I noticed her checking on another family’s meal and even wishing someone a happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. She remained calm and professional while helping customers, and it was clear that she cared about providing good service.

“When we arrived, the reception staff were a bit cold, but I understood it was because they were extremely busy. They managed to get us a table on the patio. When we ordered, the waitress who helped us explained everything on the menu. We ordered a dish meant for two people—and to our surprise, it was easily enough food for four! We couldn't finish it all. Everything was absolutely delicious: the meat, the pasta, and the cornbread were amazing. It's worth every single dollar. Honestly, I recommend it a thousand times over. “I’ve been to this restaurant several times. Food is absolutely amazing and for this reason alone I will return. But as far as the owner is concerned … was very disappointed how he treated us. He basically kicked us out of our seats. The couple sitting next to us who were there already when we were seated were still there enjoying their time yet Walter asked my friend and I to leave because he had the next guests waiting. My guess is he had no problem asking us to leave because we were two females hence the reason he felt he could bully us, however, it would be a different story had he asked a couple to leave. Long story short, not impressed with Walter to say the least but food is exceptional!!“

“I love how they allow you to substitute toppings at no extra cost! I don't like onions, so I always ask them to substitute it for avocados. My go to is the aloha classic with extra salmon.
Their portion sizes are really good for the price. The staff is always very welcoming. Would recommend either calling in to order for pick up or going in store to order.“

“I honestly don't understand how anyone could give this Pizza Nova location 1 star. Every time I've visited, the staff has been friendly, the service has been quick, and the pizza has been fresh, hot, and delicious. The ingredients always taste high quality, and my orders have been accurate and well prepared.
The store is clean, well organized, and the team clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Whether I'm grabbing a quick slice or ordering a full pizza, the experience has consistently been excellent.
No restaurant is perfect 100% of the time, but based on my experiences, this location absolutely deserves 5 stars. It's hard to imagine what would justify a 1-star review when the food, service, and overall experience have been so consistently good. With plenty of food on the menu there, I ate the Phở Dặc Biệt / Special Soup as well as the gỏi cuốn and enjoyed every part of it. I felt welcomed and looked after. The prices were very affordable, and made me feel very full!“

Buratta was yummy, margarita pizza cooked to perfection and the bolognese was on point. Highly recommend gor lunch or dinner! They used to be this incredible spicy flavour and they have changed the recipe to be not spicy and very heavy on salt and what I think is Oregano or another non-spicy taste?
