“This cafe is a gem for breakfast or brunch enthusiasts. The terrace is perfect for soaking up sunny days. Their food is delicious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Despite weekend lines, service is efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!”
“Truly one of a kind restaurant. This place is an experience, and you're lucky if you get to eat here. The food is amazing. Bread and charcuterie is outstanding, the pasta blows my mind. Great wine selection. Extremely attentive service. Hard not to love everything about this place.”
“Pete's Breakfast House is a classic breakfast and lunch restaurant. It offers delicious, fresh food made with high-quality ingredients. There is a wide variety of food on the menu, including American breakfast and Mexican food. Sandwiches and pancakes are also available. We came to this restaurant by recommendation from my husband's parents. We noticed that our favorite TV food show Guy Fieri's photo was hanging on the wall. I liked the pancake roll the best and I highly recommend it.”
“While I was doing Uber, I found myself in Ventura around lunchtime and stumbled upon a restaurant that served calamari, so I just had to stop! I was warmly greeted by a friendly waitress named Blanca, who recommended some delicious items from the menu. Unfortunately, I only had time to grab my calamari to go. But after devouring it, I can't wait to come back! Oh, and let's not forget about the amazing bread and butter - absolutely delightful. Yes sir, you'll definitely see me again!”
“Himalaya is a hidden gem in Ventura. I have been going there for a few years and I have never been disappointed. Their food is delicious--flavorful and well spiced and their portions are generous. The chicken tikka masala and the garlic naan are fantastic as you would expect but there are hidden gems throughout the menu--try the Newari Choila or the Lamb Saagwala-- or if you want something a little spicier, any of the Vindaloo dishes will satisfy your spice craving. A good choice for lunch is the Silver Burrito, which has delicious chicken tikka cubes with lettuce and cucumber, mixed with mint, tamarind and yogurt sauces. Besides the excellent food, what sets Himalaya apart from most restaurants, is their hospitality. Sonny and the rest of the crew do an outstanding job attending to your needs--coming by often to refill water glasses and clearing away dishes. You definitely won't feel forgotten there. If you're not sure what you might like--just ask--they are extremely helpful in suggesting dishes based on your likes and dislikes and your level of comfort with the food. After you've been back a couple times (and you will return!) they will undoubtedly recognize you and may suggest additional dishes you may like (I've found so many new favorites this way). Indeed, the staff is so helpful, It starts to feel like you are eating at a friend's home instead of at a restaurant. If you haven't already been, try Himalaya! You will love it and will love having a new place to take family and friends to share their wonderful food and gracious hospitality.”

“Loaded pancakes. Epic omelettes. Delicious mimosas. What more could you want? Oh, and the biscuits are killer too!! A little pricey, but Possibly the best brunch spot in all of a Ventura. GO NOW!”
“We were off to a slow start-was the chef on break? But with an appetizer on the house, nice service, and a desire to eat Saag Paneer I waited. The Saag Paneer was full of flavor albeit I wish I had gotten it spicy not Medium. The Chicken vindaloo was good but not inspiring. The garlic naan good but it's usually fool proof. The complimentary rice pudding was light and the cardamom apparent. Good service except for food taking a while.”
“We were so lucky to be at Transmission Brewery at the same time Dave England from Jackass was there. My daughter and I had the honor of meeting him. We are big fans of the Jackass Movies and Transmission Brewery. It looked like he really enjoyed his beer of choice and got one to go. Thanks Transmission ???? and Dave for all the great movies. Made our day!”

“Location and Ambiance:Nestled in a great location with a vibrant atmosphere, Rumfish sets the stage for an enjoyable dining experience. The allure of its bar area and lively outdoor seating creates an inviting environment that adds to the overall appeal.Beverages:The beverage selection at Rumfish is commendable. Their cocktails are well crafted and offer an array of flavors and styles. The variety of beers on tap and the well-curated wine selection cater to diverse preferences, although I've yet to explore the latter. My first experience I enjoyed a mezcal cocktail, but this time I had a bottled Mexican lagger.Food Experience:My initial visit to Rumfish was prompted by a friend's glowing recommendation, but it left me with mixed feelings. While the menu promised an exceptional culinary experience, the reality fell short of expectations. The tacos, though decent, lacked the wow factor I had hoped for, leaving me underwhelmed. The flavors were decent, if mild, but what I noticed was a lack of dimensionality. The tortillas are house made and they were delicious, but the overall combination was flat.On my recent return, I ordered the guacamole and Creole Seabass. The guacamole, while enjoyable, didn't quite reach the level of greatness. It was good, but a bit watery and lime-forward, but again lacked dimension. However, the homemade totopos were really good. The Creole Seabass, unfortunately, failed to impress. Expecting a grilled fish bursting with flavor, I was met with a fried skin-on seabass covered with coconut sauce. The fish itself was as bland and tasteless as cod. While the coconut sauce added some dimension, the overall taste fell flat, exacerbated by the underwhelming spice level (about a 2 out of 10). It could just as easily have been called Thai Coconut Seabass. The waiter clarified that by Creole they mean Belize-style Creole which is translated as mild and coconuty, not the North American Creole which means bursting with flavor. He said he was also surprised. Meanwhile, I was just coming to the realization that Rumfish is Belize food. Now I feel stupid. Not sure how I missed that?Price Point:Given the Seabass's hefty price tag, exceeding $30, my expectations were naturally elevated. However, the disparity between cost and culinary experience left me questioning the value. While a $15 entre might warrant less scrutiny, the premium price demands, in my mind, a more exceptional dining experience.Final Thoughts:Despite my reservations, I remain optimistic about Rumfish. While my encounters have yet to align with the restaurant's stellar reputation, I am open to further exploration. I am hopeful that Rumfish will eventually deliver the culinary excellence that has resulted in so many glowing reviews.”
“We arrived in the eveningtired after a whole day's travel. We received very good help and service - all portions are larger than usual and therefore easy to share. Nice clean and nice place. Can only get our warmest recommendations?????”

“When I went it was during a very busy time and there was only two people running the shop. But I have to say the food hair was pretty terrific. If you're looking for a reasonably priced flavor packed meal, I would stop here. I don't think you could really go wrong with any of the meals here to be honest. Chutney was flavorful, the Masala Dolsa was crispy but with some fluff and packed with onions (which was a lovely surprise) and it honestly made me regret not ordering two plates.”
“5/5. Guava pastry is insanely good. The empanadas are made from scratch and they remind me of my mom’s from when I was a kid. The coffee was refreshing. If you’re reading this and you’re still wondering if you should come by and try this place then you’re wasting your time and should just come by already. Before I eat all of their empanadas myself.”
“Walked in because I could smell this place all the way down the street. Ended up having the some of best Indian food of my entire life. I will most definitely be back.”
“More food options than the Cheesecake Factory, and it’s all vegan! You MUST try the pazole! It’s the perfect colder weather soup or for if you’re feeling spicy. They are a fusion pick up counter style restaurant and one of my all time favorites! Please check them out and become a regular if you live in the area!”

