“​Hands down our favorite breakfast spot in Sausalito. During our six-day trip to the Bay Area, we found ourselves coming back to Fred’s three times because the experience was simply unmatched.

​While everything we ate was delicious and the #5 bacon is genuinely to die for, it was the exceptional hospitality that won us over. The waitstaff treats you like family. Their attentive care, genuine concern, and friendly conversations added a memorable personal touch to our mornings. Outstanding food and even better service. “The restaurant is lovely, it feels like a small small trataria Italy. The service was perfect, very conscious of the customer's needs. The burrata salad was delicious as was the pizza. The pizzas are cooked, as one would expect in a wood fired stove and are absolutely the best in every way. I want to go back and go through the menu and eat every thing.”

“Stopped in just to grab lunch while visiting the area. Had the Hawaiian burger, a single cheese burger, fries, and coke. We ate inside and watched the people line up for food the entire time we ate lunch. Great small place with fresh food and welcoming staff.
The inside has four two tops for seating, but the park across the street is available with tables if needed. It's a cozy place.”

“The best Thai food made by the best people! We drive from Monterey to have authentic Thai food made by the wonderful family at Kitti’s Place, who are as warm as their food.
We always start with spring rolls (the sauce is the best we’ve ever had) followed by the most flavorful curried turkey burger with crisp french fries, then a bowl of Khao Soi- a rich curry with chicken thighs, bok choy, and egg noodles.
The Thai iced tea is a treat as well, and if there is any room left, then the sweet sticky rice with mango sends us into a blissful food coma. Give this place the love it deserves”

“With a close proximity to the ferry dock, this ice cream store has been a must drop by snack place for delicious home made ice cream with a unique varieties to please any discerned palate.”

“Food was good as usual. Valet parking is a joke. One poor guy was both parking and retrieving cars six people deep on both ends. The tiny lot is right there in front of us. ie no valet even needed if keys were turned in and retrieved by drivers themselves. Stupid system. The valet liked it though, as he made more money this way.”

“Our group enjoyed this lovely spot along the water. The nice young lady was very friendly and knowledgeable about each of the wines. There were about 5 varieties of white and reds to choose from for a tasting.”

“We had dinner on Saturday night, restaurant was not crowded however we understand that the staff was dealing with take out orders. Service was very slow for our order which seemed pretty straightforward: a soup and padthai. Other guests were served more quickly; people at the next table ordered just before we did, got their food, ate and left beforewe got our food?!? On another note, we were not able to dine on the terrasse since it was a bit chilly and there is only one heater that is broken. Buying more heaters should be made a priority. This said, the food was delicious and tasted very fresh. We all loved it. So highly recommend for the food and maybe ordering as take out, only!”

“This place is kind of hidden. You walk along an old rickety dock and then all of the sudden a staircase appears with a sign that says dancing! Really fun. It feels like one of those old pirate lairs. Cool and beautiful place for mom and dad to have a drink while the kids explore the swashbuckling aesthetic. And there are cards behind the bar! Good pizza too.”

But if you gotten lost trying to find the house boats in Sausalito and lucky enough to have stopped in here and purchased a sandwich being made in front of you. You’re very lucky there’s a plethora of handmade sandwiches to choose from, my favorite is the grandma when I walk, and I scream it out and scare the hell help. For which I am truly not sorry :-) great sandwiches give it a try.”

The reason for 4 stars because their competitor that I am familiar with had a ridiculously long line that I saw after I stopped here. In the time crunch I was on, I’m glad I saw this place first.”

“Yesterday, my sister and I had the BEST table at the Iconic Spinnaker Seafood Restaurant in Sausalito - the at table at the far corner facing San Francisco! WOW - What a beautiful and clear day, with just a 'hint' of fog over the Golden Gate Bridge to the ocean side. The food was Fabulous - mine was a 'classic' "Crab Louie," with lots and lots of wonderful crab, and Tiramisu for dessert! Our servers were Alex and Francisco ("Francisco:))" who attended to our every need - even politely and notably giving extra time, as I was Determined to enjoy EVERY bite of my more than delicious, Crab Louie!! With a menu that is FULL of Classic Bay Area Seafood offerings, an Iconic setting and ambiance, and Incredible view of San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge and The City, I would change nothing about my visit! Thank You Spinnaker for a More Than Memorable Bay Area Experience!!”
