indulged in a sushi lunch at Mei Hibachi, and once again, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the impeccable service to the clean and welcoming ambiance, Mei Hibachi continues to impress with their commitment to excellence. One thing that sets Mei Hibachi apart is their unique offering of peanut sushi, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else. It's a delightful fusion of flavors that adds a delicious twist to the traditional sushi experience. Being able to enjoy this specialty dish is a treat that keeps me coming back for more. In addition to their innovative menu, Mei Hibachi excels in providing exceptional service. Despite the busy lunch schedule, the staff remained attentive and efficient, ensuring that every customer's needs were met with a smile. The atmosphere is inviting and conducive to a pleasant dining experience, making Mei Hibachi the perfect spot for both casual lunches and special occasions.“
“Service: Told 2 hr waitlist by hostess. Got in at 45min mark. Was asked if community table was okay, and advised no. Sat at community table anyways. Asked to switch multiple times for a group of 3 but was advised no. Fyi, bar is no waitlist, first come first serve. Standing tables also available. Hostess alone was not vibin, short with words and unapproachable. All other staff were fantastic, including the cooks and waiters/waitresses.Food: fantastic. Classic and spicy, both can't go wrong. The classic bowl was especially deep in flavor profile. Chicken wings were crispy, flavorful, scrumptious.Minus the hostess(she needs a shot of happiness or something) everything else was fantastic.Dietary restrictions: Whole restaurant is peanut free. Cashews only.“
“The flavors in the grab hand roll set were dynamic and delicious. Jesse helped me out with some recommendations and even asked the chef for more sauce on my a-la carte order. I had the hand roll set and had to go back for a little more! Worth checking out.“
“The environment is very warm and comfortable, the ingredients are fresh, and the shrimp in the sashimi is so sweet and chewy—I love it so much! The owner is very enthusiastic, and both my friends and I absolutely love it! We will definitely come often.“
“Came here for a surprise birthday lunch. Menu: Shrimp head Shrimp Mushroom Fish with the bones (?) Snow Crab with Shiso Leaf Brussel Sprout with Seaweed(?) Scallop Snow pea & Baby Onion Flying fish Lotus Anago Tendon with miso Wasn't incredibly oily at the end of everything, I had a beer to go with my meal as a palette cleanser. Service was great, showed great attention to customers. Chefs were attentive, and notice when you want a good video shot at the whole frying process and try not to ruin your video. As a small extra birthday surprise, added a nice large strawberry with a mochi ice cream. Great experience, would love to try again someday.“
“One of the most upscale vegan restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Terrific Asian foods with veggie flair, and unqiue cocktails to boot. Try the Bang Bang Broccoli and thank me later... its tempura heaven!Vegetarian options: An all vegan menu in midtown Manhattan!Dietary restrictions: An all vegan menu in midtown Manhattan!“
“This restaurant was once awarded three Michelin stars for ten consecutive years and is also a representative of New York's fusion cuisine style. They primarily blend Japanese and French culinary elements to create an out-of-the-box and unforgettable dining experience. In 2023, due to disputes between the owner and the former chef, resulting in the departure of the ex-chef, they were removed from the Michelin three-star list, sparking considerable attention and comments from diners. From my recent dining experience at the restaurant, their removal from the Michelin three-star list does not imply that they no longer meet the standards of a Michelin three-star restaurant. Rather, it's because they are now operating as a "new restaurant" after reorganizing their chef team, which should be in a "grade pending" status. Personally, I feel that in the 2024 Michelin ratings, they have a very high chance of regaining Michelin star status, even if not immediately returning to three stars.Overall, this restaurant is highly suitable for diners interested in tasting fusion cuisine that blends elements from around the world, as well as for chefs in the food industry seeking new ideas. Additionally, the restaurant's service is excellent, even among fine dining establishments, as the staff seamlessly combine professionalism and friendliness. The dining environment in the restaurant is also excellent. Whether enjoying food preparation at the bar or having a more intimate dining experience at a table, both options provide a great experience. Here are some highlights of the restaurant's strengths:1. The seafood dishes at the restaurant are outstanding, with subtle seasoning that highlights the natural flavors of the seafood. Some small garnishes add a finishing touch to the dishes, akin to the layers of fragrance in perfume, leaving a memorable impression.2. The restaurant operates very efficiently, with each dish transitioning smoothly, akin to a symphony, where one movement ends and the next begins at the appropriate time.3. The service at the restaurant