“Lots of options for different meats. I love trying different ones. It's not a big place but I've always found seating. Very clean. They should be getting a liquor license soon.”
“I will literally drive thirty minutes for the juggernaut smoothie. 10/10 fantastic, all around. Really nice people, great vibe, and just such good juices and drinks. They also have a rewards system I just learned about! Please come to Santa Barbara too!”
“We loved this place. When we arrived, it was very crowded and no dining room seating. There were two seats at the breakfast bar so we sat there and I'm glad we did. This place has some of best breakfast around, and don't forget the cinnamon roll, and house-made preserves. Parking is not very convenient as it is a very small parking lot and a very small restaurant. You may have to wait a little But I guarantee you it is worth it.”

“Absolutely delicious ?I'm a huge connoisseur of Acai and this place met all of my taste and quality standards. The cold press juice is not only healthy but insanely delicious as well. Highly recommend.”

“A fabulous time and place to go, these people who own and work there put their heart and soul into the atmosphere and Greek cultural experience for the patron. The food is fantastic, drinks are plentiful and not watered down. Belly dancing Greek dancing and authentic Greek music. Kid's love it, Family oriented old world experience that I imagine won't last too much longer, so go experience it while you are able, and it is still available”
“☕️?Peirano's has the BEST Espresso Martini in town! Strong, smooth & better than dessert, IMO.Lovely heated patio for large parties or for two. Fresh food, homemade vibe, and restaurant quality. Drinks were amazing all around. It gets packed here even on a Thursday night, so you know it's good!!! No pictures because I was having too much fun!”
“Brewery sits on a pier and looks out at the ocean. There is a beach playground just below if you have kids that you can let them run around at. Food is served on level 1 and beer on level 2. Beer that we sampled was okay. It was nice to drink out on their patio with a view of the Pacific Ocean.”

“Absolutely wonderful. Everything was fresh and delicious. Nothing was too sweet. The lovely lady at the counter happily walked me through the day’s selection. She said it changed every day. Everything looked incredible, it was hard to choose. We ended up with a raspberry and chocolate twist, a pineapple strudel, a croissant breakfast sandwich, a mocha and a cold brew. The twist and the strudel were perfectly fruity, flaky and soft. The sandwich was freshly made with ham, eggs and cheese. The pistachio croissant was heavenly. Perfectly crusty and flaky, a light pistachio pastry cream in the center, covered in crushed pistachios and sugar, without being overly sweet.Cannot wait to come back and try more.”

“I could eat here everyday. Every sandwich so far has been delicious. My whole family loves it too. They're so fast with the orders, and the workers are nice. It's a total hole in the wall kind of place, small but perfect.”
“I loved this place from the moment I walked in. The staff was very kind and polite. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. I definitely recommend this place to study, meet with a friend or just to get some delicious coffee. I just wish they stayed open until 6 or 7pm.”

“As REALTORS, my wife and I have hosted and attended several events here. It's a fantastic event space with plenty of parking and great service. The food is also very good, and there are vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. The beer is good too!”
“I love this place. Thai tea with coconut milk, noodle soup ,Thai fried rice, tofu soup, and mango sticky rice. These are my favorites. The staff is nice. And if Rice by Mama is crowded go to Rice by Mama #2 that is not to far away”

“Hands down, best fish tacos my wife and I ever had. Huge tacos LOADED with fish. I get the battered and my wife gets the grilled and both are amazing. Locally owned, the delightful owners truly care about putting a quality product in front of you. Gorgeous presentation and oh-so- flavorful! And the beans and rice, not your typical refrieds, but a delicious white bean and jasmine rice, incredible! They even make their own blue corn tortillas. Nothing else in Ventura can match these fish tacos. You must give them a try!”

“I'm a blogger and I usually post everything to instagram. So patiently waiting out downtown Ventura has become my specialty lol Finally a calmer day here at the Trust. We only got a drink then we needed to be on our way. I see why this place is so popular! Is spacious yet small. Feels very classy inside. You almost forget where you are while inside which is awesome. Definitely need to come back to try out the food and hopefully more rum cocktails make the menu”
“Huge pizzas with tons of toppings worth the $30 price point. Great drink options as well. Amazing garlic fries with huge portions. Great for groups and a good starting point for cruising mainstreet. “Leashless Brewing is a great little place that brews some awesome beers and seltzers.I am Not a seltzer drinker but there is something in the Mosa and Strawjito Seltzer that keep us coming back. The TriFin and syncopation are also two awesome beers you gotta come by and try. Whenever we come to Ventura or come through we have to stop and get beers to go.”

“Rocks and Drams in downtown Ventura exceeded all expectations! Located on California Street, just south of Main Street, this hidden gem stands out with its bright exterior and inviting signage. Once inside, you're greeted with a sophisticated and elegant lounge atmosphere, complete with small tables, cozy couch seating, and a stylish bar.The upscale speakeasy vibe is enhanced by the dark, muted colors, luxurious fabrics, and eccentric artwork adorning the walls. While the music was a bit too loud for the ambiance, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The cocktails at Rocks and Drams are truly a work of art. Each drink is meticulously crafted with spot-on ingredients, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. The staff, including the friendly and knowledgeable bartender who assisted us, were exceptionally helpful and polite. What's more, the prices for the drinks are incredibly reasonable considering the upscale atmosphere of the lounge. I can't wait to return to Rocks and Drams for another unforgettable evening of delicious drinks and elegant ambiance. Five stars all the way!”
“Dry sautéed eggplant Pork xiao long bao Chong Qing special chicken Wonton in spicy sauce Service can get a little tight as they get busier. A certain waiter can do with better customer service but after that, he serviced our table fine. This is not your average Chinese spot, so come in with a hearty appetite. Food here is one of a kind in Ventura County, that's for sure! Loved their dry sautéed eggplant and chong Qing spicy chicken. Note that they close from 3pm-4:30pm”
“Looking for tacos and spotted this place. I could see it was delicious and Grandma so I was sold.2 homemade tortillas chicken tacos were really good. There was plenty of juicy chicken, onions, cilantro. The fresh tortillas were sooo good! Served with a few tortilla chips, jalapeño, spicy red salad (awesome) and green salsa (not for me)There were 6 or so picnic tables, I parked on the street. Service was quick, employee was friendly.I was there on a cool breezy afternoon around 3pm it was dead. I would go back for sure. Maybe for a breakfast burrito in the morning.Parking: I parked on the street.”
“Great place, good people/owners… definitley feeling“Authentic Mexican Cantina”…. Vibes… YummyWaaay to go #LetsGooOH Hernandez “Familia” - #ComidaComida!!!!”
“Solid place for a variety of Chinese food flavors and dishes; came here twice in a week, preferred their EZ takeout ordering online, then pick up to eat at home. Good quality and wide menu for meats, seafood, veggies, noodle and rice dishes, appetizers plus dim sum (on wkends). Casual ambience, friendly service (efficient but slower) and moderate pricing. Overall 3.5+ rating for good eats. Expect to pay $13-15pp for lunch specials, or $15-25pp for dinner. Indoor dining has 15-20 booths/tables, so if busy mealtime hours, there may be a wait. Today we tried a few Dim Sum dishes to start - our fave was the steamed pork soup dumplings, tasty! Also a big fan of their Mu Shu Pork ... meat, veggies and egg stir-fried then wrapped in warm pancake wrapper served with Hoisin sauce - delicious! Can't find this dish very often, so i enjoyed it both times ordering food here. Plenty to choose from on the menu, and they also have luncheon specials that come with soup/salad/app during afternoon hours. Decent spot if you're craving some Chinese food, and not looking for a fast food restaurant. Enjoy!!”
“Hands down the best steak i ever had . the seasoning on it was just everything thing . it was so good that i had to come back & try it again & i must say they didn't disappoint !! i like this place so much that it has now become me & my fiancé favorite restaurant ! i can't wait to go back !!”
“My gf and I both really liked our meals here. I had the pho with brisket and she ordered a noodle dish. We came near closing time and they were out of a few items we tried to order so the nice waiter gave us a discount, which we appreciated. Good food and good customer service.”

