“I’ve been a customer here for about 15 years, starting with the gentleman and the family that lived upstairs. He and his wife raised all their kids here and they have moved out to go to school, start families, etc.The service was always amazing and staff was friendly!
The new family that took over are equally as amazing and the food is equally as delightful as the other people prepared.
I had a great big bowl of soup tonight with a bunch of fatty beef, regular beef, and some meatballs, took everything that I had to finish the medium bowl of soup, about 20 bucks taxes and tip in.
A wonderful little spot right at the bottom of Somerset just before it hits Preston. I wish that I’d take pictures of the soup so I could post it with my review but you will just have to go in and spend the money and try it for yourself. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.“

“Hungry Human menu item are delicious and very filling. Easily splitable and you pick two sides. I skipped breakfast and had the item for lunch. I will be full till 6:00 pm at least. Very good.“

“On average we get take out from Sula Wok once per week. We love the food and the vibe of the place. (Sula and her gang are also very nice to deal with). I really like the traditional Pad Thai. Recently, Sula asked that I try a slightly new version of the dish (apparently less fishy). Sula asked that I let her know if I liked it or not. While I thought the taste was a little different (maybe not as spicy or “fishy”), I still loved it and will be ordering it again.“

“Drinks were more expensive than I expected, but good. Me and my friends were there for only about 3-4 hours but we felt like we were being rushed out towards the end, despite paying and still actively using board games. It wasn’t like we were hogging a table and just chatting.“

“Visited Montana's 13th November 2022 with a group of 7 other people. The atmosphere was good, enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and conversation, followed by our server taking our meal order. She was very efficient and ensured all our needs were met. The order took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, the food was just warm. We explained to the server who was apologetic, the food was heated to our satisfaction, and enjoyed by all. We were visited by the Manager In order to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, following the issue we had experienced. She very kindly told us she was giving us a reduction on the total price as a sign of goodwill, and also provided free dessert for the group. I would say that was an excellent show of hospitality on the part of Montana's, and we will definitely be arranging future visits.“

“Highly recommend! I was hesitant at first because I had no idea what the majority of menu items were. I was completely blown away. I am a very picky person, but the menu and how the food was explained in full detail, no matter the question by our incredible waitress was the first sign this is the place to be! “We received a gift card from a family member for $100 USD as a Christmas Present and were excited about enjoying a meal at this restaurant. The gift card was purchased directly from Joey's, not a 3rd party. We went and everything initially about the restaurant was very enjoyable. The food was very good, the service was attentive and we enjoyed our experience until the cheque arrived. When we we presented the gift card (electronically) our server went to speak with a ⁶manager and then returned to inform us that the $100 USD would be honoured in Canadian dollars. $100 USD is worth $144.50 Canadian dollars according to google when checked today. We paid the bill and tipped the service team 22% and left after effectively having $44.50 taken from us and our family member in what felt like to us, theft by conversion. The manager in question did not come to follow up after our expressing our disappointment JOEY's is already a very expensive restaurant. Further, the gift card information indicates that Joey's has US based restaurants. I'm quite sure that Canadian dollar gift cards are not accepted at par in the US. This ruined for us, what was otherwise a positive experience, through what felt like to us, an act of corporate greed and impersonal profiteering. After this experience we will not be back and sadly, I cannot recommend JOEY's as a place for anyone else to dine at. Any company that sells a gift card directly and then fails to deliver full value is patently dishonest, in my opinion.“

One of the two guys serving and running the bar gave me a thumbs up and said they were big Packers fan. It’s also a huge plus that they carry Sunsplit IPA, which is my go-to. My only suggestion for improvement would be to serve the beer at a slightly colder temperature. “Stopped at Corner Peach for lunch on a Saturday. We made a reservation for 2. I'd recommend reservations as it got quite busy after we were seated. The decor is charming & I love the vibe. Our hostess/server was friendly & great at her job. Turn around time from ordering to being served was very quick!! We both ordered the veggie burger, 1 with fries & 1 salad. Everything was delicious! I also recommend stopping in the shop next door. They sell wine, baked goods, different beers & merch. I highly recommend Corner Peach on all levels!“

Found this little hidden gem in the.Byward market today, tucked away at the end of York st and King Edward.
The food is made fresh and the Tzaziki sauce is amazing. Since it was a lunch visit I ordered the souvlaki filet mignon pita sandwich. They had me at the first bite.😜
Cant wait to go back and try another food item very soon.

“V cool little gem tucked in a location that feels industrial. You walk through a large kitchen to a portal made in heaven. Smallish space-could use a little more noise reduction but our food was impeccable and eye catching. Bryan was our waiter-he knows his food and was a perfect guide to an extensive gourmet dinner. “My wife and I visited this ramen shop last May or June, around 5 to 6 p.m., and had a terrible experience. The pork belly was incredibly hard and smelled awful. To make matters worse, our female server completely ignored us, even though there were only two other tables and the staff was chatting nearby. It left us feeling pretty disappointed after dinner.

Today, we decided to give it another chance, thanks to their event. This time, the quality and freshness of the ramen were much better, including serving quality. I think the owner or manager should visit more often to ensure the service quality stays high.“