is excellent, with the staff knowledgeable about the dishes and beverages, smoothly and warmly introducing each dish, leaving a special impression on the diners.4. The desserts at the restaurant are delicious, whether it's pastries, ice cream, or fruit, all displaying creativity.5. The non-alcoholic drinks are excellent, providing a great option for those who do not enjoy alcohol.Furthermore, the restaurant may have some areas for improvement:1. The meat dishes at the restaurant seem to be less impressive than the seafood dishes, especially the wagyu beef dish, which is not cooked to perfection, failing to highlight the characteristics of wagyu beef.2. The sea urchin and waffle dish show great creativity in combining Asian and European ingredients. However, the waffle seems too soft and cannot effectively hold the uni; I almost dropped the uni while eating. Moreover, both the waffle and uni have a heavy sweet taste and soft texture, lacking impact. Perhaps replacing them with different bread and uni combinations would be better.3. While each seafood dish has excellent flavor, the seasoning and presentation seem somewhat repetitive, giving a sense of redundancy. Perhaps experimenting with more diverse elements and variations would be beneficial.4. The restaurant does not offer bread, a common feature in many European restaurants. Although bread may not be particularly expensive, I believe it is an essential part of French and many European restaurant cuisines. With bread, diners can dip it into the soup, creating a special dining experience and balancing the flavors of some heavier dishes. In conclusion, it was a very enjoyable dining experience. I hope the restaurant regains its Michelin star status in 2024 and continues to explore the path of fusion cuisine, breaking through the limitations of traditional rating systems and textbooks, and continuing to be a representative of New York cuisine and a unique restaurant in the world.“
“Top 2 sushi restaurant around flatiron. More authentic sushi experience with a unique menus and seasonal selection. Omakase by T O W A - I didn’t “W” in the case of my photos. I was back in town for business and was lucky enough to walk in during looting rain. Overall Would eat here again.“
“We had a great anniversary. We got the 12 piece + 2 hand roll omakase set for $53. The fish was super fresh and the whole meal was about 45min. There’s about 12-15 seats at the counter, so if you want to guarantee seating book a reservation. It was absolutely worth every “
“A delightful little yakitori restaurant. It was great we didn’t smell like the food when we left since we had regular seating. It would be cool to watch them cook but we had kids with us. It’s great that you can tell them you’re not into weird pieces like hearts and organs and they’ll substitute. The different pieces, though mostly chicken, all had different tastes. We brought our kids that can’t finish an entire omakase. We thought we could get a la carte for them but they won’t let you order just a la carte despite the two adults ordering a la carte. We enjoyed our meal here.“
“An absolutely amazing experience. Every piece of sushi was meticulously prepared and so so delicious. Your mouth will go on a journey that will leave your taste buds unable to appreciate any other piece of sushi. This place is amazing and we'll definitely be back.“
“Tasty izakaya place for dinner! Drinks were great, all very balanced flavors. We had a variety of hot and cold plates, which all came out very timely. Seafood dishes tasted fresh and the Beef Tongue Curry was delicious! Also had the Ebi Katsu which was 10/10. Dishes are good portions for sharing comfortably between 2/3 people.Funnily enough, didn’t get pictures of the yakitori, but definitely recommend the gizzards, hearts, or oyster—super tender, well-grilled, and seasoned.I think experience could definitely be shaped by what you order so it’s nice they have a nice variety of dishes to choose from.Dietary restrictions: They did ask about allergies after confirming our selections.“
“My friends treated me and my wife to dinner here as an engagement present. We all had a wonderful time and thought the food was top notch. On top of the fresh fish and impeccable presentations, I really appreciated that Don was so accommodating to dietary restrictions. Many restaurants serving omakase are unwilling to make changes. I would absolutely come back again and recommend this to anyone.“
“Ordered a salmon donburi lunch set (7 pieces) for about $20, found it to be about average if not slightly above average. There was a nice portion of salmon roe/ikura included with the donburi, as well as a small side salad. I think for the price, it'll be hard to beat this quality. Nothing amazing by any means, but certainly decent and far from bad - a great value and reasonable price for sushi, I will be back to try the nigiri and sashimi!“
“TL;DR: It was FIRE!!!This was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had. From the friendliest Chefs to the amazing flavorful melt in your mouth courses . Chef Ben and Chef Kong were very polite and educated us on what we were eating and had some lovely jokes. It was great to see everything prepared right in front of you and fresh. The pace of when the courses came out was perfect and not rushed at all. The place is small but understandable why they do the reservations the way they do it. I highly recommend going here!“