“Spur of the moment lunch after hiking the Ventura Botanical gardens, great choice! We split the Cobb salad then she had the lamb burger and I had the turkey&pesto sandwich! Wonderful food and very good service for a busy Friday afternoon. Delicious flavors will have us coming back again!”
“I recently visited The Cave Restaurant and Ventura Wine Company. I hadn’t been there in years and was thinking it would only be appetizers or small plates. It was a pleasant surprise to enjoy such a quality meal and delicious wine and bubbly selection. We were in the back room a bit away from the bustle of the main area, where we could have a conversation. My friend and I shared their Prix Fixe Weekday Meal which consisted of an appetizer and dessert to share along with an entree for each. We decided to add a bottle of French bubbly. We started off with the cranberry cave salad which was so fresh and crisp. It was served on one long plate that we had to portion out ourselves. I would suggest plating it up separately for convenience to the guests. For dinner my friend had the Eggplant Parmesan and I had the Ahi Tuna. It was the best tuna I’ve ever eaten. The pieces were firm and flaky with just the right amount of crust for flavor. The eggplant was served over spaghetti and was a cheesy crisp and delight. Both dishes were mouth watering goodness! We chose a lighter dessert of fresh berries with Italian Zabaione. The perfect blend of flavors to end an amazing meal. Do not miss this gem!”
“One of a kind of place…. Just live the spiritual, ecological, sustainability environment. Just live it!!!You have to experience the energy around. The guys are just zing.”

“Just oreder a Western bacon cheese burger ? ? ? ?My grandfather knew Carl Karcher and my family used to eat at the original CARL'S in Anaheim, every location besides that one is a JR. There's a Lil fun fact for you ? ?”
“It's fast food that should sum it upPluses r breakfast to 24 hours I believe they're open 24 hours. They do take EBT which helps if you're harder for money. They're one of the better convenience places.”
“THE VERY NICE LADY [ WITH REALLY CUTE PURPLE HAIR ] WAS WONDERFUL. FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. ORDERED THROUGH THE APP. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ?”
“It seems as though going through the drive thru is no longer an option at any fast food establishment. Your order will undoubtedly be wrong and cold. Dining in isn't a good experience, but it's the only way to ensure some degree of food quality. Shameful ”

“Completely unassuming place with excellent fare. The Zach pie was to melt away for! Even the vanilla ice cream is soo good, that it speaks for how well they pay attention to the details!”
“Great sushi. Everything we had was delicious. The restaurant is next door to Vons at Ventura Keys and easy to dismiss, but it's a hidden gem.Not open late so go early.Saw many local Asians using the restaurant so that's always a good sign.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids when we visited.”

“Hands down the best ice cream shop ever. The best part about this shop is when I see the truck on the road amd I flag it down they will pull over anywhere just for me to get my ice cream fix. Thank you mister softee”
“Decided to try something new and very happy we found this place! Very clean and nice area for people to enjoy and hangout. We got the California poppy and dawn patrol, both very good smoothies and super tasty. 10-11 dollars for a smoothie is pretty steep but with all the ingredients in them and from a business perspective the price makes sense. Will definitely come again, the staff was also very nice and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Two thumbs up”
“My folks (96 and 93 years old) love having their Dos Topas lagers, listening to live music, hanging around good people and native California plants. Here they are celebrating 70 years of marriage.”

“What a great find! Better than any coffee shop I've been to in a long time! House-made gelato and baked goods (including a wonderful selection of unique gluten-free items!), organic coffees and teas, interesting and unusually flavored coffee and tea beverages...all in a gorgeous location on the Ventura Harbor! Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten-free and vegan options!”
“Taco Mendoza has been our hangover cure for several years now - we LOVE their breakfast burritos, taco plates, and the have the most amazing salsa. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!”
“The staff was friendly. I had the brownie batter cookie that tasted like a brownie with milk on the side. It was delicious! I would definitely order it again if it comes back on the menu.”
“The chili cheeseburger is amazing - in fact, I've now ordered it on two different occasions because I enjoyed it so much. My husband got one of the hot dogs but after trying my burger, he ended up ordering a chili cheeseburger, too, the second time we visited. The beer was good, the servers are friendly and attentive, and we'll likely be back soon. I don't know where else I'd get a phenomenal brisket like this.”

“So, I swung by B & J Drive-In for a quick lunch, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience! Picture this: a charming little diner with a classic drive-up setup. You order at the window, grab your number, and voila, food's on its way.First impressions? Clean as a whistle. Not a speck of trash in sight, and the staff? Super friendly and helpful. They even helped me navigate their menu with ease. Now, onto the grub. Oh boy, where do I start? They've got everything from juicy cheeseburgers to mouthwatering hot wings. I opted for the Asada burrito, and let me warn you, it's massive! Flavor-packed and oh-so-satisfying. My brother went for the corn burritos, and he couldn't stop raving about them. Fresh and homemade vibes all the way.But wait, there's more! My nephew tackled their colossal cheeseburger like a champ. Two patties, onion rings, cheese, bacon...you name it, it's on there. And trust me, it's as ginormous as it sounds. All in all, B & J Drive-In gets a big thumbs up from me. Quick service, delicious food, and that cozy diner vibe make it a winner in my book.”
“Perfect place for sweets !! Counter person recommended a few things for my co workers very kind . Everything is cute and clean . We will be back during the holidays for there decorative chocolates”
“I have since relocated from the 805 and really miss the food. I would drive back for it if time permitted. Al pastor is awesome, but ironically their chicken recipe is what I can't forget---chicken burrito, chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla, chicken anything. Very tasty spicy salsa, they don't call themselves Diablo for nothing! And get those fryer fresh chips, quesabirria, chicken burrito, a carnitas torta, and some fish tacos!”

