“Really love this cafe! The space is super aesthetically pleasing and has such a great vibe to hang out or get some work done. Their coffee, matcha, and hojicha are all delicious, (one of the best matcha places in Hamilton) and they also have pastries that look amazing (though I haven’t tried them yet). Only thing I wish is that they offered different drink sizes because i’d definitely want a large matcha latte 😌 but overall it’s definitely a spot I’d recommend.“

“We’ve read about this place for quite a while and decided to try it out. We went on a Saturday morning, which was probably not a good idea because it was a bit crowded and hard to get a space to sit. The people there were super friendly. There’s even a small back patio for one or two tables if you’d like to sit in the summer. Coffees were great, nothing too fancy but they had pour over’s, flat whites Cortado’s and espressos. We didn’t eat any bakery goods, but there were options.“

“I’ve been going to MySweeTooth for almost a year now. They have a variety of drinks and pastries. I have to say not everything on the menu is my taste, but I’ve still always enjoyed my experience there. The owners are so nice! And I always feel like a valued customer when I am there. Some of my favourites are there Mango Slushy with Coconut Cream Jelly or Ice Cream and their Hot Dog milk buns. Just this week I finally had the chance to try their fresh Strawberry and Mango mochi, WOW! I think the thickness of the mochi really complements the cream inside well. Even if you only have the chance to go their once, it’s defiantly worth it.“

He said either one of the owners or one of the managers also has celiac so they're all in the know of what to look for. Great food! My friend had the champagne pancakes. “Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“I purchased a coffee down the street from this location and it was the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. I don't know how they made it so horrible but it was putrid. Anyways, I came to this esso Tim Hortons and explained my situation and the wonderful employee gave me a fresh new coffee. No hassle, no irritation. She was friendly, efficient and made a wonderful coffee.“

“TLDR: Be prepared to wait on Fridays!
This place is popular: Drive-through is jammed from 1pm onwards (that’s from an employee) every weekend. The back crew keep it moving well. I should’ve chosen that option this visit.
The owner asked us last week why we don’t stop by as much as before. Today it took 25+ minutes to get two drinks and a muffin on a mobile order. The flatbread pizza was ready in 5, so it was cooling in the box while we waited for the rest. Had to go back in the regular line to inquire about the rest of the order after 15 min. Had a nice chat with another customer & off-staff in the line while waiting: friendly atmosphere. I know the other crew member was working on two delivery orders & doing another crew member a favour, but maybe that’s the norm?
The pizza was lukewarm, but still tasty. The drinks were refreshing once we got them. The muffin was a muffin, our usual order. So kudos to the sandwich station crew: she beat the clock.“

“Discovered this place a while back when looking for a local coffee roaster to support. This is the closest to home, so I figured why not try it as I could walk if I wanted to.Very glad I did. Walked in first time and got great advice on their custom bean range. Was happy with my purchase and have ordered for delivery twice since. The latest order arrived same day. Tremendous service!!!“

“Yesterday evening, I visited the drive-thru after 6 PM and noticed that one team member appeared to be handling both taking orders and managing the window. Despite being busy, he remained calm and professional. I noticed his name tag said “Ayush,” and I politely asked him if he could personally prepare my simple cheese pizza.

He smiled without any sign of frustration and kindly agreed, saying, “I will make it for you.” While other staff members were engaged in conversation, Ayush took full responsibility and ensured everything was done properly.

The pizza he made was excellent, and I truly appreciate his dedication and customer service. He is an outstanding team member and I will come next time for sure to take this kind of service from him.“

“My date and I went in thinking they might have coffee but it’s more of a Korean tea lounge. I tried the Hokkaido milk tea and liked it ?. My friend had the peach tea but misunderstood and thought it would be like a western tea but she liked it still“

This review is for the stand alone Tim Hortons at 863 Upper Wentworth, right by Lime Ridge Mall. Don’t confuse it with the one inside the mall at 999 Upper Wentworth! It’s super easy to mix them up on mobile orders, and the last thing you want is to have to walk into the mall when all you really wanted was drive thru pickup. ☺️“

“Pretty busy location. They are 24/7 now but you won’t find all the items there, they often don’t have some of the meals or products. Pretty small location at the gas station with the drive through. Service is average meaning check your order before you drive off. Staff is keep changing but I haven’t had a terrible experience there, just an average as we use this location very often.“