“By far the best omakase experience I've had in NYC. I went with my partner to celebrate our anniversary and we do omakase a lot since it's our favorite. This place blew our mind — you have to do the bougie omakase at the counter — SO AMAZING. The ambiance, staff, quality of food and chef was truly outstanding and so affordable. I'll be a regular here and can't wait to be back soon.“
“Has such a yummy and pleasant omakase experience in Astoria on a week night, thanks to That Place. The restaurant is so beautifully decorated and clean. The host/server was so attentive and sweet during the entire 1.5hr experience - my water/tea was refilled almost automatically after every sip. Same is also included in the omakase pricing which is really nice for drinkers ! The chefs worked together and created really delicious pieces- every one was super yummy. Their matcha ice cream and cheesecake were also so good ! Overall, was such a great experience and will definitely be back again for a weeknight or weekend dinner.“
“This place is great. I came at 3 p.m. and waited in line for about 10 minutes. It was a new experience for me. Hand rolls here start at 18$. For me, an order of 6 hand rolls was just right. The service staff here are cute and friendly. They use good, clean, fresh ingredients. I like it “
“This sushi restaurant left a deep impression on me. Their sushi is delicious and soft and glutinous, which gives me an endless aftertaste. At the same time, their production process is excellent, and each sushi is carefully made and matched, will come back for sure.“
“My family and I went to the Lobster club for dinner and in short it was amazing. The food was so unique but soo delicious, there wagyu dishes especially. Of course we had to get a lobster dish which we ended up getting two orders of, the restaurant itself is so beautiful. As soon as you walk in you see a beautiful scenery. The service was good cant complain about anything they were able to accommodate for my moms birthday and bring out a cake which was very nice and there dessert selection is very unique as well! Overall I would definitely come back, this restaurant is definitely on the pricer side but it definitely worth it once you take that first bite!“
“Yesterday was our first visit to the Osaka Sushi Restaurant, today is our second visit. We came to the Osaka Sushi restaurant from Las Vegas to New Jersey on a trip. Their business is very good, We saw a lot of peoples eating sushi here when we be there. the owner of a warm reception for us, we came for the first time, gave us a lot of good recommendations, food is very fresh. The service is very good, the atmosphere is very good, we see someone's birthday, we are very happy. We'll be back!“
“We had a phenomenal omakase dinner. Pretty much all the dishes were fantastic, from start to finish. A special shout-out to the salmon nigiri with foie gras and the kobe beef nigiri, truly delicious. The sake chosen for the pairing was also very enjoyable, I would recommend that. Overall, a great experience, 5 stars with no hesitation whatsoever.“
“TLDR (4.5/5) The only reason I did a (-0.5) is because the line can get busy and VERY long. I mean everybody wants to stay for a while for a reason! The vibe is fantastic! Going in from the walk down to the entrance into a very compact but full of life bar environment. You get to sit down and enjoy some pretty great food for a bar. (The Crab Croquette is insane! The Dessert just hits the spot because it's huge!) The drinks are above average with rather standard drink pricing. There is a lot of variety in terms of Japanese Whiskey. You really come here for the vibes, it just has this charm with the toy train going at the top, the jazz band playing in the back, and the ambient lighting around sporadically placed objects of random knickknacks! You won't regret going here for a unique experience, if you can get in haha!Warning: There is a $10 fee just to go in as a fee for the live band.Band stops playing around 1AM-2AMFood (4.5/5): Mentioned it before but the Crab Croquette blew my mind! It's so freaking hot though so please be careful and don't burn your tongue haha. It's basically this really decadent hot crab cream inside that just explodes with flavor. Easily a must get along with the Hot Honey Toast if you are a lover of desserts. That thing is easily meant for two people and it's delicious. Not the best dessert but unique enough to stand on it's own. For savory foods, can never go wrong with the okonomiyaki. That comes out fresh as hell and it was cold out at the time sooo it is a bit biased. Was it the best, no, was it damn good, yes. Yaki soba was good and I think personally the onigiri's were lacking(2.5/5). The Fried curry croquette was very standard, like we're talking (3/5) for that. As a bar, the food is definitely a stand out for here.Service(4/5): Service was wonderful. The individuals might seem a bit rushed but everyone is Japanese. They can understand English but they constantly deal with the massive line. Can definitely see some people being offended at the line with how they operate but there