“Overall the food was good and the service was good at first. Went for my birthday today and our waitress was nice and welcoming. However once we got to desert she did not inform us that the creme brule was not an option. I tried to let that slide but then after we were done she came and took our plates and never gave us a chance to answer her when she asked if we enjoyed it, which I did not (CAKE WAS VERY DRY). We then continued to sit there waiting as she was talking to her coworkers. The problem was to often towards the end of our meal and after desert she wasn't there when we needed her and wasnt paying attention. When I told her I wanted the bill and I just wanted to leave she became confrontational to which I replied WE JUST WANTED TO LEAVE NOW PLEASE! I would dare say id go back and try it again but the ending was disappointing and frustrating.”

“We drove 2.5 hours up along Lake Champlain to get there yesterday. It was SOOOOO worth the trip for All U Can Eat Haddock. First piece must have been close to 1 pound and cooked perfectly. Will be back up again as the menu had so many things I wanted to try! Wish I knew about this years ago. Staff was very friendly and service was exceptional!! Heard so many other customers ordering the Twin Lobster Special. WELL DONE.”

“What an excellent Hibachi experience!!! The appetizers and dinner were outstanding. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The place was crowded, but there were no delays with service or quality. The chef put on quite an entertaining show, and everything was cooked to perfection (had the hibachi seafood combo). Prices were as expected for the quality and quantity of food. So if you're in Plattsburgh and want Japanese food, it's worth a stop...”

“Awesome bartender!! But caution they have a maximum drink policy even if you have a ride or you are within walking distance to your hotel. Safety first right! The bartender was very apologetic. I just thought it was a great experience with her and enjoyed my stay even though it was limited. I would have stayed longer and limited my 2 beers over a longer period of time..just because of the service. It was awesome including the pecan cake with ice-cream.”

“Used to love this place when it first opened. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Not sure what is going on at the management level, but this is no longer a quality restaurant. I stopped going in person to the restaurant after seeing the absolute filthy conditions food was prepped in. Chips all over the floor. Holding trays of food placed on top of the cutting boards and open rice containers. Freshly cooked meat placed on top of OLD meat. These are health code violations. Yesterday my friend ordered salsa and chips for me and the salsa was rotten and FERMENTING. I am absolutely sick to my stomach that I had eaten half the container unknowingly. I only found out today after the lid to the container was bulging when I pulled it out of the fridge. Avoid this place at all costs!!!”

Breakfast was good, they even brought an extra egg to our table as one of the yolks was broken. That to me was exceptional customer service and not expected. Portions are big. Friendly staff. “Shoutout to Rt 3 Subway! On a busy Saturday night I ordered for delivery. Almost 2 hours later the app said it should’ve been delivered 30 minutes prior, and hadn’t been. I called to check in and eventually cancel the order. The food was there ready despite DoorDash not assigning any drivers. When a driver showed up 20 minutes later, they called to let me know someone had showed up and that they were remaking my order so it would still arrive hot. Really appreciate them taking the time to help me out. Even though my food was later than expected, they did all they could to make sure I still had a good meal when it did arrive :)”
