“Love Golden Harbor! Best Chinese take out in the area. Some of our favorites are the pan fried noodles, hot & sour soup, curry chicken, egg foo young, mu shu, and shrimp with mushrooms. We've tried nearly half the menu & they never disappoint.“

Middle Village would.not support any business for years and years unless they were doing the right thing.HOT AND DELICIOUS!!! I always call and place order for pick up. “I’ve been to another Che Li location a few times and visited this location for the first time back in May. The restaurant’s design is always lovely — each dining area is built like a small wooden oriental courtyard, which matches the Zhejiang cuisine theme perfectly.

We ordered quite a lot, and every dish turned out to be enjoyable. The crab roe noodle was especially delicious, better than the version I make at home lol. The soup dumpling were also quite good. Overall, a very refined and satisfying meal.“

“Really shockingly good Sichuan food. The mala flavor was really delightful, it was really pleasantly numbing and incredibly flavorful. We got the dry pot baby rib and kung pao chicken lunch specials and both were quite excellent. The kung pao chicken really stood out to me as being particularly flavorful and nicely spiced. The interior of the resturant was also gorgeous and not too busy during lunch hours.“

“Antidote was such a great spot to have dinner on my visit to NYC. The wait was not too long considering there were 7 people in my party. We had so many items off the menu and the staff was very attentive to allergies and other food preferences. The tea smocked duck was incredible, the cucumber was amazing, the wontons were delicious! Everyone loved their dish it was absolutely a great dinner. The only downside was that some of the fish dishes were made with tilapia which is not a fish preference for most of the friends I was with. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this restaurant“

“Spicy Village was a wonderful place to have a Christmas meal! Actually, I'd like to rename it "Spicy Cozy Village" if a spicy environment can also be cozy! To start with, they were very gracious by accepting a reservation for 8 people at 6:00. Then they came outside and took our order even before we sat down and so the food was nearly ready by the time we had taken our coats off! The festivities kicked off with a plate of crispy peanuts, which ended up being the chosen appetizer, main course, and dessert for the little guy in our party. We then progressed to delicious dumplings, sesame chicken, spicy lamb huimei, and other delectable specialties! What was so amazing about the experience is that despite packing lots of people into a relatively small square foot area, it did not feel claustrophobic at all; rather it was comfortable and cozy, like sitting at a big table for a family meal at your house (even if it was take-out!!). Overall, Spicy Village was a terrific place for Christmas dinner - and I'm strongly considering coming back here for the 8 days of Hanukkah too!“

They were a little bit salty for my taste, but overall very flavorful and satisfying. We tried the green beans and minced pork, scallion pancakes, and pork dumplings. Everything was fresh, hot, and so flavorful. They even made my husband use chopsticks for the first time.😊. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

The wonton soup was equally strong. Clean, balanced broth with well-made wontons and great texture. Comforting without being heavy.

“This spot has an extensive menu, fantastic prices, large servings, and an inviting atmosphere! Some of the more American style Chinese items (Kung Pao, General Tzo’s, and fried rice) can be ordered and come out extremely quickly (our table neighbors order some of these items and they came out in under 10 minutes!). We ordered the Garlic Sauce Style tofu, Scallion Style chicken, and Chili Oil Pork Dumplings. Everything was super delicious and we would definitely order it all again!“

“The atmosphere was very chill with excellent service. I felt welcomed and at home. The menu items were very authentic and unique. I had the century egg which was delicious, the umami and fermented flavors balanced by the soft burrata pleased my palate. I also had the honey string cocktail which was sweet with a nice heated finish. I was surprised to know it had black rice vinegar in it since the acid was mellowed out by the upfront fruity flavor. Definitely a must try!!!!!“