is a language barrier. There is a reason why it's (5/5). At the end of the day they are nice and courteous. You can crack jokes with them and there are no complaints. It really isn't a restaurant so don't expect water refills all the time. This is a Jazz Bar at the end of the day so you got to keep those expectations there.Reminder: I am Asian, does that mean there is a bias, maybe, just maybe. P.S. They are really really nice to other people not just Asians. That was a joke earlier hahaDecor and Ambiance (4.5/5): It gives that Cowboy Bebop vibe if you know it. If you don't, imagine hole-in-the-wall, hard-boiled detective style, midnight sit down and relax at 12AM with the moon out vibe. Could also be a cute date spot but it gets loud. The Jazz isn't peak performance but it does it's job at adding to the ambiance. The bar is fantastic and has personality. The decor around the whole place is adorable. Each corner is different from one another. A mini train that goes around one corner to this old fish tank with random items inside. It's great! Chairs are comfy but not mind-blowing. Ambient lighting is a plus but terrible for food pictures. It's really hard to get it right. Bathroom is clean. Can confirm bathroom is clean and it's a little tight to get there but it's not bad.Overall (4.5/5)Nonetheless, for sure this is a place I'll revisit in the future. The line is long but it's worth it once in a while. Especially if it is your first time, I'd say it's worth the visit just come early or late enough to avoid the big lines. If you are looking for a bar crawl and are around the area, this is a solid choice. You can't go wrong with a little Tomi Jazz in your life. If the line is huge I'd say you have better chances somewhere else but if it's small, you are in for a lovely treat!“
“My friend and I stopped in for dinner recently. It's a cozy ambiance with chill tunes. I feel like Chef Parsley invited us into her personal home and prepared a home-cooked meal for us. My time dining at Chopped Parsley made me forget that I was in Hamilton Heights, and more like I was in a small mountain-town eatery. I believe the absence of delivery motorists contributed to the peacefulness I experienced at Chopped Parsley. Highly recommended and I will be back!“
“Truly enjoyed my first omakase experience. I got so lucky to have Yama-san to be my chef for the night. His skills were amazing and each nigiri was served with a smile and hospitality. I am sure there are omakases out there that deserve the highest praises but for me, I’ll hold this experience dear because each and every course I had were so heartwarming and I could see the integrity in Yama-san as a sushi chef. I came to this omakase alone but I did not feel as such because he made me feel welcomed. I did not think I would learn so much in an hour, while being served food. It was such a delightful experience. I hope to have him again next time I visit NYC.“
“AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! If you're in NYC you absolutely HAVE to go. The chef was absolutely amazing, you'll meet a wonderful gentleman who will help navigate the experience as well. The ambience was exceptional. Great music, people, and vibes. I would have eaten here several more times if we had the chance. Experience AND food was 10/10. Highly recommend and absolutely WILL be back next time we're in New York!“
“A good friend from South Carolina recommended this restaurant. I must say this was some of the best sushi I have ever eaten. The owner of the restaurant is extremely nice and I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Wu for telling us about this wonderful restaurant.“
“Our experience at NR, was mostly positive. The Japanese fried chicken appetizer left us underwhelmed, lacking that special touch. However, the chicken soup curry stole the show with its amazing taste and generous portion size, making it a preferable choice over the ramen.Speaking of ramen, while it wasn't bad, it didn't quite justify making a special trip here for it. There are other spots in the city that excel in ramen. On the bright side, the service was excellent, and the ambiance had a charming speakeasy vibe, evoking the essence of old NYC.Overall, NR is a great spot to visit with a date or friends, offering a delightful experience with standout dishes like the chicken soup curry. However, if you're solely craving ramen, you might find better options elsewhere in the city.“
“I came here with a friend on a weekday night around 6:30PM with a reservation and we both enjoyed this place! For drinks, we ordered a Kiwi Chu-hi & Straweberry Chu-hi (I think that’s what they were called). Pretty refreshing, the flavors were subtle but still tasted good. For food, we ordered the Mentai Gnocchi, Citrus Salmon, and Tonton Hot Pot. The gnocchi was super soft and the mentaiko flavor was strong & really good. The citrus salmon was refreshing and delicious. The hot pot… 10/10!! It was full of vegetables and the broth was flavorful. When you have a little bit of broth and toppings left, they ask if you want to add rice or noodles (small or large size). We got a small size udon and it was lovely ?For dessert, we ordered the Kocha Cheese Cake, Roasted Goma Ice Cream. The ice cream was pretty good and I don’t even like sesame lol. The cheesecake was soft and light, it tasted good.I would definitely come back again to try their other dishes!“
