This actually made us excited because it was obvious this place was good! I got two tacos, one carne asada and one beef bulgogi and OMG! Both were absolutely flavorful and fresh! The chips were so crunchy and fresh too! The queso was so creamy and perfectly spicy (beware if you’re sensitive to heat because it has a bite). My mom got the bowl and loved it! The ingredients looked super fresh and colorful! The service was spectacular and the food came out pretty fast considering how busy it was! I highly recommend!“

I asked about the soup of the day and was promptly offered a taste by the friendly chef. Had the medium soup as well--a delicious rich soup with yams and coconut milk. Now I have a new favorite lunch spot.“

It was a tough choice as there are so many delicious things on the menu. The friendly and excellent service, food and ambiance was perfect. A big thank you to the staff for such an enjoyable evening. “They have switched to Thai, but still have many of the Chinese favourites. I wholeheartedly appreciate fully gluten free restaurants as a celiac person.

It would have been nice if our server was a bit more attentive. I waited close to 20 minutes after finishing before I had to get up and ask if I could please get my bill. A neighboring table also seemed annoyed that they were sitting longer than my partner and I for their bill, and seemed surprised that they needed to get up and ask for theirs as well.“

“We had CakeStar make our daughters first communion cake, not only to as it absolutely spectacular, it was delicious. Really easy to deal with, responsive by email and phone, and even opened up for us on Sunday to pick up the cake. Absolutely amazing!“

She informed us that we had arrived in time to take advantage of Happy Hour pricing for our drinks, which we agreed to. We ordered several glasses of wine and beer, and it was a nice surprise to pay much less than normal pricing. The service that she provided was exceptional and all of our party really enjoyed chatting with such a nice and friendly waitress.
