The sesame chicken was also really yummy! Definitely gonna be back to get a tender combo, also the prices were very reasonable as well.“

“Had a 730pm reservation on Christmas Eve. We were called for our reservation at 845pm, one hour late. There were empty tables all over the restaurant. The table we were seated at had been empty at least 30 minutes. This was due to a shortage in staff. Who doesn't know the holidays will be busy? Once we were seated things went OK. The service was OK. The food was OK. I have been a fan of PFChang's for decades. My recent past visits have shaken my faith in this once great chain.“

After some struggles with terrible management through the past few years, and very uneven service, after several recent visits I can happily say PFC's Northpark is back in the game! Service has been great- kudos to JOE, GRANT, and STEPHANIE! One of the managers I see nearly every time is SHEMAR, and I think he's one of the best I've ever dealt with. He's always checking on diners' food and making sure all is well. SHEMAR needs a customer service award! LOL! I spent over 20 years in fine dining management, ending up as GM in the city's highest ranking and top grossing restaurant operations, and this crew and manager are top notch performers. So glad to see this place has implemented the right direction with awesome people.“

“I visited this Panda last week Saturday and Sunday.(9/8&9/9) This lady,I first interacted with was magnificent and greeted me .I didn't get her name, but she was short, polynesian/ Asian. She was serving the rice and noodles. The line was long and she perfected her job. She directed 2 separate lines; one line for customers waiting to pay ,and the other line for ordering. She had a system. My flight was delayed and came back on Sunday. This time she was working harder. The line was longer than Saturday. I sat at the bar watching this woman work. I felt bad for her because she did not receive help from her co-workers. I am a restaurant owner ,and I would like to compliment her hard work. I heard several customers complimenting her such as " You're a super woman" , "You're doing it all" , "Wow, you're fast", " Are you by yourself?", " They should be helping you"... This lady continued serving. I hope she gets recognized , she is good. It is hard to find good workers nowadays. Thank you Lady for serving me,and may God bless you.“

“I want to give this restaurant a 5 star review, but I can't because then it wouldn't be honest. The restaurant is clean, beautiful, friendly service, and the food tastes good, but I can't give them 5 stars because the food is NOT authentic asian cuisine... I noticed that the rice is NOT Jasmine, and in fact, it tasted somewhat like Spanish rice. It was prepared with a Spanish twist the way it's cooked in Spanish culture. Perhaps some of the seasonings they used weren't asian... it didn't give off the stir fried rice flavors... The egg rolls seemed to be prepared from frozen to deep fried, which ruins the flavors and becomes soggy with oil. After some observations, I noticed that there were no actual asian employees... the food was prepared by Mexicans, which explains the Spanish flavors. I love Spanish food, but I came to enjoy chinese. Perhaps the chef may need to buy authentic chinese ingredients from the asian supermarkets nearby and implement them into the dishes they prepare daily so that the flavors can be preserved and customers can enjoy actual chinese food. That's just my recommendations and opinion. Other than that, the food was still very good 👍 👌 😋 and I still recommend this restaurant. I also want to add that there is a liquor store next door, which has people loitering and doing nefarious activities... it gives the area bad vibes of crime which negatively affects this beautiful friendly asian restaurant. I was concerned about someone breaking into my vehicle while eating at this restaurant. It's not the restaurant's fault... it's the liquor store responsibility to ensure their customers don't break loitering rules.“

“This is by far the best affordable Chinese restaurant I know of in the Dallas area. Generous portions with generally excellent quality; it is the portion/quality/price point that really stands out here. Although the menu is reasonably extensive, the seasonings are generally fairly similar (and again I will say reliable). I will also reinforce what some of the other reviews noted (i) the fried rice is a real winner if you like fried rice and (ii) some of the dishes tend to have too much sauce in them. Final note: the food is not heavily seasoned like Hunan/Sichuan can be but more like Cantonese/Taiwanese in general (even the dishes with cayenne pepper in them).“

“My husband and I love this place. It’s not fancy, no. There’s one guy doing everything. I have no idea how he does it, and does it so well. Food is done so quickly, tastes fresh, and the portion sizes are wild. I get veggie lo mein every time and it’s enough for like four meals. He literally fills the entire container to bursting. Super nice and efficient guy, definitely working too dang hard!! But we’ll never go anywhere else.“

“It’s a little hard to find, but this whole underground area is quite nostalgic and the restaurant itself has a cool old-school aura to it. The orange chicken was great and the person who took my order was very kind. Everyone who comes here seems to come here all the time.

To get to this place you have to enter One Main Place, go a floor down, exit out the “plaza level,” and go around a couple corners. It might take some searching around.“

I always pick it up to-go, but there is a dining room and there are normally a few people dining. They do offer delivery (privately, without doordash), which I prefer so the local business gets the money. They do offer delivery through doordash if you like giving your money to an app.“

The food? Out. Of. This. World. The Szechuan chicken with the spicy sauce is nuclear in the best way—flavor-packed, perfectly cooked, and legit addictive. Every dish I’ve tried has been fresh, well-portioned, and priced way more reasonably than anything else within a 10–15 minute walk in downtown Dallas.

It’s never an insane wait, but always has a steady flow of people coming through, which tells you all you need to know: it’s fast, consistent, and loved by regulars.