“Food at Fushimi is excellent. Portions are more than enough. Price is very reasonable. Wait staff are outstanding. A shout out especially to Sara and her Thai colleague whose name I failed to get. Ambience is remarkable and memorable—in fact, instagrammable. Good for intimate and romantic dinner for 2 as much as for groups of 4, which we were, or 5, or 6. We'll definite go back and bring friends again.“
“First, the chefs let the fish speak for themselves- fresh, flavorful, inspired. Second, owner Eric and staff deliver personal attention- friendly, professional, elegance. Finally, atmosphere is intimate & friendly - whether you come alone, couple, or as a group, you’ll find friends and celebration - KANPAI!“
“I made a reservation and went for lunch on a weekday. It seems that you can order the same menu as at night, but we ordered the lunch-only value menu.10 pieces of nigiri and one roll cost about $58 including tax and tip.The taste is absolutely delicious! This is Japanese sushi! That's what it feels like. The size of the rice is just right, neither too small nor too big.The grip is perfect, and it feels fluffy when you put it in your mouth. I'm grateful for the sushi that doesn't have too much sushi. The ingredients were also fresh.10 kan and one roll may seem like a small amount at first glance, but you'll feel full after eating them. Just the right amount. We also offer roasted green tea when you pay.The atmosphere inside the store is calm and the restrooms are clean. In addition to counter seats, there are also table seats. This time I was seated at a table, but next time I would like to sit at the counter. The service is courteous and frequently refills your glass. I think the staff are probably only Japanese.I found a good store that I can recommend to others.I would like to go with friends who are not Asian. It has become my favorite store.“
“Server Xin from Sushi Gama has set a high standard for restaurants in the East Side area! Our server, Xin, was the best part of our experience. Xin displayed wonderful customer service and is by far the best server we've ever encountered. A big shout-out to Xin! He was a wonderful waiter because he provided amazing service and was very attentive. He kept changing out any dirty plates without us even having to ask. We would definitely come back for him!“
“This was perfect for a cheap yet tasty a filling lunch. They also have a good selection of Japanese groceries but I was here for their freshly made omusubi which they offer in a variety of flavors. I got a spicy tuna and chashu pork - both were delicious and two were the perfect amount for a nice lunch.“
“Simply superb. The fish and shellfish are pristine. The chefs are skilled and approachable. The servers are helpful and gracious. While not “inexpensive,” I believe it’s a value for what is delivered. I’ve been three times—just last night for the first time, I’m sorry to say, since COVID—and each time was exquisite. Beyond highly recommended. A treasure.“
“An Omakase that surprised me‼️Both the presentation and taste of the dishes are satisfying, and the cocktails are great?Watching large slices of truffle being shaved off, my truffle-loving heart blooms with joy The Uni has premium quality - rich, creamy, and sweet with every bite leaving me intoxicated? The AMADAI with its crispy skin, something only a professional chef can achieve? The experience of smoking King Salmon was fascinatingThe seaweed tofu in the Miso soup was also quite specialA very enjoyable dining experience - Must-try‼️Cocktails?✨Pearfection ??????highly recommend✨Sakura Blissa berry-flavored mojito?“
“The staff is super friendly, and the food is amazing! Since I moved to the area I cannot stop ordering from this place (and I have tried allllll the local poke spots when I am saying this)! They are quite literally the best poke around! And their bubble tea is great too! Highly “
“BEST OMAKASE IN NYC. The quality here is as good as it gets. The service is incredible always. The chefs are extremely talented and accommodating. The fish they have is always fresh and different. They do have speciality fish some nights which you can try. The price is more than fair you truly get what you pay for here. The experience is always 10/10.“
“Omakase style sushi bar which is absolutely delicious. Reservations are a must; each round has space for about eight people. Two chefs prepare one piece after another to be enjoyed. Best ginger I’ve ever had at a sushi place! You can get green tea but they serve no alcohol or drinks! So bring your own bottle - they supply a silver ice cooler :) we paid around 280$ for a great evening. We didn’t say it was my birthday dinner but the women next to me got this amazing sushi cupcake creation with a little candle (and her bday was 3 days prior - so a little jealous ;) ) - tell them!“
“Impressive quality and value for both the omakase and handroll bar. Though, I think the best time to visit is for $10 handroll happy hour prices on weekdays from 2-5pm.For handrolls, the salmon pate and grilled yellowtail pate are so unique and delicious - I’d highly recommend giving a try.“