“Enter via Playhouse!! Just moved to 93001 and dying to find best ribs/brisket/TriTip. Found the joint right here. Add the “Brisket Beans” for total meal. Yum.Parking: Go just past Music House on right. Unmarked”
“TOPPERS ....to the locals = delicious..!!Just when visiting the new front street location order your drinks first at the brewery side so you can proceed with ordering you pizza next with the voucher you'll need. “In my top 3 sushi places in ventura (Seaward sushi, Banzai Marina, and now Koba sushi). This restaurant is a smaller place that is cozy and inviting. It's a more traditional sushi restaurant that serves the freshest sushi! The staff was very nice and friendly. The place was spotless and pleasant to be in. And the food was delicious! It is pricey bit worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants quality sushi (and sake)!”

“My husband and I used to frequent Presto Pasta when we lived in the area. The service was always kind and helpful, and the food brought back nostalgic memories while also being delicious. I still enjoy Presto Pasta to this day!”
“I'm a newcomer to Tommy's but my husband grew up with the yummy chili dogs and chili cheeseburgers. I'm going through chemo and food hasn't always tasted good. But lucky for me I can eat and now crave Chili Cheeseburgers. Thank you! The crew working at 8:45pm on 3/1/24 was so friendly and helpful with our order. We ate inside and it was comfortable and clean. We'll be back!”
“As far as "fast" food goes, this is my preferred spot, but the cost is getting ridiculous. Well beyond the price I'm willing to pay anymore. I can go to a sit down get served at a table restaurant for not much more.”
“We attended a Greek festival near my old high school and had the food there this past august. Since then we've been looking for a place with a good gyro and this place hit the spot! It was so good and exactly what we were looking for. We've tried other places and this one comes closest to the one we had prior. It is so good and I didn't mind the tzatziki sauce at all. We enjoyed everything! Not to mention, the cashier was very patient with us. We came in about an hour before closing and she was very patient with us. We still tried to get in and out quick but she didn't seem to mind. Love this place, just wish there was one closer to us!”
“Great service, went in there with a friend and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly super nice I didn't get their names but I was there in 11/10/23 at 9:40 pm, it was a women and a young man! I don't experience this with many fast food spots but this one was great! The food was ready super quick, nice and hot! Overall the staff made it a 10/10 will be coming back!”
“Jimmy John's is a reliable counter-serve chain for sub and club sandwiches, complemented by their signature potato chips. The customer service can be a bit hit or miss, varying between quick and efficient to occasionally slower service. Regardless, the sandwiches consistently deliver in taste, and the standout feature is undoubtedly the best-in-class bread. With reasonable prices, Jimmy John's offers a pleasant surprise with a nice seating area outside. The outdoor space, bathed in sunlight, adds to the overall dining experience. Despite occasional variations in service, it remains a go-to spot for quality sandwiches with that perfect bread touch.”
“Dining at Chick-fil-A is always a pleasure. The food is reliably tasty. The service is prime - it's rare to feel truly appreciated as a customer, but they excel in that here.”
“Came in tonight and got some food to-go. Food was delicious and I have to give a shoutout to the employees working tonight. I didn't grab his name but the man who took my order had excellent customer service skills and was very friendly. He was very clear and had a great attitude. The restaurant was also clean and well taken care of.”
“Best place for a cold beer in all of downtown.Topa Topa has it all. Great brews, great people and great atmosphere.Come for one or come for a few. It’s always a good time here. If you know, you know.”
“Food is reliably delicious, with good portions, and moderate prices. We eat there regularly, and sit outside with the dogs, sipping our Pacificos and watching the human panorama spool by!”
“First time here always go to rice by mama 1 because bigger selection of alcohol anywho this place was on point as far as food very delicious as always mama never disappoint .service was kinda on slow side but the server was very pleasant and everyone had good up beat spirit so it made perfect setting thanks again”

