“Went there on a Wednesday evening. Chic vibe, clean, and great food. I had the trout with Tom yum sauce which was delicious and savoury. My friend had the salad which was big enough as a meal and the focaccia which was so soft inside with their homemade butter. I loved it! The server was super nice, she let us hang back and finish chatting after we finished our meal. She was super nice and very helpful with our meal selections.“

“Hungry Human menu item are delicious and very filling. Easily splitable and you pick two sides. I skipped breakfast and had the item for lunch. I will be full till 6:00 pm at least. Very good.“

“On average we get take out from Sula Wok once per week. We love the food and the vibe of the place. (Sula and her gang are also very nice to deal with). I really like the traditional Pad Thai. Recently, Sula asked that I try a slightly new version of the dish (apparently less fishy). Sula asked that I let her know if I liked it or not. While I thought the taste was a little different (maybe not as spicy or “fishy”), I still loved it and will be ordering it again.“

“Dropped my 16 year old son and some of his buddies off for the afternoon while I ran some errands downtown. They had a blast ! The started with board games then moved to a table with a TV and various gaming consoles. They ordered lunch and said the food was amazing . When I picked them up I went in and sat with them for a half hour or so, and the boys made me order the cheesecake lol. Its a star destroyer !!! Very cool for this gen x mom lol.

“We’ve visited the Kanata location twice this fall. The service is excellent! We love the cauliflower wings; they are so good! We get half and half because both sauces are amazing. All the food is delicious. The atmosphere is good. Our new favourite restaurant when we are in Kanata. It’s great to have a vegetarian restaurant with so many excellent choices, and healthy too!“

“Went here for our 2nd wedding anniversary. A very delicious widespread of food! We were not disappointed. Amazing customer service, cute drinks, and yummy food. What more could we ask for?! One of our favourites was their unique dinner for two, fried chicken pizza and salad! Very filling, a good contrast, and not greasy! We will definitely be back!“

“Visited Montana's 13th November 2022 with a group of 7 other people. The atmosphere was good, enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and conversation, followed by our server taking our meal order. She was very efficient and ensured all our needs were met. The order took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, the food was just warm. We explained to the server who was apologetic, the food was heated to our satisfaction, and enjoyed by all. We were visited by the Manager In order to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, following the issue we had experienced. She very kindly told us she was giving us a reduction on the total price as a sign of goodwill, and also provided free dessert for the group. I would say that was an excellent show of hospitality on the part of Montana's, and we will definitely be arranging future visits.“

I am a very picky person, but the menu and how the food was explained in full detail, no matter the question by our incredible waitress was the first sign this is the place to be! “We received a gift card from a family member for $100 USD as a Christmas Present and were excited about enjoying a meal at this restaurant. The gift card was purchased directly from Joey's, not a 3rd party. We went and everything initially about the restaurant was very enjoyable. The food was very good, the service was attentive and we enjoyed our experience until the cheque arrived. When we we presented the gift card (electronically) our server went to speak with a ⁶manager and then returned to inform us that the $100 USD would be honoured in Canadian dollars. $100 USD is worth $144.50 Canadian dollars according to google when checked today. We paid the bill and tipped the service team 22% and left after effectively having $44.50 taken from us and our family member in what felt like to us, theft by conversion. The manager in question did not come to follow up after our expressing our disappointment JOEY's is already a very expensive restaurant. Further, the gift card information indicates that Joey's has US based restaurants. I'm quite sure that Canadian dollar gift cards are not accepted at par in the US. This ruined for us, what was otherwise a positive experience, through what felt like to us, an act of corporate greed and impersonal profiteering. After this experience we will not be back and sadly, I cannot recommend JOEY's as a place for anyone else to dine at. Any company that sells a gift card directly and then fails to deliver full value is patently dishonest, in my opinion.“

“Had a fabulous lunch there while visiting family in Ottawa from Nova Scotia over the holidays. I was wearing a Green Bay Packers hoodie as I do, being a fan and shareholder. One of the two guys serving and running the bar gave me a thumbs up and said they were big Packers fan. The food and service was outstanding, and when the bill was presented to our friend as he requested, he was informed that they weren't going to charge for the coffees for the Packers fans, lol. “Went in on wednesday afternoon, had a wonderful meal and even better service. There was a large group being quite loud at the time but it seems like the server had it handled and insured that my experience was still a 10. I would add stars if I could.

“A cozy diner-like atmosphere in the heart of Chinatown. Corner Peach is a lovely restaurant that features homemade meals that have a nice zip, tang and variety. In particular, the chicken liver mousse on bread with sour cherry jam is a delight. The desserts are nice, but perhaps a touch over-sweet. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this casual eatery with upscale cooking.“

“Sarah our server was fantastic! 6 adults and 7 little kids and she made sure not to use the ice cream word until she cleared it with the parents first. She made sure the kids food came out earlier and got everything right. She made sure we had a great experience and my tuna bowl was excellent!“

“We ordered 2 chicken souvlaki plates through Uber Eats and when the order was delivered, there was only 1 plate in the bag. I called the restaurant immediately since the bag had been sealed and not tampered with so it was clear that the restaurant messed up. The restaurant offered to make another plate but unfortunately they don't have their own delivery drivers so we had to drive to them and pick up the other plate. Once we got there, the owner was very apologetic and offered us a free item from their menu and a dessert. This is an example of good customer service. I get that mistakes happen but it's how a business handles their mistakes that makes all the difference. This was handled very well, in my opinion and we will order from Oh My Grill again in the future. By the way, the food was excellent! I have to take the review down to 4 stars because of the fact that we had to drive to pick up the corrected order but otherwise it would have been 5 stars.“

“The space is pretty basic and not especially inviting, but the food more than makes up for it. Everything I ordered was fresh and full of flavor, with the wontons being a highlight. It’s a small operation with just a couple of people running things, so it can get busy and service may be slow at times—but if you’re patient, it’s definitely worth it for the quality of the food.“

“My wife and I visited this ramen shop last May or June, around 5 to 6 p.m., and had a terrible experience. The pork belly was incredibly hard and smelled awful. To make matters worse, our female server completely ignored us, even though there were only two other tables and the staff was chatting nearby. It left us feeling pretty disappointed after dinner.

Today, we decided to give it another chance, thanks to their event. This time, the quality and freshness of the ramen were much better, including serving quality. I think the owner or manager should visit more often to ensure the service quality stays high.“

“We have been coming here for years. They changed ownership not long ago and the new owner is really nice and we are usually happy with what we order. Today was the exception, and I don't like to focus on the bad days, but I think feedback is important.

The shawarma chicken felt extremely dry, even with garlic sauce it was really dry. Also it was missing seasoning, same for the rice and potatoes which could definitely use some more salt. I hope I just caught them on a bad day and that the quality goes back to what it used to be just a couple months ago.“
