“Unfortunately they ran out of the food I really wanted to try (the achiote chicken quesadilla), but the rancheros were really good anyways. Loved the homemade hot sauce and ketchup as well. My partner and friend thought their iced coffee was a little watered down tasting/not strong enough, but even for them the food made up for it. They had the brisket hash. Really cute place, the patio looked like a nice set up as well. Good options for people who eat vegetarian and gluten free. Service was friendly and attentive as well!“

“Didn’t know what to expect. We were running late with our reservation. They were accommodating; although, dinner rush hour hasn’t quite started I think. We were seated facing the CN tower and view of the bay. Small menu with big prices. Was a bit leery but, once the food came, we were quite content. They took time to explain what’s being served. The flavor were all on the spot and delicious. It’s definitely a date night place.“

“I live in the area and grew up getting wraps from Lazy Dasiy’s when they first opened. I usually get a BLT (10/10), yesterday I changed it up and got a son-of a-rise (10/10 too). It took some time and I wasn’t in no rush. The worker, didn’t get their name, was super kind even gave me a free fruit cup after I inquired about it! I used to work in food service and understood the wait, I truly didn’t mind. Went back this afternoon, same worker helped me and sat me down and was super kind again! It was my first time dining in and definitely will again! Didn’t wait long either!“

“Booked this hotel for work travel.

Overall, the hotel was in a good downtown location, and was safe and clean. My room was very spacious, which came with a kitchenette, and even washer and dryer which were a bit dated but seemed functional (I didn't use them). Even though I didn't cook, the kitchenette was definitely nice to have as the utensils are right there if I ordered takeout and the restaurant missed a fork. Housekeeping was great and no frill - appreciated that they replenished water bottles every day and kept everything clean and organized.

Front desk staff were very efficient and helpful as well.

Overall, not a luxury hotel to any extent but they provided everything I needed for my business travel.“

“The poutine here is absolutely incredible and can fill you up for the entire day with just a single order. Anything besides the classic poutine is a little overpriced though, so don't bother getting toppings. I got my finger stuck in the trash can“

“This location never disappoints! From the moment you walk in the hostesses are always very friendly and welcoming. Our server yesterday, Sam was also amazing 🤩 provided honest recommendations and was very on top of things. Food was amazing (just as good next day too! Lol). “Probably the best pizza franchise in the GTA. My go-to was Domino’s, but I must say, Pizzaiolo is miles ahead of them.

They don’t have any locations close to me, but it’s definitely worth paying extra for delivery than driving 2 mins to my nearby Domino’s to get a pizza.“

“This was my friend's first time to this location. She ordered a soup and sweet potatoe fries for an appetizer and squash tacos for a main. Our server, Shell brought her regular fries. She corrected him and then he returned with the sweet potatoe fries. They were limp, burnt. Like they had be out and recooked. She told our server about them. Thought he would have offered to bring her something else or at least take it off the bill. Rest of food was great!“

“They moved down the street from where they used to be located, and the new location is nicely decorated and welcoming. Our server, Adam, was delightful. We have always received great service and great food, and once again we weren't disappointed. Thank you for helping my friend and I have a nice catch-up dinner 💖“

The bread is actually good. GF bread is never good (my opinion). It's a real place, with real people and real food.

“Delina's is a great place to get high quality homemade falafel, chicken or fish takeout. The portions and kinds of sides are great for folks who live the sides as big as mains: the lentil and sweet potato or the kale salad are great. The staff are accommodating and fast with suggestions in an often busy place. A flavourful and healthy alternative to most takeaways.“

“I recently visited Pizza Pizza, and I had a fantastic experience. The pizza was delicious—crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The variety of options on the menu made it easy to find something for everyone in our group.

“I was extremely impressed with the food and the exceptional service provided. We sampled the Chocolate cookie, coffee, chicken noodle soup, and pesto chicken wrap. Each dish was outstanding, and the pesto served with the wrap was particularly excellent. There was a minor issue with our order, but it was promptly attended to by the server and cooks, which added to our overall positive experience. “Visited Tabule, Riverside location for lunch. Plenty of veg options and the quality is great. Also, portions are normal size. Lots of drinks to choose from. I especially recommend Cinnamon Honey Latte (can be made decaf) or faux-jitos, if in the mood for a cold drink. Our server was Brendan; he knows the stuff he serves, can make recommendations and suggestions. The patio in the back is what you need on a hot afternoon, but lots of room inside as well. The prices are reasonable. If we are in the area again, would definitely go back.“

“What a gem! We were in the mood for something different and this was it! From the outside, this place is so unassuming but the vibe inside is so chill! We went on a Thursday night and it was packed! This actually made us excited because it was obvious this place was good! I got two tacos, one carne asada and one beef bulgogi and OMG! Both were absolutely flavorful and fresh! The chips were so crunchy and fresh too! The queso was so creamy and perfectly spicy (beware if you’re sensitive to heat because it has a bite). My mom got the bowl and loved it! The ingredients looked super fresh and colorful! The service was spectacular and the food came out pretty fast considering how busy it was! I highly recommend!“

“Delicious vegan Caribbean food in the heart of Kensington Market. Veggie D'light hits the spot for lunch on a weekend. I had their meal with jerk saitan, veggies and basmati/quinoa. I asked about the soup of the day and was promptly offered a taste by the friendly chef. Had the medium soup as well--a delicious rich soup with yams and coconut milk. Now I have a new favorite lunch spot.“

We had Poutine and the Redonkadonk Sandwich last night... pulled pork, smoked brisket & bacon on a bun with fried onions and coleslaw! Wow! It was DELICIOUS 😄 Their homemade gravy has so much flavour and my girls loved the poutine... however, I REALLY wish the poutine came with cheese curds! Shredded cheese just isn’t the same...“

We tried a variety of items for the first time, including the key lime pie, cinnamon buns, toffee cake, cheesecake, cookies, and brownies.
