“The food was excellent, as usual. My wife had the salmon which was very good. Our five-year-old grandson kept stealing some from her. He loved it so much. He and his older brother had the short ribs with the mushroom ravioli. They were excellent. I had the chicken marsala, which is always excellent. Madison, our waitress, was very friendly and did everything right.”

“My wife and I visited today for our anniversary. Everything about this place is top notch! Our server, Ryan, was exceptional and very friendly. There was a good atmosphere and the food is probably the best Indian cuisine that I have ever had. They even went above and beyond and gave us a free desert to celebrate our anniversary . If we are ever back in the Jacksonville area we will make sure to come back! If you live in the area or even hours out of the area, I can assure you that you will enjoy the food! Be warned: portions are generous so make sure you come hungry!”

“We ordered DoorDash tonight. The food here is great but I decided to add cream cheese to my 7$ shrimp tempora roll, knowing there would be an extra charge as all places do. They charged $8.47 to add cream cheese to a 7$ roll. That’s just insane. I always add cream cheese to rolls at other restaurants and never had to pay that much. Not worth it and disappointed.”

Service is chill but on point, and the vibe fits perfectly for a solid night out with the crew. Longhorns keeps it consistent!”

“We planned a quick last minute wedding, and Kira was beyond accommodating. She was always available, and her communication was on point. Texting, calling, showing up…she always made time for me even if she was in the middle of something else. We originally reserved the dining room for our family reunion, but due to extenuating circumstances, our brunch turned into a last minute wedding celebration instead. Kira went over all our options and recommendations, sat down with me to plan the seating arrangement, and brunch menu, and even created a fancy custom drink menu for us. The venue was beautiful. The views were gorgeous. The buffet display and food was amazing. The table settings and linens were lovely. The bartender and wait staff were phenomenal. They made this day so perfect in every way. they went above and beyond & I cannot rave enough about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Kira.”

We went there to celebrate a birthday and my daughter has a food allergy and he went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. He took the time to come out and speak to her, take her order and then cooked it safely and specifically for her. He made an amazing Chicken Alfredo that honestly was the best dish at the table! Our sever Maria was also amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel so welcome. “This place was amazing! We're visiting from Michigan and I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get gluten free and vegan options. I got the sunrise sampler. I was able to sub just egg for the real eggs and get gluten free French toast instead of the bread choice. It was the perfect amount of food. Plus our waitress was amazing and answered all my questions and if she didn't know something, she went to the back to ask. I wish Michigan had more restaurants like this!”

“I came to Sun Deli for the first time today. I ordered a smoked turkey and roast beef sub for lunch. I ordered online and picked up my sub to eat elsewhere. The restaurant was pretty busy but the staff was nice and i quickly received my food. The sub was delicious. The ingredients all tasted fresh and the jalapeños added a nice kick. I will definitely be back for more.”

“I was the Hot Dog Hut today and can tell you the new Owners are delightful and completely remodeled, sparkly clean restaurant - with ice cold beer and great, reasonably priced and fresh food. Jeff and Jessie have kept the robust menu and enhanced the quality and freshness with more locally based suppliers. My favorite so far is the Hot Italian Sausage. If you like spicy hot dogs it won't disappoint. The mild is also good too! Stop by and enjoy a chat with the engaging new owners and great food!”

Their signature lattes are amazing and they have the best selection of hazy IPAs of any brewery in Jax which I love because they’re sweeter and not super hoppy but they’ve got a good selection of sours and seltzers for my non beer drinking friends too. Super cute, cozy spot with sweet merch, a game room and a really good food truck with the best burgers and fries.”

Staff were friendly and we were attended quickly with no issues at all. My NY Bagel was delicious, & my son’s breakfast sandwich was also delicious! She creates the cake you actually like, not what you read from a menu and think you should pick. She hand sketches every design. The cakes are beautiful, but theirs is one of the only ones I will eat doing weddings almost every weekend. A must for your cake!”

We have been disappointed since moving to Jax Beach area last year that all the Mexican places were “fancy” - weird, elaborate dishes that cost way too much for what they are. This place is amazing- the food was perfect, service was fantastic, and the total bill was under $20 for lunch for the two of us (before tip). Chips were crispy and the salsa was perfectly spicy and super flavorful. We will definitely be back - the lunch specials are exactly what we are used to from MI days (hello speedy gonzales!) 5 plus stars, highly recommend!”

“We went on a spur of the moment trip last weekend and loved it so much we came back the next weekend! Isaiah at the front desk brings so much cheer and happiness to the place. He is truly a light and does his job amazingly. We love that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel so we never even have to leave (we have a 2 year old and 3 year old) they also have a cute cafe and the coffee and chicken biscuit is very good! The only thing I would say could be better is the valet service. We went on the 4th of July so we knew it would be extremely packed. Just wish we could Park ourselves and pay an overnight parking fee instead of having to wait 45-50 minutes to get someone to bring your car around.”