“We stopped by at 9:30 on a Tuesday. We got al pastor and Asada. The pastor was the best, super tender and flavorful. The guys were very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend theyre there every night 6-12am”
“Came here to pick up pastries for a work meeting. Read reviews on Yelp and decided to try it. The employees were very friendly and helped me pick out some of the favorites. The place has great outdoor seating and also indoor. One of the fav cookies was the Spotted Cow. I got a few of those and some Easter egg cookies. Everyone loved them. I also snagged me a blueberry scone. It was soft and flaky but it lacked the flavor I was expecting. There were many other pastries to choose from. They also serve food. They had some great looking sandwiches that I would love to go back and try.”
“this is always a go too for me. I live close and its a great truck! lingua on point, pastor on point, cabeza on point, at least that's just my regular taco order lol also great horchata and churros if your in the mood for something sweet! anyway the menu is simple and straight forward which in my opinion usually means they know what they excel in and don't vier to far from it.”
“Their ice cream is fantastic. We always stop by to get our fill whenever we are in the area. They have a large selection of flavors that have all been good. You can select many different flavors when you purchase a single scoop so you can sample their selection. It is worth a visit when you are in the area. They also have locations in Santa Barbara. I believe that is where they got their start.”
“These guys really give great customer service, a little hidden gem right by the beach. Gotta try the tacos, gotta try everything... yeshua was great , good vibes for my Saturday, what a delight to have such great service.”
“Solid meal!! Taco shells were a little overcooked and chilie relleno a bit bland. The shredded beef, refried beans and salsa were delicious! Great, friendly service!”
“The staff are very friendly and the shops are beautiful designed. The Coffee and tea are delicious, I always get a chai tea latte which has made it on my comfort foods list.Vegetarian options: Although the food isn't the best out there the coffee and teas are great and definitely vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: I haven't personally asked for any.changes to my order. I know they have many options for dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: Friendly to all customers no matter their age.Wheelchair accessibility: The store has no stares and many wheelchair accessible routes.”
“This place never disappoints and is a great spot next to the beach. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I've never been upset with the food I get here.”
“Cutely decorated quaint cafe. I was charging my car across the street and had to use the restroom when I discovered this place. They must have the beat banana bread I have ever had. The cream cheese spread and toasted warm bread is absolutely delicious!!”
“To the uninitiated, it is a blink-and-you-miss-it storefront that blends in with the surrounding businesses. However, read reviews from the VC Star and Yelp to see this is a beloved local favorite with satellites on Ventura's Main St. as well as in Oxnard.Their fare is excellent across the board. Every visit, the food is always cooked perfectly and the flavors within are rich and fresh. I have an addiction to the Chicken Tinga & Veggie #2 tacos. Soft and hard drinks are bottled. When it is busy (almost always) seating inside can be tight with at most 20 chairs in the entire restaurant, including the hidden back patio.”
“A walk from the beach, the view is amazing, the place can hold a lot of people and the staff is great. There were a lot of Choice of Beer and we had the chance to taste different kind.I would recommand to go there at Sunset.”
“Old school mid century diner vibe right smack in the middle of Downtown Ventura... The food was good and the service was excellent. This particular trip I had a BBQ beef sandwich with fries (my arteries suffered but damn it tasted good) and split a shake with my wife.”
“I was looking for a quick meal this morning and stopped by here. I ordered an al pastor combination that comes with rice and beans. They also offer maiz or flour tortillas with the order. The plate was very delicious and juicy and not dry at all. They offer a large menu with lots of options. I love the vibrant green color of this place that makes it look very welcoming. They have little games inside for the kids. It does get pretty busy in the morning but they are quick with orders.”
“I LOVE Lalo's. I moved to Santa Clarita for work 2 years ago from Ventura. I miss this place so much. Every time my family goes to Ventura, we stop at LaLo's. We love their ceviche with shrimp. It's so good.”
“We had the breakfast burrito and the quesadilla and they were very good with large portions. We will get 2 meals out of this order. The potatoes are nice and crispy and salted just right. We will come here again when we are in the area. Most seating is outside but they do have 7 tables inside.”
“I was on my way to solvang for vacation and made a stop for breakfast. I came here around 10:30am on a Sunday and only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. Our waitress came by and took our order and the food came out quickly and hot! They have a ton of booths and tables inside but it does get busy. Our food was great! The breakfast burrito had sausage, egg, cheese and potato with sour cream and salsa on the side. It was so hot and tasted fresh. The Swedish pancakes are always amazing and delicious! I'm sad there isn't a location closer but if I'm headed this way I'll be back!”
“The fish and chips were amazing and the staff were super friendly. The food came out super fast but you could tell that it was fresh cooked so I was very impressed! I’ll definitely Be back next time I’m in the area!”
“Awesome aesthetics, great music, friendly service. Downfall was the portion sizes were small. Go there for a great drink and a quick bite. Not for a full dinner.”
“If you like sushi by the beach, this restaurant has a comfortable table with raw fish to accommodate your tastes. Great location here in Ventura, California. Service is fast. Buy 1 drink next one free. Private entrance for celebrities and private parties.”
“Great spot, minutes from the beach! They have an Amazing extensive menu! An easy walk from the Ventura Beach hotel! They even accommodated the vegetarian with several vegetarian rolls options! The tempura vegetable roll was the best. They also serve beer and wine. My Sauvignon Blanc paired perfectly with the heat of the wasabi! They have several options of Japanese beer! We also got the shishito peppers, edamame and the avocado bombs were a hit! I will absolutely be back the next time we are in town!Vegetarian options: There are several options to choose from! Veggie roll, veggie tempura roll, avocado roll!Kid-friendliness: I would bring my kids here!”
“This was my first visit to Deep Sea wines. They have two tasting flights: an all red flight for $26 and a mixed flight called the Signature Tasting Flight for $20. I decided to try the Signature Tasting Flight which consisted of a 2022 "The Seahorse" Sauvignon Blanc, 2022 "The Seaturtle" Chardonnay, 2022 "The Seastar" Rose, 2021 "The Helmet" Pinot Noir, and 2021 "The Duel" Red Blend. They also offer food, ranging from a cheese plate ($18), three pizza options, two desserts. I didn't have any food during my tastings but some other customers ordered while I was there and the pizzas looked really tasty. Definitely might give them a chance the next time I stop by. I enjoyed all the wines I had that day but I ended up taking The Seahorse Sauvignon Blanc home. They also were kind enough to let me try the Conway Pinot Noir which was different from the Helmet Pinot that was part of the Signature Flight. I love when I'm able to do a side-by-side comparison of two wines - it often helps me decide what I'm going to purchase. Even though I preferred the Helmet Pinot more than the Conway (although both were really good), I was in a Sauvignon Blanc mood so I decided to take that home. The tasting room was spacious with comfy couches, bar seating and even an outdoor patio. With the location being at Ventura Harbor Village, there wasn't really a bad seat in the house as you're able to look out at the boats and water while you taste. As for parking, when I arrived at about 10:30 am that morning (the tasting room doesn't open until 11am) there were plenty of spaces. But other customers that came in after me commented how it was hard to find parking as there was an event happening that day, so the lot was very full. Stephanie and Jessica poured my wines for me and they were great! Answered all my questions, were prompt when I was ready for my next pour and were super pleasant. Even when they got very busy towards the end of my tasting, they still made sure I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend it.”
“The food was great! I had the Yuzu Hot Wings and they were spicy! The food was very big and filled me up instantly. The waiters always asked if you needed a refill on your drink and i think that is very kind. Overall, a AWESOME restaurant.”
“Anyone wants suntory nama beer and asahi nama beer? The last time I had sundtory draft beer was back in Osaka.I bet you can’t find anything like this near.Hand made pan fried gyoza and wagyu yaki? You have to stop by to experience.Give thanks to hard works.”
“Place is OK. Prices are quite high if you consider a family of 4 (around $200 without alcohol or fancy cocktails) sometimes restaurant is full and probably the waiting time is around 15-30 minutes and finding a space in the parking lot is complicated. Food is OK, and it has a good variety of options but nothing spectacular or above expectations.”
“Went for the blood orange ale which I had sampled at pier under the stars benefit. Best amber ale I have ever tasted!!!Very pricey though for take out cans. $22.85 for a four pack.”
“Been here maybe 15 times but only 1 time we sat at the sushi bar we got forgotten about and our meal was given to us an hour after a couple showed up 15 minutes after us and got their food!”
“Hands down the best steak i ever had . the seasoning on it was just everything thing . it was so good that i had to come back & try it again & i must say they didn't disappoint !! i like this place so much that it has now become me & my fiancé favorite restaurant ! i can't wait to go back !!”
“Casa Bella is one of the places that always is good, everything u eat here is delicious, the drinks ? are good, service super nice and the place is perfect for any occasion ?”
“Our server was perfect, the food was very good, but I need to give a huge shout out to Liam, the manager on Monday night. He turned an almost terrible situation into a wonderful experience and I hope the owners realize what a gem he is. His attitude, graciousness and problem-solving are a credit to both him and Brophy Bros. Refreshing in today’s restaurant experiences, for sure.”
“I love going to this place. I was new to the area and I felt right at home. They have live bands some days and DJ’s the other ones. The staff members are great. The bouncers keep an eye to make sure it’s not too rowdy or any escalations of fights.”
“Had an absolutely amazing dinner! Our waiter was extremely helpful when making a choice for dinner. The food was delicious. The ambiance was intimate and cozy. Will definitely be back and recommend”
“Came in for happy hour and all I can say is wow! The service was absolutely incredible- we had Jeff and he was such a delight! He was attentive to our needs, knowledgable of the menu and just such a joy to speak with! He knows how to add a personal touch to the experience! 10/10 would recommend!”
“Ahi poke appetizers was delicious. Dinner was so tasty. The manager was so pleasant, he sat and talked to us told us what was happening and going on at the Barrelhousr 101.”
“We celebrated my daughter’s birthday last night at this quaint little French bakery/restaurant. She had a Niçoise salad and I had the seafood crepe. The food, atmosphere, house wine and, most of all the staff, were amazing. The prices are not outrageous and the portions were generous. It is small, but a unique way to spend an evening out. The tuna and chowder were superb.”
“This is the best brewery in Southern California by far , the beer is extremely high quality, they even have gluten free options. The place is clean , beautiful and cozy with extremely clean restrooms which is a huge plus. Amazing and friendly bartenders and staff . My new favorite spot in Ventura ???? oh and they even have pinball ??”
“Green pablano rice is AMAZING! I highly recommend anything on the menu. Even the horchata stands out for its quality.I am eager to become a weekly regular here ...and I am frugal as hell when it comes to going out to eat haha.”
“Our family has been visiting Cronies in Ventura since it was built when I was a kid. My mom has memories of us 'bringing our own chairs' because they had just opened :)Cronies is a great sports bar for friends, families, and kids of all ages. Burgers, sammies, beer, salads, and now a full bar - it's a friendly place to get your grub on. Our favorites are their burgers, wings, crispy chicken sandwich, and the THIRSTY TURKEY sandwich is by far my fave. They have great curly fries too!See you at Cronies!”
“Great subs brisket sub and hook and ladder subs are the bestStill to notchBut the service was sub par. cashier did not know how to use my points for a purchase last time I was told they sent the code to My email does no good if I'm in store.”
“With meat and poultry options changing so much in main stream stores, we have shifted our focus to buying quality and reliability sourced options. Five Points consistently delivers and we are so thrilled to call them our go-to. We recently devoured Ribeyes for Christmas, Maple Brined Pork Chops for New Year and regularly pick up an assortment of marinated chicken thighs for easy weeknight meals. Hands down the best Butcher Shop in Ventura!”
“I was impressed by the menu. Order each course to your liking. Each course elegantly served to enjoy every bite of delicious foods. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. Dark atmosphere with candle lighting. I truly enjoyed my experience there and put Prime steakhouse on my favorite list.”
“I ordered the chicken shawarma and it was so amazing it tasted fresh and the fries are so good. The shawarma had so much flavour to it I would 100% come back again.”
“This please is such a great location to hang with friends and listen to live music. My personal favorite is when Astral Weather plays during open mic night. I also love Steve Sharp's karaoke! He runs a fun and efficient party! Beth is one of the kindest bartenders ever. It's truly an excellent place.”
“My boyfriend and I stayed here and overall, we ha d a very nice time. The staff was very nice, the early check in time (3) and the late check out (12) was a pro, for sure. Continental breakfast which was simple but good and free parking! Beautiful view and pool, though it was cold so we did not use it. No hot tub though :/. Some reviews said it was loud because of the freeway, but I could only hear the waves! I would come back, but probably for a weekday rate instead of the pricey weekend rate.”
