“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

My gf and I went, I resy, just decided based on timing. We ordered the DIY Hand Roll, Hamachi Crudo and Spicy Crispy Tuna. This was enough as we took food home. Every dish was fire. The Wagyu carpaccio practically melted in my mouth and was such a great way to start the meal. The uni mazemen was rich, deeply savory, and packed with flavor. We also loved the Wagyu katsu sando, which had the perfect balance of tender, juicy meat and fluffy bread. The hand rolls were incredibly fresh, and we ended the evening with a slice of cheesecake that was light yet indulgent.

Also, whoever owns the business should have a talk with the person working the counter when I asked him for a recommendation, he says he doesn’t eat there and I asked him if the shrimp one was good and he said no.“

The service however took forever, and they never come to check up on us. Servers reach over to get dishes for other tables. Maybe they are short staffed but they should still handle us probably.“

I tried the ramen, wagyu, and their signature sashimi plate. Honestly, everything was so good and definitely worthy of being called a signature dish. My favorite was the wagyu—it was incredibly fresh, tender, and juicy.

Always finish your meal with at least 1 (maybe 2 or ...) of his blue crab rolls. The crab is carefully hand-pulled, the rice is warm, and the seaweed is crisp. You won't find that combination of quality and easy dining experience anywhere else in the Valley. Please try it!“

“I like to support local businesses, especially when they are owned by nice people. Bento woman is just that. The woman that took our order was very nice.

I ordered the Japanese noodle plate they sell. I forget what it’s called lol. I had them add chicken to it. They give you a decent amount of chicken. The noodles look like spaghetti noodles. They put too many onions and bell peppers into the noodles. My only gripe. I tried their chicken teriyaki too. It’s good. My dish was under $15 and it’s a good portion of food.

In a few days it will be a new year. We were given little packets filled with goodies. There was a Happy New Year message on it. I thought this was really nice of them.

They have boba drinks and things like croissants, but I just ordered a bottle of water.

They have no dining room, just some chairs so you can sit while you wait for your order. Because of this they have no atmosphere.

They have a mid sized parking lot.“