“This restaurant opened a couple weeks ago, right next to the Baccarat Hotel ground floor! I have tried many Omakase places, but the chef Anthony Inn served dishes I have never tried. Presentation, Balanced flavor, Texture, Aroma, Execution, all there! Taru has everything from Omakase, Cooked Dishes, and Fantastic Dessert Selections. The Pastry Chef Natsume Aoi is perfection! Her deserts are must try! Also, there's a beautiful bar at the front with a great selection of cocktails, wine, sake, and scotch! The staff is attentive, and I loved the real bonsai tree in the center. I would highly recommend it, so definitely try it!“
“Came here on a cold Wednesday night and absolutely was blown away by their ramen. Specifically the Tabata ramen was top notch!! On the menu it notes that the Tabata ramen is spicy but it is not (I don't tolerate spicy foods well so was hesitant to order). It was amazing and the service was quick and friendly. I usually like trying different ramen places every time I get it but will definitely return and make this an UES staple restaurant for me!“
“Tucked away out of plain view, the charming interior and beyond exceptional cuisine make this place a 10/10. ROKC exhibits true craft and ownership of the dishes and drinks they put forth and you can tell they love what they do. Their cocktail menu is true artistry, an experience within itself.“
“i was blown away by the attention to detail and mastery/execution of every single dish that came out from their omakase. i didn’t take pictures of every piece of sushi that came out but i will simply say that the chef has taken their time to understand the complex flavor profiles of each fish and carefully paired them with the perfect sauces/marinade to best complement their nuanced flavors. every single item served to me that night was delicious and carefully/methodically crafted to delight all the senses.“
“The staffs are friendly, this is a hidden gem. A regular roll is $5. The food was delicious! They are only open during the weekday for a couple hours. Would recommend coming here again! This is a hole in the wall shop, no places to sit. Staff: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Ambience: 3/5“
“We went to Shinpi Omakase last weekend and had a great time. The chef at was super interactive which made the experience really fun.We got the 15 course omakase for $139. The meal included super cool cuts, the most memorable being Snake Belly Tuna. Our favorite bite was the King Salmon, so fresh and melted in our mouths ?“
“Food was fresh and delicious. Service was prompt. The folks that work here are very friendly and generous. They offered us seared tuna which was delicious. We ordered a couple of rolls and again you can taste the freshness of the sushi. We also greatly enjoyed their beef ramen. Beef was tender and tasty and was the broth. Will be back again.“
“If your looking for a authentic and cute atmosphere go to shinjuku ramen it has exceptional food. The staff is welcoming and professional. For starters the gyoza was yummy, perfectly prepared but the mains were exceptional, the shoyu king ramen was the best ramen we ever had and the eel and rice dish was also really good in flavor and the eel was done perfectly also the miso king ramen was very flavorful ,the miso flavor was exquisite . If your looking for a delicious place to eat around 60th and 5th you should definitely go to shinjuku ramen.Beware ,other ramens will be inferior after you have theirs.“
“This place was so cozy and lovely, with such tasty food and delightful service! It was so kind of the owner to give us so many free samples with our food! We ordered the (very well priced) sushi combos, which were two special rolls with miso soup (and I got a boba and some kani salad) and it was delicious. The owner also gave us a pot of green tea, veggie gyoza, the house salad, and some blueberries at the end. She came over often to ask how we were doing. We ended up with leftovers because there was so much food. It was also a very cute atmosphere with doodles from the customers all over the walls. I would definitely come back!Vegetarian options: There seemed to be at least one vegetarian option in all the sections.Parking: It was relatively quiet when we went so the lot might fill up if there are more customers but I had no problems.Kid-friendliness: There were markers, notepads and a sheet to doodle on, if any customers came with kids. I didn’t but I doodled anyway lol.“
“So I’ve been ordering take out for the past 8 weeks every week, order is typically 80-90 dollars , I do pick up and pay cash, everytime it has been amazing! Everything is fresh and perfect! Except for last time! It was absolutely a disaster, first I had to wait extra long for my food plus the fish tasted fishy and spicy crab wasn’t even the right color, plus the peanut avocado was falling apart with every piece I couldn’t even eat , I threw out the entire order out I couldn’t handle it! Typically the spicy crab has a rich color but this was pale it looked and tasted disgusting, the kyoza was way way over fried and it was charcoal black on the bottom, I order the sushi that has yellow tail salmon and bunch of other fish and it tasted fish I couldn’t even keep it in my mouth! But prior to this one time the sushi is absolutely amazing“
