“The pizza(s) were really good! The only issue is ordering online. It told us how long to expect, then kept telling us 15 minutes for an hour and 20 minutes. Yet upon retrieving our dinner, the pizzas were still hot. Well done guys. Other than that, no problems and good food.“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

Most times, it's OK, but nights are worst, employees are Not friendly and that's when the food isn't greatest and no napkins!! Day times...anytime!!“

They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.“

Came with a side of okra and a piece of that Black Cajun catfish that tasted like it was baptized in flavor and raised by aunties who don’t play in the kitchen. The fish? I have to personally speak on certain people who really brighten up my day! Arielle is a motivated hard worker - she goes above and beyond whether it's meal delivery or being inside at the register, doing drinks or at the window. Her warm smile and eagerness to serve is top tier! Daneriya is another favorite who I enjoy seeing each time I come to dine in! She has such a lovely and beautiful spirit! Very positive and focused when it comes to the early morning rush she goes above and beyond, more than what I expect!!! Jamie is such a hard worker as well! Making sure that everything is in order while also having a true genuine heart and utmost compassion when she speaks to the employees. She has even personally prayed for me when I was going through a hard time. I thank her for that! She really takes the time to talk even if it's just for a second which I admire so very much! I absolutely love seeing Ashton in the mornings, he always has one of the biggest and brightest smiles that you can't help but to smile back even if you aren't a morning person. Lol. Valeria is indeed professional, hardworking and keeps everything in alignment along side with Katherine! They both are excellent with their customer service! I can't forget about David! One of the most important leaders that doesn't just tell people what they need to do but he actually puts in the work and goes out the way to serve the customers with whatever they need. There are other employees I have spoken to that really make this establishment feel like home. They know exactly who they are and their hearts are so beautiful and pure! The atmosphere is pleasant and I definitely feel God whenever I am dining in. Don't hesitate to work here or even sit down to eat with family and friends early mornings on your day off! 10/10 one of the best places to visit or work!!!“

“Ordered Mac and cheese bites that were prepared fresh (worth the wait) the cashier was friendly and even gave our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches to us so we could eat while we waited for the Mac and cheese bites which was thoughtful. Not likely to happen most of the time but she provided a good service for Arby's. She should get a raise most places would just ask you to pull up and you end up getting hot cheese bites and a cold Beef and Cheddar.

Parking: I wouldn't say that they lack parking spots but the parking is sorta awkward like.“

You know how some DQs hand you a lopsided cone and a Blizzard that looks full but was only mixed on top, and the bottom 75% was soft serve? Not here. This location actually serves stuff that looks like the ads—tall, clean swirls, solid mix-ins, no mess.

They’re fast, the place is clean, and the staff actually seem like they don’t hate being there, which is rare enough to mention. It’s way better than the other DQ nearby, where everything feels like a training day gone wrong and it’s the customers fault lol

“excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!“

“I do not know who was on the drive-thru speaker tonight but whoever she was had her script down pat yet somehow was super personable genuine and didn't seem like she hated her job. Which typically happens at drive-thru's. After I really hard day and just wanting to grab something quick Her professionalism and personality and seemingly good mood rubbed off and also put me in a good mood. My family will be thrilled once I get home haha! There were two or three cars in front of me when I got there and I was ordered given the correct order and out of the parking lot within 5 minutes tops. That was impressive. Whoever the lady was that took my order deserves a raise a promotion and a $500 Visa gift card to buy whatever she wants she deserves it.“

“October 17th 2024, 3-3:30 PM. My family and I came in to get lunch and the cashier had an amazing personality, greeted us and over all fantastic customer service skills. When we ordered saucy nuggets for my 3 y/o niece, she wanted half one sauce and half another sauce. The manager in the kitchen at the time immediately looked up with a disgusted look and said "We don't do that, make it separate orders." Rolled her eyes and went back to work. When I asked for her name, she looked around the corner with a confrontational look on her face. GG or JJ was what I was told. I am going to make a corporate complaint about her aswell.“
