“Came in with a group for a bite to eat and some beers. J&J’s is connected to the Crooked Run brewery. J&J’s itself has some of their beers on tap, and a full liquor and wine bar selection. They have $5 dollar slices with a wide range of options or you can order a whole pie. They also have wings and other appetizers. The atmosphere is inviting, kid friendly, and they have a few games and even a stage for karaoke and live performances. Lots of seating- both indoors and out, and at the bar. You can take your beer and food right down the hall and connect to Crooked Run and sit in their establishment at their tables or bar. The staff is friendly, helpful and service was quick and easy. The pizza was delicious. Crooked Run was also a great place. With countless beers on tap (30 or so or more), and tacos and more on their menu. The outdoor seating area is my favorite with countless picnic style tables, and areas for kids to run around and play in. It’s accessible and easy to find despite being tucked away in an industrial style complex. Super clean. There are countless options for dietary needs including vegetarian, gluten free and more. 10/10 highly recommend.”

I found out about this restaurant last Sunday and it hasn't even been a week and I've already been here 4 times, make it 5 next week because I already know where to eat for my birthday. Matter of fact, I already look forward to dining here with my future wife for our anniversary. Food: Prepared in a timely manner, not too fast that it's suspiciously fastfood like, but not so slow that I'm starving myself to death. The presentation is Michelin Star worthy, it is a must to photograph and appreciate the beauty of the dishes presented. The food is deliciously seasoned, not too salty or not too spicy, the seasoning is carefully and eloquently calculated. The sauces have the perfect texture, flavor, and tanginess. The proteins are of good quality that make for soft, tender, and juicy bites. The veggies are fresh and prepared to perfection with the right amount, not too much that I'm paying for a salad, but enough to provide some freshness and crispiness to the dishes. There is a great variety of dishes so there is something for anyone. Food checks are also provided to assure that the quality of the meals are always consistent. Drinks: The Thai tea is stellar, perfect. A little too sweet for my usual preferences, but combined with their water it creates for a perfect hydration combo to cleanse the pallate and fully savor the delicious Thai cuisine flavors. Their bar contains a great variety of drinks and spirits which I look forward to trying out soon. Service: They have some of the friendliest, most efficient, and knowledgeable servers. Always smiling, refilling water cups, answering all sorts of questions, and paying attention that the guests are taken care of properly. Even if the food wasn't as good as it is, I would definitely come back for consistent and respectful service. Atmosphere: Comfortable seating, warm and relaxed lighting, and an authentic aesthetic of Thailand culture. The interior designer did an amazing job making the inside feel elegant and inviting while incorporating Thai elements without overdoing it too much. TLDR: the best Thai ever.”

My friend (of 65 years) and I met in Sterling and went to IHOP for breakfast.

Eduardo was our waiter. He was so nice, so pleasant and so terrific!

He patiently waited for us to make our selections. He explained some of the selections that we had questions about. We both got French Toast. The French Toast was excellent and thick slices of toast - so good - thank you cook! He brought our meals quickly and checked on us frequently.

Eduardo was so appreciative (and it showed on his face) when we asked if we could give his manager a compliment on his services.

“I was in the area one morning last week needing gas and stumbled upon this place inside the gas station. I ordered 2 breakfast tacos. They were of nice size and the price was fair but it was weird that I had to pay first. They give you a little paper with a price and you go to the register to pay.

“OMG! Where do I start...From the unassuming quaint colonial home to the wonderful welcoming of Mona herself. You will fall in love with Mona and this place immediately! It's just like walking into your own Grandma's home and Mona makes you feel that way too! We were traveling from out of town to a customer's location near here and were looking for a different dining experience. Boy, Mona did not disappoint! We ordered Baba Ganouj, Beef Shwarma and Lamb with Rice. For dessert we had Rice Pudding and Knafe Bel Jibne. The smoke on the pitas and Baba Ganouj was amazing and I don't like smoke on ANYTHING! I don't care for lamb but tried my business partner's meal and LOVED IT! Mona has definitely won me over hands down! The Shwarma was like nothing I have ever had before. And as a BIG pickle lover, this was a hit! The Rice Pudding was very delicate and a perfect ending to a perfect meal. We ordered the Knafe Bel Jibne as we were very curious. It is a warm sweet treat with a very slight hint of savory which comes from the pistachios - YUM! Mona cooks everything herself to order with LOVE! This is such an AMAZING AND UNIQUE dining experience and hidden GEM! This place is a MUST! When you go there, tell Mona that Kat and Rob sent you!”

Hope they update the signage for this restaurant, it is only marked as a tea and boba place currently.”

“Everything here is so good. What an underrated gem! I loved both the meat selection and side dishes. Its also incredibly spacious and clean. Their AYCE Kbbq is great value with all the different beef cuts offered. I think it's so unique that they have Picanha cut as an option. Friendly service. Can't wait to return even for their lunch set!
They have private rooms and plenty of seating, with lots of parking available in Cascades.

We ended up going with EID because Jim, the man we were talking with, went above and beyond to make a connection with me! We brainstormed different ideas and felt like our cake was important to him. We had no problem paying in full because of that connection. His communication was awesome and I was so excited to meet him when we picked up the cake. He took all the tidbits of our conversation and made THE perfect cake. It looked stunning and was equally as delicious! In addition, he met us at the door with complimentary samples. If we ever have another need for a bakery out here, EID with be the only one we call!”

Additionally, the kid at the counter needs better training — our order was mixed up due to some confusion, and he wasn’t very flexible in resolving it, so we just decided to leave it as is. If they could improve their hospitality and maybe work on a better location setup, this place could be hugely successful, because the food truly is worth it.”

“This place was recommended to me by a friend, and the food was delightful! I highly recommend the rotisserie chicken. It was very flavorful!! Could've been more tender, though. My only complaint is they didn't have the fried yuca, ugh!! The beef was nice and flavorful, covered in sauce, but not greasy. Fries were okay. Overall would come again, and hopefully, try that fried yuca!”