“Lunch with coworker ... and we were trying to figure out where to go! Toppers never disappoints. Founded in my hometown of Oxnard, it is def a favorite!!! I had been to this local before years ago. I usually go to the one in Oxnard on Gonzales or the one on Front Street in Ventura. This is an older location that could use some remodeling and upgrading. I would love for their older locations to get some love :) Our pizzas were perfect. Came up quick! We were out within our allotted lunch time! Woohooo! My only rec is .. if you're looking for a nicer place- I'd recommend going to their Front Street location here in Ventura or their location in Oxnard by the harbor. Love the views at those two the most!!! If you're not an Oxnard hater .. my favorite is the harbor location right by the water! Regardless of which location you choose .. great pizza! Ask for it well done, since the upgrade to their ovens the crust can be underdone at times :/ This is our hack! Crispy crunchy pizza each time if you eat on site!”
“The food we had was sooo good. We ordered the spicy seafood ramen and the tuna poke. The tuna was marinated really good that you don’t taste it like fish. And the green stuff were all edible.”
“First time going after years of hearing good about the place. Service was fantastic and the food was great. Your Social Tap blonde ale was really good. Looking forward to coming back and trying more.”
“Winchester is a great mix of meats with reasonable sides and appetizers. They also have a great drink menu.We stopped back in for an afternoon drink and they had live music, which was an extra treat.”
“Good food, not an arm and a leg prices. The non sushi options are also good, for children or other weirdos who won't eat raw fish. This is a new favorite spot. It can get busy, but that's only because it's good and worth it”
“From the moment we walked in we were greeted and seated immediately. The first thing I noticed was how clean the business was.We were seated at a nice booth on the left side of the restaurant. Our waitress was outstanding! The service was fast. She explained the entire menu so well! And their prices are MORE than fair.My group went with a few things.King crab legs with potatoes, corn and sausage. In their house sauce. Which is a spicy Cajun garlic butter.OMG SO GOOD! Crab was cooked perfectly. Potatoes, sauces and corn absolutely perfect. Fresh, tasty filling. We also got the shrimp and clams.Again fresh, cooked to perfection not a single issue. The staff here seemed very professional and courteous to their guests. Always attentive and always helping the guests.I want to write more! But I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves. This place is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you want a seafood boil. There isn't many in the area so this place is definitely the go to.Enjoy!”
“I went to Sbarro on Tuesday July 11, pacific view mall Ventura Ca; I'm a regular customer because I love the pizza that Alberto manager makes; and also the very kind, great and polite customer service by Sarah, she helps me a lot to choose the variety of foods everytime that I go.However yesterday was an other guy in the morning making pizzas and was so awful pizza, it was soggy and doesn't have consistency, the guy had all the displays full of pizza and he was in the phone with his earpods and he knew that many customers were in line and he didnt pay attention to us even our line was in front of him, he didnt care to Help Sarah, she was doing all the job and taking care of all of us the customers. She did awesome job yesterday because she could handle by herself the busy time and offering us a real good customer service even though the place was very busy. The manager should not allow the earpods during the working time specially the guy that was yesterday, he had no absolutely help behaviour to his co-workers and his pizza was horrendous. However I feel grateful with Sarah because she did an incredible job (she took orders, served sides, entries, served drinks and was being cashier at the same time) Sarah and Alberto are the kind of workers that make it worth visit Sbarro.”
“Did a quick search in the area on Yelp, and was pleased to find a place that featured cider. Finding places that feature cider is a challenge, especially in LA/Ventura County. We stopped in to check out this new place to us and found out that this establishment has been open for approximately 12 years as a winery. And several years ago they got into making ciders! This place is primarily a winery with a spin off of a cidery where they feature approximately 5 ciders on tap. Plus they have ciders in bottles that you can take away. They had one apple cider and several other flavors. As I am a traditionalist when it comes to cider, I stick to the apple cider! It was good but definitely on the sweeter side! I prefer dry ciders! Ciders cost 11 dollars a glass. They have take away bottles of ciders too! Nice item to take to the beach! If you are not a cider fan or prefer wine, they have an extensive menu of wine! The winery/cidery does have a comfy location to kick back within a small space! They have nice comfy seats plus larger communal tables! They also have a venue space where they have their wine barrels! Looks like a nice space to do an event! We appreciate the great hospitality! Thanks Tyler for the intro to this establishment!”
“Just had the Volcano, OUTSTANDING!!! Servers were so awesome to me. Every time I eat here I'm amazed out how delicious the food is. Need to try more each time. THANK YOU GUYS!!!”
“We ended up sitting at the bar doing some happy hour drinks and food. The bartender is very knowledgeable of his products. The food that we ate was very good. Prices for happy hour are not super cheap.”
“A beautiful restaurant by the Sea. The ambiance and service is perfect for a dapper date night or a intimate conversation. The Tiramisu is the definition of a happy ending to a decadent dining experience. 10/10”
“Love this place!Love the foodLove the employeesLove entertainment (video games, TV games)Love it' all around highly recommendSeating is perfect for big or small gatherings!!”
“Been awhile since I've had fish and this is surely the best place possible to go. Their menu is amazing with all of the best fish!I had their grilled halibut - wonderful! It melted in my mouth. Great beer selection. Will be back!!”
“I don’t normally take time to write reviews but felt I needed to after all of the hard work the staff visibly put in over the Holidays.I was there when the machines went down and saw that the staff was working hard to take care of every single person in line and keep us informed of the status of things. It was frustrating for the business to have issues the day before Thanksgiving but what was controllable by the staff was being handled with great efficiency and care.I am from out of town and had wanted to pick up a ham on my way to family for Thanksgiving.I had expected that I may encounter a line given it was the day before Thanksgiving but was surprised to see just how long the line was.Because there was a huge line I walked inside to see what was going on and noticed that there were cashiers at every register helping customers. Can’t really complain about a line when every available register is being used. There was a nice lady walking the line, I think her name was Sue, who was doing her best to answer questions and make sure people were in the correct line. When I got to the front of the line I was helped by Christy who was amazing and professional.I appreciate that even though it was busy she noticed I had reserved a quarter ham and explained to me the cost difference between the more expensive quarter hams and the half hams.We were able to get me a much bigger ham for almost the same price I would have paid for the smaller quarter ham. So I now have leftovers I can look forward to in my freezer.I have read some of the reviews and understand people’s frustration about glaze issues ( given there was an issue with the machine and the staff was very transparent about what was going on and the work they were doing to get it fixed) but I don’t understand posting a poor review without giving the business a chance to rectify the situation. While I feel corporate could do a much better job ensuring the stores have enough room to care for their holiday traffic ( that store seems way to small to handle that kind of holiday traffic), I feel like the manager did a great job ensuring the workers in the store were doing what they could to keep things going and get people cared for.We will come back for sure.”
“Went back since my usual was closed (again as per my last review lol) and this place looked empty so we opted to have soup on this cold, February evening. We ordered: Wor wonton soup- much better in terms of filling Egg drop soup- tasty and your usual Dry wok beef- pretty delicious and spicy. I would order again. Crispy noodles- thin crispy noodles topped with a special chef gravy sauce and veggies. Would get again but request more crispy noodles as we are crunch lovers. There was only one person assisting and taking orders, handling takeout.”
“Great and friendly costumer service. The store was busy with costumers. We had the pleasure of having the manager Tati, take our order all while still helping her staff. Would definitely go again.”
“Best food in Ventura literally any plate you try.the green micheladas are amazing. The best part is the hospitality. They also have an amazing back patio and on fridays they have live music sometimes. It's a must it's a hidden gem.”
“Good, fresh food - from the edamame, to the veggie roll to the tofu agedashi to the green tea ice cream. Great vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: See above.”
“Had lunch with the family on a Sunday afternoon. Service was great we had amazing waiters and a waitress. We were greeted with smiles and seated quickly. The restaurant was beautiful art work and layout is very nice and clean and calm. Not too quiet so our big party of 10 does not disturb others. The drinks were delicious got a margarita flight with their spring special flavors and the food was delicious didn't wait long at all for our main meals and chips and salsa here are always delicious and served quickly. I recommend.”
“We found Da Hickory House BBQ by searching Google for BBQ near me. While there are BBQ places in Ventura (No good ones in Ojai where we live), there really isn'ta great one that we've found, so we went here just to check it out and have eaten there twice so far.Food: The food is awesome! Ribs, tri-tip, hot links, beans, etc. BBQ not necessarily smoked BBQ which is fine with us.Price: Now that everything is expensive it's hard to say. We (2 people) pay around $50 for 2 rib plates with 2 hot links added, and cokes. Plenty of food. Both times we got to-go boxes.Atmosphere: Small, dimly lit, quiet, can be cold. It's was empty when we've went except for people there for take out.Service: Good service. A young man took our order and brought out our food. He was very polite and accommodating.I would hate to see this place close so go there and give it a chance!”
“First time to Wood Ranch BBQ restaurant. Arrived at 6:30pm. Immediately shown to a booth. Service was excellent. Our server (Debra) was very attentive & personable. We started with the Shredded Fried Onions with Barbecue and Ranch dip. Very tasty. We both had the Barbecue 7oz Tri-Tip medium. Tender juicy and flavorful. I had the Mac & Cheese plus Baked Beans for my sides. They were great. Unfortunately my wife chose the steamed Broccoli & Brussel Sprouts. The broccoli was not steamed enough virtually raw and the brussel sprouts were over cooked. Debra brought another perfectly steamed order of broccoli when when showed her how raw the original broccoli was. Overall a great experience, good food an excellent service. We will be back again.”
“Lovely harbor view. The interior appears to have been updated recently. Nice. Got some happy hour appetizers. And a well drink that, for some reason, wasn't charged happy hour price. Didn't notice until later. Frown. It was a strong drink. Woot.Parking: Parking right next to the restaurant must be used by other businesses because it was close to full even though the restaurant had just opened when we arrived and we were the only customers for a bit.”
“Ordered from door dash today and everything came correct and delicious! I have ordered many times and always get a lot of customizations to my order and they have always gotten it right which is so awesome! The fries were cooked perfectly and my cheesesteaks were seasoned well and juicy! The lemonade is always great! Definitely recommend”
“Always a good time at Rincon. Their smash burger is to die for. We came by a little later than normal, and found out they were closing at 8. Thankfully, our great waitress Loren was so accommodating and helpful to get our last call in and allowed us to finish our dinner without it feeling rushed. Truly great service. Thank you!”
“We had a great lunch at this lovely restaurant downtown Ventura. The food was delicious we had the fiesta platter and side of rice and beans. Our server was friendly and accommodating and explained the menu items. Loved the high ceiling and decor. They play music but it's not too loud it allows you to have a conversation without yelling. A Must try!!!”
“The view is spectacular and the food is very good. On Monday the special is $5 each for fish tacos or a Margarita. My friend left her jacket and the owner offered to mail it to her.Great place to go for a nice lunch, and it was not terribly busy.”
“This hotel has obviously been remodeled relatively recently. It still looks new. Staff at check-in were pleasant, efficient, thorough and very accommodating. The room we had was amazingly comfortable. It was big, well appointed, very clean, and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. One of my bugaboos about hotels is the air conditioning. This unit was fantastic - easy to set, very reliable, and the fan made just the right amount of noise to provide that marvelous "white noise sleep." Because the lounge was closed, instead of a continental breakfast in the lounge due to our Elite status, we were treated to a full order off the menu breakfast. It was a really good pork green chili omelet. My only complaint would be that there is a $16 charge for parking. A little strange, but that's life these days. We will be coming back to Venture and will be choosing this Marriott as our hotel.”
“We are Tony's regulars. Food is very good, plentiful and reasonably priced. We particularly like the pastor (both burritos and tacos) and breakfast burritos. Love the salsa verde.”
“Stopped by to pick up a bowl with my daughter, and the father and son team behind the counter were great. We joked about the small portion ( medium size fed two of us with leftovers). Very fresh tuna and perfect rice. All the added sides made the bowl weigh at least 2 pounds. Great stop if you’re in the area.Parking: In Lowes center, plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA ramps available right in front of store.”
“Great time in Ventura County. This high-class kitchen+bar is designed to relax and have fun even if you don't dance. The working owner is there to greet all of his guests. Best time all day long.”
“sushi was great and affordable. big rolls and great happy hour prices!! Ellie was a very sweet host, and we witnessed her be very patient with a super rude customer!”
“Came here to celebrate my mom's and grandpas birthday with a party of 12 and the service was amazing!! Thank you to the manager, Kristy, for accommodating us super last minute. All our food was exceptional, everything came out on time and well cooked. Also try the mojitos, hands down my favorite drink with fresh fruit, super tasty .”
“Ashton was the absolute best. Food was amazing. Drinks were great. They were out of coffee liquor for their expresso martini, and Ashton made a drink up for us with actual expresso, and it was better than the expresso martini. She's wonderful, super friendly, and great at her job. Thank you for the best brunch experience.”
“I'm a top level frequent diner at CPK and find this location to be one of the best for food and service. Yeah it's in a so-so mall, but worth it for the food.”

