There was a customer whose online order never came through, who was understandably upset, but was taking it out on these young men. They handled it with compassion and patience. I was so impressed with their grace under fire.“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

“It's soo refreshing to be served by people who appreciate their job and their customers. This place was running like a well oiled machine when I came through for breakfast. I couldn't believe how fast the line moved while still providing good quality food. Something else that I truly appreciate is how kind the employees are. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “My daughter wanted to visit Raising Canes during our Tennessee visit. We were not dissapointed. The restuarant was clean, colorful, and roomy. Even with a family of 6, everyone enjoyed their meal! We are dog lovers and especially liked the story about Todd and Raising Cane!“

“I’ve always loved this place and until now I’ve never had any issues at all. But this is my second review because the experience at the 3rd Street location has really been disappointing. I waited about 10 minutes for them to confirm a DoorDash order and ended up having to cancel it. They rarely answer the phone, and when you go inside they seem to get an attitude, especially with larger orders, even though they’re not the ones cooking. It’s frustrating enough that I’d rather go to the Brainerd location or try another wing spot from now on.“

“First time I got to experience Hardee's and was not disappointed. I ordered a double Frisco burger and from the crispy edges on the burger that you can tell was better then your average fast food patty. It seemed like fresh ingredients and toppings. The fries were crispy with a tender inside, seasoned with the right amount of salt.“

“The customer’s were so loud and people walking back and fourth,I felt I was in someone's way the whole time I was in there. We were next in line and stood there for nearly 10 mins wait for our order to be taken. Management was awesome tho. They were pretty busy.“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“

“It's Arby's. You know exactly what you're getting. Ya know, they have the meats. This is one of the very best managed Arby's locations in the Chattanooga area. My food is always consistently good, my orders correct, and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I eat here regularly as my wife's metaphysical shop (Mystic Nook) is in the same general area.“

“Sunday night there was this young man I think his name was Austin he took my order and he was very fast with it and he even took it out to our table when it was done. You know how some DQs hand you a lopsided cone and a Blizzard that looks full but was only mixed on top, and the bottom 75% was soft serve? Not here. This location actually serves stuff that looks like the ads—tall, clean swirls, solid mix-ins, no mess.

They’re fast, the place is clean, and the staff actually seem like they don’t hate being there, which is rare enough to mention. It’s way better than the other DQ nearby, where everything feels like a training day gone wrong and it’s the customers fault lol

If you’re stopping off the interstate, don’t be scared, this DQ won’t disappoint.“

“Canadian ham, bacon cheese burger. Sandwich was squashed but tasty. Almost to sweet for my taste buds. Long line but moved fairly well. Until the car in front of me changed their order at the window. Lost business as several cars behind me left.“

“I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A thanks to Macie! Even while braving the rush outside, she kept the energy high and brought such a fun vibe to the line. She’s not only friendly and attentive, but she’s genuinely funny, and her sense of humor made waiting in the drive-thru surprisingly enjoyable.

When she brought my food to the car, she double checked everything with a smile and threw in a quik joke that had me laughing as I pulled away, and I don't even remember what it was! It’s rare to see someone handle a busy drive-thru with that level of positivity, personality, and efficiency.

“I order online mostly. The drive there is often enough time for me to get it with not much waiting. But when it's lunch hour you should really order on the app or online. The area itself gets packed a lot enough as it is. Still I love their lemonade and their frozen treats.“

“This little wing place is off the beaten path. But don’t let that fool ya! They were busy with everyone walking in and carrying out food. The wings are some of the best we have had. It’s in a little plaza. The prices are low and the portions are large? You definitely get your moneys worth! If you’re in Chattanooga you have to give them a try I don’t think you will be disappointed! H y also have other items like friend rice, shrimp baskets and Philly cheese steak and fish baskets.“

“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“Was in the dive thru so I'm not rating the atmosphere. As far as the food goes, it's fine I mean it's typical burger king, foods ok beats the arches anyday. Service was good considering we were there around 11:30 at night. Food was out fast enough and the people were nice.“

“Oh man, Hickson Tennessee’s Sonic is the chaotic neutral of drive-thrus. I rolled up starving, ordered a chili cheese dog and a cherry limeade, and what showed up was basically performance art. The chili had the structural integrity of a wet paper towel, sliding off that poor hot dog like it was trying to escape a bad relationship. Meanwhile, the limeade was so tart it slapped me awake harder than a Red Bull and a surprise audit combined.

The carhop skated out like she was auditioning for the X-Games, which honestly earned her a tip. But the real star was the tater tots—they arrived crispy, golden, and judging me silently for every life choice that led me to a Sonic parking lot at two p.m. Ten out of ten, would let them ruin my arteries again.“
