But the standout is Let’s Stay Together—an unbelievable old fashioned that balances depth, smoothness, and just the right twist to make you rethink what an old fashioned can be.
Food-wise, don’t skip the kimchi fried chicken. It’s crispy, punchy, and totally worthy of main dish status. Sit at the bar if you can—it’s the best seat in the house to soak in the atmosphere, the music, and the laid-back but elevated energy.

“This place pure vibes. From the meticulously crafted and delicious cocktails to the breath taking decor and the absolutely amazing and friendly staff. Everyone you interact with will make you feel like a VIP while you're there. The music on the weekends is also perfect for dancing but Th and S give you an opportunity to chat with the staff and it feels really intimate. Perfect spot for a date night and even better spot to fall in love ?. Thank you Under the Boot for always bringing magic to my weekends.Entrance is right next to Boots and Bones on the left side. “Service was impeccable-always had someone nearby if we needed something but not hovering. Food was delicious. We had the duck croquettes, Brussels sprouts, and bolognese pasta. The croquettes were our favorite but the sprouts and pasta were amazing too. Excited to go back for brunch sometime!“

“Such amazing and warmhearted people, I love how I was craving for my usual breakfast sandwich for an amazing price and I couldn’t find one nearby the Exchange Place area, till I caught my eye on a little food truck stand… I will definitely come back and support this local/small business. Well deserved for these kind people.“
“We stayed at the hotel for one night since we had a dinner party across the street on Saturday. It was just a nice, calm place to have breakfast since there wasn't much open right there on Sunday morning. The staff was very friendly. I had scrambled eggs with applewood smoked bacon, potatoes and toast, and my husband had the breakfast burrito, which came with fresh fruit.“

“Wow! Had an outstanding night at the Roxy and I think it’s been my best bite in JC.
Service was incredible, friendly, and attentive. We did go at an off peak time, so we got extra special service. However, I think at any time the service would be top notch.
The cocktails were excellent. Extremely balanced, delicious and amazingly seasonal.
The food was soooo good. I had the short rib special and I highly recommend it while it’s available. Absolutely delicious and the best short rib dish I’ve had.
I can’t wait to return!“