“My family has been going here for years. Always such good burritos. I wish I knew how they made their salsa, because some of my relatives moved out of state and cannot find salsa anywhere else this tasty. Sometimes we'll order ahead on the phone or just drop by.I'm only knocking a star, because having to buy sour cream as an extra for $2 is so silly. We just make sure to have a $3 container of sour cream when we get these. Way better deal.”
“These guys really give great customer service, a little hidden gem right by the beach. Gotta try the tacos, gotta try everything... yeshua was great , good vibes for my Saturday, what a delight to have such great service.”
“We were referred to Scooter by a friend to cater our outdoor wedding. Scooter was easy to work with, communicative, timely, and oh boy was the food yummy. The chicken was moist, the tritip was flavorful, and there were a variety of sides to choose from. In addition to the food, they provided plates, utensils and napkins for guests. There were 100 guests and we had plenty of food for seconds. Thank you Scooter and team!”
“We arrived in the eveningtired after a whole day's travel. We received very good help and service - all portions are larger than usual and therefore easy to share. Nice clean and nice place. Can only get our warmest recommendations?????”
“Did lunch here. It was very enjoyable, and the service was good.I was a bit taken aback at the cost of a little glass of milk $4.49 and a side of fries, $6.99, which is a bit much.”
“Modern restaurant with lots of meat options that you can pick from for your burrito. The desserts look fresh and amazing, can't wait to try. 4% discount if you pay in cash. Not too much indoor space so could be a challenge for large parties, plus they prepare everything as takeout. Highly recommended!”

