I like to stow away and work away from the office, and they make the best Almond Milk Cappuccino's I've had. The froth was heavenly. “Last night I went to this branch and I wanted to get my food . as I was ordering I saw bunch of kids going back-and-forth with the staff. They were being rude to the staff as they were trying to ask the kids politely to keep it cool . They were making a mess and a lot of noise in the restaurant however, Jonathan and Arian were super cool super nice and I was shocked at first! I thought maybe I know these guys but no they just had a perfect customer service and I really really loved it. Definitely coming back.

“I live an hour away, however, my daughter lives in Newmarket. I first fell in love with Hamish's when I lived in Scarborough so visited their Pharmacy & St. Clair often. I now live far away from T. & was so happy to see them in Newmarket. Visiting my daughter tomorrow & treating us to fish, chips, gravy & mushy peas for lunch. Rare treat but when I want it, I get it!”

“Got an Uber eats delivery. Got to me on specified time. Still had to warm up the broth. The packaging leaked a little but honestly, kinda expected with the foods we got.

The soup we got was Rare Beef, Brisket, Tendon and Tripe. The toppings were plentiful and fresh. The green onions and cilantro were added to the bowl already (keep that in mind if you don't like them). The baggie had the usual Thai basil, a few chilli's, bean sprouts, and a container with half Sriracha and half Hoisin per bowl, no culantro sadly. The broth itself and was not very flavourful, definitely can use more flavor but with everything else served well it's hard to dislike it. Not a significant difference between L and XL so I recommend L.

Mango Salad with Shrimp. Honestly impressed with the freshness. The shrimp were not shewy, the vegetables were fresh and the mango was on the right side of green but not too crazy. Really good.

Pad Thai with Chicken definitely taste closer to Canadian influence and not authentic, but honestly my family prefers it so I recommend it to those who like the more sweater popular flavor in Canada.
Korean style Steamed rice and grilled ribs. The rice was sticky but honestly on the dry side. It seemed like it was prepped a while back, not impressed by it. The salad was meh and the fish sauce provided was very diluted. The ribs though they were delicious! The charred and yummy flavour and soft and not chewy and honestly the whole family loved it.

The milk teas were very sweet. The bobba was good and the jelly was good too.

Honestly every dish could use a revision and better care but overall experience made my family happy so thus 4 stars.”

As for the service, Such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. It was served with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and garlic bread. The sauce that came with the lamb was also very good. This exceptional meal was reasonably priced at just under $20. Dinner for 2 with coffee and tea came to just over $50 with tax. Well done Davis Diner.”
