“We stopped here yesterday while driving through Breck as I was craving pizza. Tin Plate came up as highly recommended on various sites, so we stopped and I’m so glad we did! Service, atmosphere, and food were perfection! Our server was the best as well. Make sure you try the 9 year sourdough. You won’t regret it!”

Today was our first time eating here and I said to my husband “you realize we just lost $250/month, right?” And he responded “as soon as I saw your face after trying the ramen, I knew that.” So we’ll be here weekly probably for now on.”

This is an excellent restaurant one of the only mountain ski resort restaurants that offers #Paella. If you have never tried this culinary contribution from Spain, that is made with seafood, sausage, shrimp, chicken, and saffron rice...well you need to try it and there is no better place to do so than right here in Breckenridge. Oh yes, they have other amazing dishes for you to try...but make sure you have a reservation! #LiveRemarkably 10-13-26 we returned for our wedding anniversary dinner, and OMG. Still one of. The best meal experiences we've ever had. Thank you Blue River Bistro for another 5-star experience. My only complaint is...bring back the Paella!!!!!”

Just be sure to give the wings some time to cool down...even when you think it's been long enough, wait a few more minutes.”

“Courteous waiter approached us as soon as we walked in the door. Drinks delivered within two minutes (we never ran out). Table of 4 each ordered something different and we all commented on how excellent the food and service was. We are visiting from Texas and for sure will be back before we head for home! “The second year in a row to visit Whiskey Star and both times it did not disappoint. It is by far the best barbecue that I've had in Colorado. The smoked brisket was tender, moist and had great flavor. It is the kind that needs no sauce because it's just that good. I also had the cream corn as a side and It was outstanding. I highly recommend.”

Great portions, really veggie forward and heavy on the foods with veggies (even the matzah ball soup was chock full of carrots) and the kid’s fruit and yogurt bowl was incredibly full of fruit. There are options for coffee, pizza (made on site), fresh ice cream and desserts such as taramisu, apple pie and cheesecake. There are also prepackaged items to keep on hand. Also, walk the ten minutes into town to get wine (almost triple in the store). Staff were helpful. Store hours can vary, so check before walking over to the main building.”

We placed our order online since they wouldn't answer, then we tried calling in to confirm and nothing. The phone just rang and rang.

They did mention that their phones don't work and we met a very nice lady who took care of our orders.

He made the entire experience very memorable while we waited for a friend to arrive to have dinner together. We even had a drink after dinner at the bar bcz we didn't get enough of Spencer's fun energy. The place is a GEM. The drinks and food are amazing. The entire menu looks delicious and I want to come back to try it all. They make you feel right at home "family style" fun and relaxing. Our waiter was a young professional who's super charming, energetic, knowledgeable, fun 19 year old who definitely went above and beyond to make our dinner evening incredible. He was terrific and this place is our local favorite every time we visit. “Happened to get a break in the mountain weather and head up to Breckenridge. We asked a local police officer where a good Mexican food place was, we were pointed to Mi Casa and it was amazing! Large portions , fresh , delicious, and great service . They take the time to do it right and feed you well .”

I have a go to place in my town that crafts their espresso beans, roast it in house, owner was a wine sommelier, it’s complex, smooth, powerful and is easy to savor. But maybe that’s not good? I don’t know. But the real problem was the very lukewarm I can barely stand that you are in my shop but you are here and I’ll serve you with what little tolerance I can woman that served me my bitter, biting cup of coffee…maybe her attitude seeped into the cup? Everyone is entitled to a really bad day. Maybe she had an absolute killer bad day. Maybe she’s normally a very nice person, maybe my shirt was offensive or my beard, or my kids or whatever? But I bet there are plenty of other harsh cups of coffee I can get in town that would be served by nice people….”