“I’ve been here twice and the sandwiches have been amazing both times! Had a delicious club sandwich today - all the ingredients were super fresh and I love their aioli. Don’t know how more people don’t know about this place.”
“My co workers and I work third shift and come just about every Friday morning. Everything we have tried has been amazing. The service is always amazing. Our regular server Erica is always on point and very attentive. Would definitely recommend coming here. Always a good time.”
“Good food as usual but the hamburger patties are alot thinner, so get a double double!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair friendly for dining inside or outside.”
“It’s always the best and has been for more years than I’ve been alive. I’m a vegetarian and the breakfast burrito and chili rellano are my go to. Red hot sauce for life!”
“I could eat here everyday. Every sandwich so far has been delicious. My whole family loves it too. They're so fast with the orders, and the workers are nice. It's a total hole in the wall kind of place, small but perfect.”
“I just ordered my favorite pizza (large thin crust , jalapeño and pineapple) it was so perfect I had to go back in and find out who made it. Turns out it was Justin thumbs up he did a excellent job. Thank you. I was compelled to leave a decent tip.”
“We arrived in the eveningtired after a whole day's travel. We received very good help and service - all portions are larger than usual and therefore easy to share. Nice clean and nice place. Can only get our warmest recommendations?????”
“We got two orders of the C2 it was a Nutella filled fishy pastry baked in house and fresh on top of cookies and cream ice cream, the dish itself was adorable. The kids loved it. The ambiance was cute and the staff were quick and attentive.”
“Such a cool place! My wife loves the fish tacos and I love the asada tacos. Service at the pick up window is always fast. Good beer selection and good music always playing! Happy hour is sweet!”
“Been coming to Tony's for 20 years. It has never disappointed. I always get the lunch special. 2 slices and a drink. It a great deal and the pizza is top tier.”
“Good food, great view. I saw someone with the fish and chips and strongly regretted not ordering it. I didn't taste it but it looked amazing. My poke bowl was pretty good and comes as a massive serving.”
“I got a pho noodle soup and it had a generous portion with great flavor. The seating was comfortable and spacious. There are bottles of sriracha and hoisin sauce on the table and everything was very clean.”
